Abstract

The present disclosure provides an online conference method, an apparatus, an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium, including: displaying an online conference reservation interface to receive online conference reservation information, wherein the online conference reservation interface comprises a first accessory adding control; in response to an operation instruction of the first attachment adding control, uploading a first target attachment associated with the target online conference to a file server so that the file server generates attachment metadata of the first target attachment; receiving attachment metadata for a first target attachment; and initiating an online conference reservation request to an online conference server so that the online conference server responds to the online conference reservation request to reserve a target online conference and sends reservation conference information of the target online conference to a second terminal where conference participants of the target online conference are located, wherein the reservation conference information of the target online conference comprises attachment metadata, and the second terminal acquires and checks the first target attachment from a file server according to the attachment metadata.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of computer and internet technologies, and in particular, to an online conference method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium.

Background

With the continuous development of video communication technology, people use online conferences to discuss and make decisions about related issues more and more. The online conference enables people to initiate the conference and communicate with other users quickly only by accessing the intelligent terminal of the network under any environment. The communication cost is greatly reduced and the communication efficiency is improved no matter in informal scenes for information communication and communication or in formal scenes for enterprise conference discussion.

However, in the related art, the demand of people for online conferences is greatly increased, and the demand scenes of users for the functions of online conferences are also increasingly enriched. Therefore, the communication of the audio and video contents of the online conference in the prior art cannot meet the requirements of users on the online conference.

It is to be noted that the information disclosed in the above background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the present disclosure.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an online method and device, electronic equipment and a computer-readable storage medium, which can enrich the data form of an online conference, increase the communication efficiency of the online conference and further provide the application value of the online conference.

Additional features and advantages of the disclosure will be set forth in the detailed description which follows, or in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the disclosure.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an online conference method, which is applied to a first terminal where a conference organizer of a target online conference is located, and the method includes: displaying an online conference reservation interface to receive online conference reservation information for reserving a target online conference, wherein the online conference reservation interface comprises a first accessory adding control; in response to an operation instruction of the first attachment adding control, uploading a first target attachment associated with the target online conference to a file server so that the file server generates attachment metadata of the first target attachment; receiving attachment metadata of the first target attachment returned by the file server; initiating an online conference reservation request to an online conference server, wherein the online conference reservation request carries the online conference reservation information and the accessory metadata so as to facilitate the online conference server to reserve the target online conference in response to the online conference reservation request and send the reservation conference information of the target online conference to a second terminal where conference participants of the target online conference are located, and the reservation conference information of the target online conference comprises the accessory metadata so that the second terminal acquires and views the first target accessory from the file server according to the accessory metadata; and receiving and displaying a reservation result of the target online conference returned by the online conference server responding to the online conference reservation request so as to complete reservation of the target online conference, wherein the reservation result of the target online conference comprises reservation conference information of the target online conference.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an online conference method, which can be applied to a second terminal where a conference participant of a target online conference is located, and the method comprises the following steps: receiving a conference reservation notification of a target online conference, the conference reservation access notification including online conference reservation information of the target online conference and accessory metadata of a first target accessory, the first target accessory being an accessory of the target online conference; generating and displaying a participant conference appointment interface according to the online conference appointment information and the accessory metadata, wherein the participant conference appointment interface comprises a viewing control of the first target accessory; responding to an operation instruction aiming at the viewing control, and acquiring the first target attachment from a file server according to the attachment metadata; displaying the first target attachment.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an online conference device, which can be applied to a first terminal where a conference organizer of a target online conference is located.

In some embodiments, the online conference appliance may include: the system comprises a conference reservation interface display module, a first target accessory uploading module, an accessory metadata generation module, a conference reservation request module and a reservation result acquisition module.

The conference reservation interface display module can be configured to display an online conference reservation interface to receive online conference reservation information for reserving a target online conference, wherein the online conference reservation interface comprises a first accessory adding control; the first target attachment uploading module may be configured to upload a first target attachment associated with the target online conference to a file server in response to an operation instruction for the first attachment adding control, so that the file server generates attachment metadata of the first target attachment; the attachment metadata generation module may be configured to receive attachment metadata of the first target attachment returned by the file server; the conference reservation request module may be configured to initiate an online conference reservation request to an online conference server, where the online conference reservation request carries the online conference reservation information and the accessory metadata, so that the online conference server responds to the online conference reservation request to reserve the target online conference and sends reservation conference information of the target online conference to a second terminal where a conference participant of the target online conference is located, where the reservation conference information of the target online conference includes the accessory metadata, so that the second terminal obtains and views the first target accessory from the file server according to the accessory metadata; the reservation result obtaining module may be configured to receive and display a reservation result of the target online conference returned by the online conference server in response to the online conference reservation request to complete reservation of the target online conference, where the reservation result of the target online conference includes reservation conference information of the target online conference.

In some embodiments, the first target attachment is stored in a third terminal different from the first terminal, the first target attachment is uploaded to the file server through the third terminal, and the file server issues the identification information of the first target attachment to the third terminal, so that the third terminal generates an identification code according to the identification information of the first target attachment.

Wherein the first target accessory upload module may comprise: the system comprises a scanning interface display unit, an identity recognition information acquisition unit and an identity recognition information sending unit.

The scanning interface display unit can be configured to respond to an operation instruction of the first accessory adding control to display a scanning interface; the identification information obtaining unit may be configured to scan the identification code of the first target accessory in the third terminal through the scanning interface to obtain the identification information of the first target accessory; the identification information sending unit may be configured to send identification information of the first target attachment to the file server so that the file server shares the first target attachment as an attachment of the target online conference among conference participants of the target online conference.

In some embodiments, the online conference apparatus may further include: the system comprises an online conference activation module, a request activation module, a room information acquisition module, a target online conference entering module, an organizer online conference interface display module, an online conference summary template display module, a target online conference summary generation module and a target online conference summary sending module.

In some embodiments, the target online meeting summary has been updated by meeting participants of the target online meeting and stored at the file server.

Wherein the online conference apparatus may further include: the online conference system comprises a returning module, a target online conference summary acquiring module and an online conference summary editing module.

Wherein the return module may be configured to return an organizer online meeting interface displaying the target online meeting; the target online conference summary acquisition module may be configured to acquire an updated target online conference summary from the file server in response to an operation instruction for the first conference summary editing control; the online meeting summary editing module may be configured to display the updated target online meeting summary for viewing or editing by the meeting organizer.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides an online conference device, which can be applied to a second terminal where a conference participant of a target online conference is located.

