the decorative layer is rectangular and connected to one side of the middle layer, the four decorative layers are positioned on four areas where the middle layer is divided by transverse symmetry lines and vertical symmetry lines of the middle layer, two sides, close to the outer outline of the middle layer, of the decorative layer are connected with the middle layer, a gap exists between the two sides, close to the center of the middle layer, of the decorative layer and the middle layer, and two sides, close to the center of the middle layer, of the decorative layer form an inner side;
the folding layers are triangular and connected to one side, far away from the decorative layer, of the middle layer, and the eight folding layers are respectively positioned on eight areas, divided by the middle layer, of a transverse symmetrical line, a vertical symmetrical line and two diagonal lines of the middle layer, and are used for being conveniently folded;
the foldable tpu label comprises an unfolding state and a folding state, wherein in the unfolding state, four corners of the middle layer are unfolded outwards, four inner edges of the four decorative layers are close to each other, in the folding state, four corners of the middle layer are closed, four inner edges of the four decorative layers are unfolded outwards, the folding layers on two sides of a transverse symmetry line of the middle layer are contacted with each other, and the folding layers on two sides of a vertical symmetry line of the middle layer are contacted with each other;
a first groove is formed in one side, close to the folding layer, of the middle layer along a transverse symmetry line, a vertical symmetry line and two diagonal lines of the middle layer, and the first groove is used for facilitating bending;
a second groove is formed in one side, close to the decorative layer, of the middle layer along a transverse symmetry line, a vertical symmetry line and two diagonal lines of the middle layer, and the second groove is used for facilitating bending;
the guiding direction of the first groove and the second groove is consistent with the stress direction, so that the bending stress is simple;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s101, selecting a tpu material to process the middle layer and the decorative layer;
s102, opening the mold of the middle layer and the decorative layer;
s103, film treatment is carried out on one side of the middle layer;
s104, blanking the intermediate layer and the decorative layer;
s105, connecting the folding layers on the middle layer through silk screen printing, wherein eight folding layers are respectively positioned on eight areas which are formed by dividing the middle layer into a transverse symmetrical line, a vertical symmetrical line and two diagonal lines of the middle layer;
s106, connecting the decorative layers to the middle layer through the height Zhou Chuli, wherein the four decorative layers are positioned on four areas which are formed by dividing the middle layer by the transverse symmetry line and the vertical symmetry line of the middle layer, and two edges of the decorative layers, which are close to the outer contour of the middle layer, are connected with the middle layer;
s107, assembling the intermediate layer, the decorative layer, and the folded layer together;
s108, detecting the middle layer, the decorative layer and the folding layer;
s109, detecting the intermediate layer, the decorative layer and the folding layer to be qualified as finished products;
in the step S104, the blanking process includes:
cutting the middle layer into a proper size, wherein the middle layer is rectangular;
cutting the decorative layer into a proper size, wherein the decorative layer is rectangular;
and a first groove and a second groove are cut on two sides of the middle layer along a transverse symmetrical line, a vertical symmetrical line and two diagonal lines of the middle layer, wherein the guiding direction of the first groove and the guiding direction of the second groove are consistent with the stress direction, so that bending stress is simple.
3. The method of manufacturing a foldable tpu label in accordance with claim 2, wherein in step S102, two or