In some embodiments, the online conference appliance may include: the system comprises a conference appointment notification module, a participant conference appointment interface generation module, a first target accessory acquisition module and a first target accessory display module.

In some embodiments, the participant online conferencing interface further comprises a second attachment addition control, the online conferencing appliance further comprising: a second target accessory display module and a second target accessory uploading module.

Wherein the second target accessory display module may be configured to display a second target accessory in response to an operation instruction for the second accessory addition control; the second target attachment uploading module may be configured to upload the second target attachment to the file server in response to an operating instruction for the second target attachment to facilitate the file server to share the second target attachment between conference participants of the target online conference.

In some embodiments, the participant online conference interface further comprises a conference memo addition control, and the online conference device further comprises: the system comprises a conference memo template acquisition module, a conference memo display module and a target memo generation module.

The conference memo template acquisition module can be configured to respond to an operation instruction of the conference memo adding control to acquire a conference memo template from the file server; the meeting memo display module may be configured to display the meeting memo template to receive meeting memo information; the target memo generation module may be configured to generate a target memo according to the conference memo template and the conference memo information; the target memo generation module may be configured to generate the target memo to the file server for the file server to store the target memo.

In some embodiments, the online conference apparatus may further include: the system comprises a second conference access request acquisition module, a second conference access request interface display module, a second conference access module, a second participant online conference interface display module, a second conference summary editing control response module, a conference summary updating information acquisition module, a target online conference summary updating module and a target updated online conference summary sending module.

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device, including: one or more processors; a storage device for storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the online conferencing method of any of the above.

The disclosed embodiments provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements an online conferencing method as in any of the above.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions to cause the computer device to perform the online conference method described above.

On one hand, by adding the accessory adding function, the online conference method, the device, the electronic equipment and the computer readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can enable a conference organizer to upload data related to the online conference in advance before organizing the online conference, so that other conference participants can check the related data in advance to prepare for the conference and improve the conference communication efficiency; on the other hand, the file server realizes the sharing of the first target attachment among all conference participants through the attachment metadata, so that the efficiency of data transfer can be improved, and the occupation of the memory of the second terminal can be reduced (namely, as long as the conference participants do not need to check the first target attachment, the second terminal does not need to acquire the first target attachment from the file server, and the occupation of the memory is reduced).

It should be understood that the number of terminals, networks and servers in fig. 1 is only illustrative, and the server 105 may be a physical server or may be composed of a plurality of servers, and there may be any number of terminals, networks and servers according to actual needs.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server 105 may be composed of a plurality of servers, for example, a file server, a conference voice server, and an online conference server according to the present disclosure.

It is understood that the file server, the conference voice server and the online conference server all have corresponding functions, and when some servers are combined into one server to realize the corresponding functions, the content of the present disclosure still belongs to the content of the present disclosure, for example, the file server and the online conference server are combined into one unified server to realize the corresponding functional characteristics of the two servers. Referring now to FIG. 2, a block diagram of a computer system 200 suitable for use in implementing a terminal or server of an embodiment of the present application is shown. The terminal shown in fig. 2 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.

As shown in fig. 2, the computer system 200 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)201 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)202 or a program loaded from a storage section 208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 203. In the RAM 203, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the computer system 200 are also stored. The CPU 201, ROM202, and RAM 203 are connected to each other via a bus 204. An input/output (I/O) interface 205 is also connected to bus 204.

The following components are connected to the I/O interface 205: an input portion 206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 207 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 208 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 210 is also connected to the I/O interface 205 as needed. A removable medium 211, such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is mounted on the drive 210 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is installed into the storage section 208 as necessary.

In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable storage medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 209 and/or installed from the removable medium 211. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present application are executed when the computer program is executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 201.

It should be noted that the computer readable storage medium shown in the present application can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to perform functions comprising: receiving a conference reservation notification of a target online conference, the conference reservation access notification including online conference reservation information of the target online conference and accessory metadata of a first target accessory, the first target accessory being an accessory of the target online conference; generating and displaying a participant conference appointment interface according to the online conference appointment information and the accessory metadata, wherein the participant conference appointment interface comprises a viewing control of the first target accessory; responding to an operation instruction aiming at the viewing control, and acquiring the first target attachment from a file server according to the attachment metadata; displaying the first target attachment.

Before specifically describing the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, the functions and roles related to the present disclosure may be described first.

1) Online conferencing

A teleconferencing function. Based on the internet audio and video technology, the method has a bridge for constructing quick communication for users (such as remote employees of enterprises); no matter what environment the user is in, the intelligent terminal with access to the network can initiate a conference and communicate with other users (such as working partners) quickly. The communication cost is greatly reduced and the efficiency is improved no matter the information communication and exchange are carried out in an informal scene or the enterprise conference discussion is carried out in a formal environment.

2) Conference appointment

A conference reservation refers to a conference reservation initiated by a host before a conference starts, and people other than the host (i.e., conference participants) will receive conference reservation information (e.g., conference subject, conference time, conference participants, etc.) to prepare for the conference.

3) Conference activation

The conference activation refers to that a host (namely a conference organizer) actively activates a conference after the conference is reserved to arrive at a point (or the conference is initiated by the host in advance before arriving at the point), or an instant conference is initiated directly without the reservation of the host. Members other than the moderator in the conference (i.e., conference participants) will receive the invitation to the incoming conference call.

4) Meeting organizer

A meeting organizer refers to a user (e.g., a meeting moderator) that initiates and organizes a meeting, and the meeting organizer can subscribe and initiate the meeting.

Referring to fig. 3, a meeting organizer in embodiments of the present disclosure may have one or more of the following capabilities:

pre-meeting editing attachments (e.g., uploading, deleting attachments during a meeting appointment), pre-meeting viewing attachments, in-meeting editing meeting summaries, in-meeting viewing attachments, and post-meeting editing attachments, among others.

Certainly, the conference organizer provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may also edit an accessory in the conference, modify a conference summary and the like after the conference, and may set the accessory according to actual requirements, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

5) Conference participants

Conference participants refer to users participating in a conference other than the conference organizer.

Referring to fig. 4, conference participants provided by embodiments of the present disclosure may have one or more of the following capabilities:

view before meeting attachment, view in meeting attachment, edit meeting summary in meeting, and view after meeting attachment.

Certainly, the conference participants provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure can also edit the attachments before the conference, edit the conference summary after the conference, edit the attachments after the conference, and the like, and can be set according to actual requirements, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

By the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, on one hand, a conference organizer can upload conference materials before a conference, so that conference participants can check related accessories before the conference to better prepare for the conference; on the other hand, a conference summary editing function can be provided for the online conference, so that the related content of the current conference can be conveniently recorded, and the efficiency and the convenience of the online conference are further improved.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure mainly relates to the equipment shown in fig. 5, which comprises a client, an online conference server, a file server and a conference voice server.

The client may include a client where a conference organizer is located and a client where a conference participant is located, and the client may perform one or more of the following functions: appointing a meeting, viewing meeting details, participating in a meeting, editing meeting attachments, editing meeting summary, uploading meeting attachments, and the like.

The online conference server may perform one or more of the following functions: reserving meeting information, modifying the reservation information, modifying the meeting information, uploading meeting accessories and the like.

The file server may perform one or more of the following functions: storing pictures, videos, common files, online documents, etc.

The conference reservation server may perform one or more of the following functions: conference room management, conference member status management, conference control logic management (conference control logic management), and data room management, etc.

FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method of online conferencing, according to an exemplary embodiment. The method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be executed by any electronic device having computing processing capability and display capability, for example, the method may be executed by the terminal in the embodiment of fig. 1, and in the following embodiment, the terminal shown in fig. 1 is taken as an example for illustration, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

Referring to fig. 6, an online conference method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure may include the following steps.

It should be noted that the technical solution provided in this embodiment may be applied to the first terminal where the conference organizer of the target online conference is located.

In step S01, an online conference reservation interface is displayed to receive online conference reservation information for reserving a target online conference, wherein the online conference reservation interface includes a first attachment addition control.

In some embodiments, when the meeting organizer desires to organize an online meeting, an online meeting reservation interface may be accessed by a target client (e.g., some online meeting application software) on the first terminal to reserve the online meeting.

Fig. 7 is an illustration of an online meeting reservation interface in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. Through the online conference reservation interface, the conference organizer can input online conference reservation information, which may include: the conference theme, the conference start time, the conference duration, the conference participants, the conference reminding time, the remarks and the like, and the specific content of the online conference reservation information is not limited by the disclosure.

It should be noted that a first attachment adding control (e.g., "add attachment … …" button in fig. 7) may also be included in the online conference reservation interface, and the first attachment adding control may be a button, a frame, or the like, which is not limited by this disclosure. The conference organizer can add the accessories required by the conference for the target online conference through the first accessory adding control.

In step S02, in response to the operation instruction of the first attachment adding control, uploading a first target attachment associated with the target online conference to a file server, so that the file server generates attachment metadata of the first target attachment.

In some embodiments, the first target attachment may be a document, a video, an audio, and the like, without limitation by the present disclosure.

In addition, the first target accessory may be stored in a local database of the first terminal, may also be stored in a remote database, and may also be stored in a local database of another terminal different from the first terminal or a remote database of another terminal, which is not limited in this disclosure.

In some embodiments, the meeting organizer can upload the first target attachment to the file server through operation of adding a control to the first attachment.

It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present disclosure, an operation on a certain control (including, but not limited to, the second attachment adding control, the attachment viewing control, the first meeting summary editing control, the second meeting summary editing control, the meeting summary viewing control, and the like, which are referred to below) may be any available interactive operation, such as clicking, sliding, touching, and the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

After the file server receives the first target attachment, attachment metadata may be generated for the first target attachment, where the attachment metadata may include unique identification information allocated by the file server for the first target attachment, and may also include thumbnail information of the first target attachment, and the like.

In the following, taking fig. 7 to 8 as an example, how to add an accessory to the target online conference through the first accessory addition control will be explained.

As shown in fig. 7, the "add attachment … …" button may be the first attachment add control in this disclosure. The meeting organizer can enter fig. 8 by clicking the "add attachment" button to determine the attachment source; after the source of the attachment is determined in FIG. 8, a first target attachment may be selected from the determined source of the attachment; when the conference organizer selects the first target attachment, the first terminal uploads the first target attachment to the file server, so that the file server stores the first target attachment and generates attachment metadata for the first target attachment.

In step S03, attachment metadata of the first target attachment returned by the file server is received.

In some embodiments, after the file server generates the attachment metadata for the first target attachment, the attachment metadata for the first target attachment is returned to the first terminal.

In some embodiments, after the first terminal receives the metadata of the first target attachment returned by the file server, the first terminal displays relevant information of the first target attachment (for example, a name, a thumbnail, and the like of the first target attachment) in the online conference reservation interface to indicate to the conference organizer that the uploading of the first target attachment is successful, so that the conference organizer can view or delete the first target attachment conveniently.

As shown in fig. 9, the first terminal may display the name of the first target attachment (e.g., "attachment XXXX" shown in fig. 9) in the online conference reservation interface, so that the conference organizer may delete the first target attachment through an "X" button behind the first target attachment or may view the first target attachment by clicking on the name of the first target attachment, which is not limited by the present disclosure.

In step S04, an online conference reservation request is initiated to an online conference server, where the online conference reservation request carries the online conference reservation information and the attachment metadata, so that the online conference server responds to the online conference reservation request to reserve the target online conference and sends the reservation conference information of the target online conference to a second terminal where a conference participant of the target online conference is located, where the reservation conference information of the target online conference includes the attachment metadata, so that the second terminal obtains and views the first target attachment from the file server according to the attachment metadata.

In some embodiments, after the conference organizer completes the input of the online conference reservation information and the additional uploading of the target online conference in the first terminal, the target online conference may be reserved through the conference reservation control on the online conference reservation interface.

As shown in fig. 9, the conference organizer may initiate an online conference reservation request to the online conference server by clicking a "reserve conference" button.

In some embodiments, when the first terminal receives a request from a conference organizer to reserve an online conference, it initiates an online conference reservation request to the online conference server, where the online conference reservation request may include both online conference reservation information (including but not limited to conference subject, conference time, conference participant information, etc.) and accessory metadata of an accessory (e.g., a first target accessory) related to a target online conference, which is not limited by this disclosure.

When the online conference server receives an online conference reservation request sent by the first terminal, a target online conference is reserved for the first terminal according to online conference reservation information, and conference reservation information (including the online conference reservation information and accessory metadata related to the target online conference) of the target online conference is sent to conference participants of the target online conference, so that the conference participants of the target online conference can see the related conference reservation information in advance before the conference starts to prepare for the target online conference. For example, the conference participant of the target online conference can obtain the attachment of the target online conference from the file server according to the attachment metadata in the online conference reservation information, so as to know the content of the attachment in advance and make relevant preparation for the conference.

In step S05, a reservation result of the target online conference returned by the online conference server in response to the online conference reservation request is received and displayed to complete the reservation of the target online conference, where the reservation result of the target online conference includes reservation conference information of the target online conference.

In some embodiments, after the online conference server completes the reservation of the target online conference, a reservation result is returned to the first terminal, so that the first terminal determines whether the reservation of the conference is successful.

In some embodiments, after the first terminal determines, according to a reservation result returned by the online conference server, whether the conference reservation is successful or not is determined according to the reservation result, and if it is determined that the target online conference reservation is successful, the first terminal displays a conference activation interface (as shown in fig. 10).

In the conference activation interface, the conference organizer can also continue to add attachments and activate the conference at any time.

The technical solution provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 6 can be implemented by the interaction flow shown in fig. 11. Specifically, the following procedure may be included.

1. A host client (namely a client of a conference host, which can be installed on a first terminal) fills in conference reservation information through an online conference reservation interface; 2. uploading attachment data to a file server through a first attachment adding control in an online conference appointment interface; 3. the file server returns the attachment metadata to the first terminal; 4. a host client requests to establish a reservation conference from a conference server in an online conference reservation interface; 5. the conference server returns a conference reservation establishing result to the host client; 6. the conference server sends conference reservation information to the participant client (namely, the client where the conference participant is located, and the client can be installed on a second terminal); 7. a participant client requests a conference server to acquire conference detail information; 8. the conference server returns conference detail information (including attachment metadata) of the target online conference to the participant client; 9. a participant client requests to view a conference attachment; 10. the participant client requests the file server to acquire the attachment data according to the attachment metadata; 11. the file server returns the attachment data for the target online meeting to the participant client.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, on one hand, the conference organizer can upload the data related to the conference in advance in the conference appointment process by adding the accessory adding function, so that other conference participants can check the related data in advance to prepare for the conference, and the conference communication efficiency is improved; on the other hand, the file server realizes the sharing of the first target attachment among all conference participants through the attachment metadata, so that the efficiency of data transfer can be improved, and the occupation of the memory of the second terminal can be reduced (namely, as long as the conference participants do not need to check the first target attachment, the second terminal does not need to acquire the first target attachment from the file server, and the occupation of the memory is reduced).

Fig. 12 is a flowchart of step S02 in fig. 6 in an exemplary embodiment.

In some embodiments, the first target attachment uploaded to the file server in step S02 may be stored in a local database of the first terminal device, and may also be stored in a local database of another terminal or a remote database.

For example, when a target online conference is reserved, the conference organizer finds itself to reserve the target online conference in the first terminal, and the first target accessory related to the target online conference is stored in the other device (e.g., the third terminal). In order to be able to associate the first target attachment in the third terminal with the target online conference in the file server, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide the following solutions.

Before implementing the embodiment, the third terminal may upload the first target attachment to the file server, and the file server issues the identification information of the first target attachment to the third terminal, so that the third terminal generates the identification code for the first target attachment according to the identification information of the first target attachment. The identification code may be a two-dimensional code, a digital code, and the like, which is not limited in this disclosure.

Referring to fig. 12, the above-described step S02 may include the following steps.

And S021, responding to an operation instruction of the first accessory adding control, and displaying a scanning interface.

In some embodiments, the first attachment addition control may include a local attachment addition control and other device attachment addition controls, as the present disclosure does not limit.

As shown in fig. 13, the online conference reservation interface may include a "add attachment from local … …" button and a "add attachment from other device … …" button, where the "add attachment from local … …" button may implement a function of adding data from the local database of the first terminal, and the implementation process of the function has been described in detail in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, and is not described in detail in this embodiment.

In some embodiments, the meeting organizer may click the "add attachment from other device … …" button (also a first attachment addition control) shown in FIG. 13 to add files in other devices as attachments to the target online meeting.

In some embodiments, the first terminal may display the scanning interface when the meeting organizer clicks the first attachment addition control.

Step S022, scanning the identification code of the first target accessory in the third terminal through the scanning interface to obtain the identification information of the first target accessory.

In some embodiments, the conference organizer may scan the identification code of the first target accessory on the third terminal through the scanning interface on the first terminal to obtain the identification information of the first target accessory.

Fig. 14 is a diagram illustrating presentation of a file by a third terminal according to an example embodiment. The interface shown in fig. 14 shows a local file in the third terminal, which local file comprises the first target attachment (e.g. file 1 XX). A long press of a first target attachment (e.g., file 1XX) may reveal the identification code of the first target attachment in the third terminal (as shown in fig. 15).

In some embodiments, the meeting organizer can scan the identification code as shown in fig. 15 through a scanning interface on the first terminal to obtain the identification information of the first target accessory.

Step S023, sending the identification information of the first target attachment to the file server, so that the file server shares the first target attachment as an attachment of the target online conference among conference participants of the target online conference.

In some embodiments, the first terminal may send identification information of the first target attachment to the file server so that the file server shares the first target attachment as an attachment to the target online conference among all conference participants of the target online conference.

By the method provided by the embodiment, the local files in other equipment can be shared among the participants of the target online conference as the attachments of the target online conference, so that the problem of inconvenience in uploading the attachments from other equipment during the online conference is solved, the efficiency of uploading the attachments is improved, and the problem of file sharing among different equipment is solved.

FIG. 16 illustrates a method for adding a meeting summary in an online meeting, according to an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 16, after step S05 of fig. 6, the method may further include the following steps.

And step S06, displaying an online conference activation interface of the target online conference, wherein the online conference activation interface comprises an online conference activation control.

In some embodiments, the online conference activation interface may be presented after the conference appointment is completed, or may be presented when the conference is initiated between conference organizers (i.e., the conference is initiated without appointment), which is not limited by the present disclosure.

In some embodiments, the online meeting activation interface may include an online meeting activation control (e.g., the "activate meeting" button shown in fig. 10).

In some embodiments, the meeting organizer may request activation of the targeted online meeting through an online meeting activation control.

In step S07, in response to the operation instruction of the online conference activation control, sending a conference activation request including current conference information to the online conference server, where the current conference information includes the online conference reservation information and the attachment metadata, so that the conference server requests the file server to create a conference summary template according to the current conference information, and sends conference detail information to the conference voice server so that the conference voice server creates an online conference room for the target online conference according to the conference detail information, where the conference detail information includes the current conference information and the conference summary template.

In some embodiments, in response to an operation instruction (e.g., clicking, sliding, or voice control) of the conference organizer for the online conference activation control, the first terminal sends a conference activation request including current conference information to the online conference server, so that the conference server requests the conference reservation server to create an online conference room for the target online conference according to the current conference information, and requests the file server to create a conference summary template, where the current conference information may include the online conference reservation information and accessory metadata of an accessory of the target online conference.

In some embodiments, after the file server creates the conference summary template for the target online conference, the online conference server sends the conference summary template to the conference voice server, so that the conference voice server generates conference detail information of the target online conference, where the conference detail information of the target online conference may include online conference appointment information of the target online conference, attachment metadata of an attachment of the target online conference, a conference summary template of the target online conference, and the like.

In some embodiments, after the conference voice server generates the conference detail information of the target online conference, the conference detail information of the target online conference and the room information of the online conference room of the target online conference are sent to the first terminal.

In step S08, the conference detail information and the room information of the online conference room returned by the conference voice server are received.

In step S09, the online conference room of the target online conference is entered according to the room information to conduct the target online conference.

In step S10, an organizer online conference interface of the target online conference is displayed according to the conference detail information, where the organizer online conference interface includes a first conference summary editing control.

In some embodiments, the organizer online meeting interface is displayed simultaneously after the first terminal accesses the target online meeting. As shown in fig. 17, the conference organizer can see the conference detail information of the target online conference, such as conference subject information, conference participant information, and the like, through the organizer online conference interface shown in fig. 17, which is not limited by this disclosure.

In some embodiments, the meeting organizer may see a "first meeting summary edit control" (e.g., the "edit meeting summary" button shown in FIG. 17) at the organizer's online meeting interface.

In some embodiments, the meeting organizer can edit a meeting summary for a target online meeting through a first meeting summary editing control in the organizer's online meeting interface, e.g., the meeting organizer can edit a meeting summary for a target online meeting by clicking on an "edit meeting summary" button as shown in FIG. 17.

In step S11, in response to the operation instruction for the first conference summary editing control, displaying the target online conference summary template for receiving conference summary generation information for the target online conference summary template.

In some embodiments, the first terminal displays the online meeting summary template in response to an operating instruction of the meeting organizer for the first meeting summary editing control. The online meeting summary template can be a document template set in advance, the document template can include a meeting summary name filling box, an initiator filling box, a participant filling box, a current topic filling box, a conclusion box, an execution arrangement box and the like as shown in fig. 18, wherein the execution arrangement box can further include a task designation object designated for a certain task (i.e., a certain task object is designated to complete a certain task), and the content and format in the online meeting summary template are not limited by the present disclosure.

In some embodiments, the meeting organizer may enter meeting summary generation information in an online meeting summary template presented by the first terminal.

In step S12, a target online conference summary is generated and displayed according to the conference summary template and the conference summary generation information.

In some embodiments, after the meeting organizer completes the input of the meeting summary generation information, the first terminal may generate the target online meeting summary according to the meeting summary template and the meeting summary generation information.

In step S13, the target online meeting summary is sent to the file server so that the file server shares the target online meeting summary among the meeting participants of the target online meeting.

In still other embodiments, the meeting organizer may also see a meeting attachment view control (such as the "view meeting attachment" button shown in FIG. 17) at the organizer's online meeting interface. The meeting organizer can view the attachment information associated with the target online meeting through the meeting attachment viewing control.

In still other embodiments, the meeting organizer can also see a meeting attachment addition control at the organizer online meeting interface so that the meeting organizer can edit (e.g., upload or delete, etc.) attachments associated with the target online meeting in the meeting.

In some embodiments, when the meeting organizer sends the target online meeting summary to the file server, the file server may send the target online meeting summary to meeting participants of the target online meeting, the meeting participants may update for the target meeting summary, and return the modified target meeting summary to the file server so that the file server shares the updated target online meeting summary among meeting participants (including meeting organizers) of the target online meeting.

Wherein the meeting organizer obtaining the updated target online meeting summary may comprise the following processes:

after the conference organizer sends the target online conference summary to the file server through the first terminal, the first terminal returns to display an organizer online conference interface; when the conference organizer carries out corresponding operation again for the first conference document editing control, the first terminal responds to the operation instruction for the first conference document editing control and acquires the updated target online conference document from the file server; the first terminal will display the updated target online meeting summary for viewing or editing by the meeting organizer.

In some embodiments, after the target server activates the target conference, multimedia recording can be performed on the whole process of the target online conference to obtain a first multimedia; and then determining whether the information content of the first multimedia meets the target specification (for example, determining whether the first multimedia has the content which does not meet the regulation specification through an artificial intelligence technology); if the information content of the first multimedia does not meet the target regulation (such as against moral and vulgar, etc.), the first multimedia is sent to a target supervision authority for supervision.

In some embodiments, the organizer online meeting interface may further include a multimedia recording control; in the process of the target online conference, when a conference organizer considers that the current discussion content is important and wishes to be recorded, the multimedia recording interface in the organizer online conference interface can be clicked to capture or record the current conference content, and the first terminal records the current target conference to generate second multimedia in response to an operation instruction aiming at the multimedia recording control; and sending the second multimedia to the target server as a conference memo.

After the meeting is finished, the meeting organizer can rewarming the content information in the second multimedia to better understand the meeting.

In some embodiments, when the target online meeting ends, the first terminal may display an organizer meeting ending interface (e.g., the interface shown in fig. 19) in which an attachment associated with the target online meeting and thumbnail information of the target online meeting summary for the target online meeting may be displayed, and may also display an attachment addition control.

Through the organizer meeting ending interface, the meeting organizer can view the target online meeting summary and the attachment of the target online meeting, and the meeting organizer can edit (for example, delete or add) the attachment of the target online meeting.

In some embodiments, the technical solution provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 16 can be implemented by the flowchart shown in fig. 20. Specifically, the following procedure may be included.

1: a host client activates a reservation conference or initiates an online conference; 2: a host client requests to activate a reservation conference or initiate a new conference from a conference server; 3: the conference server requests a conference reservation server to create a conference room; 4: the conference server requests to create a conference summary online document from the file server; 5: after the conference summary online document is created, the conference service notifies a conference reservation server to update the conference summary information; 6: the conference server initiates a conference incoming call ring to the participant terminal so that the participant client can join in the target online conference; 7: the conference reservation server informs the host client of the change of the conference room information (mainly comprising the update of the conference summary); 8: a participant client requests to join a conference room from a conference reservation server; 9: the conference reservation server returns conference room information to the participant client; 10-13: a conference host and conference participants carry out an online conference through a conference reservation server; 14: in the conference process, the conference participant terminal requests the file server to edit the conference summary.

After the target online conference is finished, the moderator may also modify the attachment of the target online conference, and a specific flow may be as shown in fig. 21.

1. A conference host checks the conference details of the target online conference in a display page of a host client; 2. a host client requests a conference server to acquire conference detail information of a target online conference; 3. the conference server returns the conference detail information of the target online conference to the host client; 4. a host client requests a file server to add a conference accessory; 5. the host client side carries out conference attachment deletion operation on the client side; 6. the host client sends conference accessory updating information to the conference server so that the conference server can update the conference accessory of the target online conference; 7. the conference server will return the conference update result to the moderator client.

FIG. 22 is a flow diagram illustrating a method of online conferencing, according to an example embodiment. The method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be executed by any electronic device having computing processing capability and display capability, for example, the method may be executed by the terminal in the embodiment of fig. 1, and in the following embodiment, the terminal shown in fig. 1 is taken as an example for illustration, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

Referring to fig. 22, an online conference method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure may include the following steps.

It should be noted that the technical solution provided by this embodiment may be applied to the second terminal where the conference participant of the target online conference is located.

In step S1, a conference reservation notification of a target online conference is received, the conference reservation access notification including online conference reservation information of the target online conference and accessory metadata of a first target accessory, the first target accessory being an accessory of the target online conference.

In some embodiments, conference participants for a target online conference may be specified when the conference organizer fills in online conference reservation information. When the conference organizer completes the conference appointment, the file server initiates a conference appointment notification to the conference participants to inform the conference participants of the conference appointment information of the target online conference, where the conference appointment information includes, but is not limited to, the online conference appointment information filled by the conference organizer and the attachment metadata of the attachment associated with the target online conference.

In step S2, a participant conference reservation interface is generated and displayed according to the online conference reservation information and the attachment metadata, and the participant conference reservation interface includes a view control of the first target attachment.

After receiving the conference reservation notification sent by the file server, the second terminal generates a participant conference reservation interface (as shown in fig. 23) according to the online conference reservation information and the attachment metadata in the conference reservation notification, where the participant conference reservation interface may include a view control of the first target attachment.

In step S3, in response to the operation instruction for the view control, the first target attachment is obtained from the file server according to the attachment metadata.

In step S4, the first target attachment is displayed.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, on one hand, conference participants can be ensured to timely and effectively obtain data related to the target online conference before the conference starts, and the conference data can be ensured to be consistent among the conference participants; on the other hand, the first target accessory is transferred between the file server and the second terminal through the accessory metadata, so that resource waste caused by data transfer performed by the first target accessory for multiple times can be avoided (as long as the conference participant does not request to acquire the first target accessory, the metadata of the first target accessory can replace the first target accessory to perform data transfer), the security of the first target accessory in the data transfer process can be improved, and the memory occupation of the second terminal can be reduced (namely, only the conference participant does not request to acquire the first target accessory, and the second terminal can not acquire or store the first target accessory).

It should be noted that the conference participant can view not only the attachment associated with the target online conference before the target online conference starts, but also the attachment associated with the target online conference during the conference, (for example, the "view conference attachment" button can be clicked on in the conference interface of the participant shown in fig. 24 to view the attachment), and also view the attachment associated with the target online conference after the conference ends, which can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.

Referring to FIG. 25, the above-described method of viewing a meeting summary during a meeting may include the following steps.

In step S51, a conference access request of a target online conference is received, where the conference access request includes conference detail information of the target online conference and room information of an online conference room of the target online conference, and the conference detail information of the target online conference includes epoch data of a target online conference epoch of the target online conference.

After the meeting organizer completes the meeting appointment, the meeting activation interface may be entered, and the meeting organizer may activate the target online meeting through a meeting activation control (e.g., an "activate meeting" button shown in fig. 10) of the meeting activation interface.

And when the target online conference is activated, sending a conference access request to a second terminal where the conference participant of the target online conference is located so as to request the conference participant to access the target online conference.

In step S61, a conference access request interface is displayed, where the conference access request interface includes a conference access control.

And when the second terminal where the conference participant is positioned receives the conference access request, displaying a conference access request interface to the conference participant so that the conference participant can access the target online conference through the conference access control in the conference access request interface.

In step S71, in response to the operation instruction for the conference access control, accessing the target online conference according to the room information of the online conference room.

In some embodiments, after the conference participants access the target online conference through the conference access control, the second terminal device accesses the target online conference according to room information of the online conference.

In step S81, a participant online conference interface is generated and displayed according to the conference detail information, where the participant online conference interface includes a conference summary viewing control.

In some embodiments, the second terminal may generate a participant online conference interface according to the conference detail information of the target online conference, and the participant online conference interface may include a conference summary viewing button.

In step S91, in response to the operation instruction for the conference summary viewing control, the target online conference summary is acquired from the file server according to the summary metadata of the target online conference summary.

In some embodiments, if the conference organizer generates a target online conference summary according to the online conference summary template, the target online conference summary is seen by the conference participants operating the conference summary viewing control; if the conference organizer does not generate the target online conference summary according to the online conference summary template, the conference participant operates the conference viewing control to see that the target online conference summary template is a blank online conference summary template.

In step S101, the target online conference summary is displayed for viewing by the conference participants.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment can enable all conference participants of the target online conference to share the target conference summary, so that all the participants can reach a consensus conclusion aiming at the target online conference, and the conference efficiency is improved.

In some embodiments, the participant online meeting interface can further include a second attachment addition control to facilitate the meeting participant to upload attachments related to the target online meeting in the meeting. The step of the conference participant uploading an attachment in the conference may comprise: the conference participant operates the second attachment adding control; the second terminal responds to the operation instruction of the second accessory adding control and displays a second target accessory; and the second terminal responds to the operation instruction of the second target attachment and uploads the second target attachment to the file server so as to facilitate the file server to share the second target attachment among conference participants of the target online conference.

In some embodiments, the participant online meeting interface can also include a meeting minutes addition control for meeting participants to upload meeting minutes in a meeting. The step of the conference participant uploading a conference memo in the conference may comprise: the conference participant operates (for example, performs a click operation or a sliding operation) on the conference memo adding control; the second terminal responds to the operation instruction of the conference memo adding control and acquires a conference memo template from the file server (the form and the content of the conference memo template are not limited by the disclosure); the second terminal displays the conference memo template so as to receive the conference memo information input by the conference participants; the second terminal generates a target memo according to the conference memo template and the conference memo information; the target memo is sent to the file server for storage by the file server.

By setting the conference memo template, the conference participants can timely memo the conference information, and the conference is avoided from taking place in the past, so that the conference participants can better understand the conference and know the conference, and the task can be better completed.

Referring to FIG. 26, the above-described method of editing a meeting summary during a meeting may include the following steps.

In step S52, a conference access request of a target online conference is received, where the conference access request includes conference detail information of the target online conference and room information of an online conference room of the target online conference, the conference detail information includes epoch metadata of a target online conference summary and a task specification object, and the task specification object participates in the target online conference through the second terminal.

In some embodiments, a task of the target online meeting requires a meeting participant to complete and record in the target meeting summary, and at this time, the meeting organizer can refer to an object in the target meeting summary as a task specification object of the task when composing the target online meeting summary, so that the task specification object has a right to modify the target meeting summary.

In step S62, a conference access request interface is displayed, where the conference access request interface includes a conference access control.

In some embodiments, if the task-specific object happens to participate in the target online conference through the second terminal, the target online conference displays a conference access request interface including a conference access control to the task-specific object.

In step S72, in response to the operation instruction for the conference access control, accessing the target online conference according to the room information of the online conference room.

In step S82, a participant online conference interface is generated and displayed according to the conference detail information, where the participant online conference interface includes a second conference summary editing control.

In some embodiments, the participant online meeting interface may include an "edit meeting summary" button as shown in FIG. 27 for the task-specific object to edit against the target online meeting summary of the target online meeting.

In step S92, in response to the operation instruction for the second conference summary editing control, the target online conference summary is acquired from a file server according to the summary metadata of the target online conference summary.

In step S102, the target online meeting summary is displayed to receive meeting summary update information for the target online meeting summary.

In some embodiments, the task specification object may be updated for the target online meeting displayed by the second terminal to enter meeting summary update information in the target online meeting summary.

In step S112, the target online conference summary is updated according to the conference summary update information.

In step S122, the updated target online conference summary is sent to the file server, so that the file server shares the updated target online conference summary among conference participants of the target online conference.

In some embodiments, when the target online conference is ended, the second terminal may display a participant conference end page (as shown in fig. 28) to the conference participants, and in the participant conference end interface, a conference attachment viewing control (as shown in fig. 28 as an "XX attachment" button) may be included for the conference participants to view attachments to the target online conference; in this participant conference end interface, a conference summary view control (such as the "XX conference summary" button shown in fig. 28) may also be included for conference participants to view the target online conference summary of the target online conference.

In some examples, the online conference appliance may be applied to a first terminal at which a conference organizer of a target online conference is located.

Referring to fig. 29, an online conference apparatus 2900 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may include: conference reservation interface display module 2901, first target accessory upload module 2902, accessory metadata generation module 2903, conference reservation request module 2904, and reservation result acquisition module 2905.

Wherein the conference reservation interface display module 2901 may be configured to display an online conference reservation interface to receive online conference reservation information for reserving a target online conference, wherein the online conference reservation interface includes a first accessory addition control; the first target attachment upload module 2902 may be configured to upload, in response to an operating instruction for the first attachment add control, a first target attachment associated with the target online meeting to a file server to facilitate the file server to generate attachment metadata for the first target attachment; the attachment metadata generation module 2903 may be configured to receive attachment metadata for the first target attachment returned by the file server; the conference reservation request module 2904 may be configured to initiate an online conference reservation request to an online conference server, where the online conference reservation request carries the online conference reservation information and the accessory metadata, so that the online conference server reserves the target online conference in response to the online conference reservation request and sends the reservation conference information of the target online conference to a second terminal where a conference participant of the target online conference is located, where the reservation conference information of the target online conference includes the accessory metadata, so that the second terminal obtains and views the first target accessory from the file server according to the accessory metadata; the reservation result obtaining module 2905 may be configured to receive and display a reservation result of the target online conference returned by the online conference server in response to the online conference reservation request to complete the reservation of the target online conference, where the reservation result of the target online conference includes reservation conference information of the target online conference.

Wherein the first target accessory upload module 2902 may include: the system comprises a scanning interface display unit, an identity recognition information acquisition unit and an identity recognition information sending unit.

In some embodiments, the online conference appliance may be applied to a second terminal at which a conference participant of a target online conference is located.

Referring to fig. 30, an online conference device 3000 provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure may include: a meeting appointment notification module 3001, a participant meeting appointment interface generation module 3002, a first target accessory acquisition module 3003, and a first target accessory display module 3004.

Wherein the meeting appointment notification module 3001 may be configured to receive a meeting appointment notification for a target online meeting, the meeting appointment access notification including online meeting appointment information for the target online meeting and accessory metadata for a first target accessory, the first target accessory being an accessory for the target online meeting; the participant conference appointment interface generation module 3002 may be configured to generate and display a participant conference appointment interface based on the online conference appointment information and the attachment metadata, the participant conference appointment interface including a view control of the first target attachment; the first target attachment obtaining module 3003 may be configured to, in response to an operation instruction for the view control, obtain the first target attachment from a file server according to the attachment metadata; the first target accessory display module 3004 may be configured to display the first target accessory.

In some embodiments, the online conference device may further include: the system comprises a second conference access request acquisition module, a second conference access request interface display module, a second conference access module, a second participant online conference interface display module, a second conference summary editing control response module, a conference summary updating information acquisition module, a target online conference summary updating module and a target updated online conference summary sending module.

Since each functional module of the online conference device 3000 in the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure corresponds to the step in the exemplary embodiment of the online conference method, it is not described herein again.

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a mobile terminal, or a smart device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, such as one or more of the steps shown in fig. 6.

Claims

1. An online conference method is characterized in that a first terminal where a conference organizer applied to a target online conference is located is provided with:

displaying an online conference reservation interface to receive online conference reservation information for reserving a target online conference, wherein the online conference reservation interface comprises a first accessory adding control;

in response to an operation instruction of the first attachment adding control, uploading a first target attachment associated with the target online conference to a file server so that the file server generates attachment metadata of the first target attachment;

receiving attachment metadata of the first target attachment returned by the file server;

initiating an online conference reservation request to an online conference server, wherein the online conference reservation request carries the online conference reservation information and the accessory metadata so as to facilitate the online conference server to reserve the target online conference in response to the online conference reservation request and send the reservation conference information of the target online conference to a second terminal where conference participants of the target online conference are located, and the reservation conference information of the target online conference comprises the accessory metadata so that the second terminal acquires and views the first target accessory from the file server according to the accessory metadata;

and receiving and displaying a reservation result of the target online conference returned by the online conference server responding to the online conference reservation request so as to complete the reservation of the target online conference.

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first target attachment is stored in a third terminal different from the first terminal, the first target attachment is uploaded to the file server through the third terminal, and the file server issues the identification information of the first target attachment to the third terminal so that the third terminal generates an identification code according to the identification information of the first target attachment; wherein, in response to an operation instruction of the first attachment adding control, uploading a first target attachment associated with the target online conference to a file server, comprises:

responding to an operation instruction of the first accessory adding control, and displaying a scanning interface;

scanning the identification code of the first target accessory in the third terminal through the scanning interface to acquire identification information of the first target accessory;

and sending the identification information of the first target attachment to the file server so that the file server can share the first target attachment as an attachment of the target online conference among conference participants of the target online conference.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving and displaying the reservation result of the target online conference returned by the online conference server in response to the online conference reservation request, the method further comprises:

displaying an online conference activation interface of the target online conference, wherein the online conference activation interface comprises an online conference activation control;

responding to an operation instruction of the online conference activation control, sending a conference activation request including current conference information to the online conference server, wherein the current conference information includes the online conference reservation information and the attachment metadata, so that the conference server requests to create a conference summary template to the file server according to the current conference information, and sending conference detail information to a conference voice server so that the conference voice server creates an online conference room for the target online conference according to the conference detail information, wherein the conference detail information includes the current conference information and the conference summary template;

receiving the conference detail information and the room information of the online conference room returned by the conference voice server;

entering the online meeting room of the target online meeting according to the room information to carry out the target online meeting;

displaying an organizer online conference interface of the target online conference according to the conference detail information, wherein the organizer online conference interface comprises a first conference summary editing control;

in response to an operation instruction for the first conference summary editing control, displaying the target online conference summary template for receiving conference summary generation information for the target online conference summary template;

generating and displaying a target online conference summary according to the conference summary template and the conference summary generation information;

sending the target online conference summary to the file server so that the file server shares the target online conference summary among conference participants of the target online conference.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the target online meeting summary has been updated by meeting participants of the target online meeting and stored in the file server; wherein after sending the target online meeting summary to the file server, comprising:

returning to an organizer online conference interface for displaying the target online conference;

responding to an operation instruction of the first conference document editing control, and acquiring an updated target online conference document from the file server;

displaying the updated target online meeting summary for viewing or editing by the meeting organizer.

5. An online conference method, which is applied to a second terminal where conference participants of a target online conference are located, includes:

receiving a conference reservation notification of a target online conference, the conference reservation access notification including online conference reservation information of the target online conference and accessory metadata of a first target accessory, the first target accessory being an accessory of the target online conference;

generating and displaying a participant conference appointment interface according to the online conference appointment information and the accessory metadata, wherein the participant conference appointment interface comprises a viewing control of the first target accessory;

responding to an operation instruction aiming at the viewing control, and acquiring the first target attachment from a file server according to the attachment metadata;

displaying the first target attachment.

6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:

receiving a conference access request of a target online conference, wherein the conference access request comprises conference detail information of the target online conference and room information of an online conference room of the target online conference, and the conference detail information of the target online conference comprises epoch metadata of a target online conference epoch of the target online conference;

displaying a conference access request interface, wherein the conference access request interface comprises a conference access control;

responding to an operation instruction aiming at the conference access control, and accessing the target online conference according to the room information of the online conference room;

generating and displaying a participant online conference interface according to the conference detail information, wherein the participant online conference interface comprises a conference summary viewing control;

responding to an operation instruction aiming at the conference summary viewing control, and acquiring the target online conference summary from the file server according to the summary metadata of the target online conference summary;

displaying the target online meeting summary for viewing by the meeting participants.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the participant online conference interface further comprises a second attachment addition control, the method further comprising:

displaying a second target accessory in response to an operation instruction of the second accessory adding control;

and uploading the second target attachment to the file server in response to an operation instruction aiming at the second target attachment so as to facilitate the file server to share the second target attachment among conference participants of the target online conference.

8. The method of claim 6, wherein the participant online conference interface further comprises a conference memo addition control, the method further comprising:

responding to an operation instruction of the conference memo adding control, and acquiring a conference memo template from the file server;

displaying the conference memo template to receive conference memo information;

generating a target memo according to the conference memo template and the conference memo information;

and sending the target memorandum to the file server so that the file server can store the target memorandum.

9. The method of claim 5, further comprising:

receiving a conference access request of a target online conference, wherein the conference access request comprises conference detail information of the target online conference and room information of an online conference room of the target online conference, the conference detail information comprises epoch metadata of a summary of the target online conference and a task designation object, and the task designation object participates in the target online conference through the second terminal;

generating and displaying a participant online conference interface according to the conference detail information, wherein the participant online conference interface comprises a second conference summary editing control;

responding to an operation instruction aiming at the second conference summary editing control, and acquiring the target online conference summary from a file server according to the summary metadata of the target online conference summary;

displaying the target online meeting summary to receive meeting summary update information for the target online meeting summary;

updating the target online conference summary according to the conference summary updating information;

and sending the updated target online conference summary to the file server so that the file server can share the updated target online conference summary among conference participants of the target online conference.

10. An online conference apparatus, applied to a first terminal where a conference organizer of a target online conference is located, the apparatus comprising:

the conference reservation interface display module is configured to display an online conference reservation interface so as to receive online conference reservation information for reserving a target online conference, wherein the online conference reservation interface comprises a first accessory adding control;

a first target attachment uploading module configured to upload a first target attachment associated with the target online conference to a file server in response to an operation instruction for the first attachment adding control, so that the file server generates attachment metadata of the first target attachment;

an attachment metadata generation module configured to receive attachment metadata of the first target attachment returned by the file server;

a conference reservation request module configured to initiate an online conference reservation request to an online conference server, where the online conference reservation request carries the online conference reservation information and the accessory metadata, so that the online conference server responds to the online conference reservation request to reserve the target online conference and sends the reservation conference information of the target online conference to a second terminal where a conference participant of the target online conference is located, where the reservation conference information of the target online conference includes the accessory metadata, so that the second terminal obtains and views the first target accessory from the file server according to the accessory metadata;

and the reservation result acquisition module is configured to receive and display a reservation result of the target online conference returned by the online conference server in response to the online conference reservation request so as to complete reservation of the target online conference, wherein the reservation result of the target online conference comprises reservation conference information of the target online conference.

11. An online conference apparatus, applied to a second terminal where conference participants of a target online conference are located, the apparatus comprising:

a conference reservation notification module configured to receive a conference reservation notification of a target online conference, the conference reservation access notification including online conference reservation information of the target online conference and accessory metadata of a first target accessory, the first target accessory being an accessory of the target online conference;

a participant conference reservation interface generation module configured to generate and display a participant conference reservation interface according to the online conference reservation information and the accessory metadata, the participant conference reservation interface including a viewing control of the first target accessory;
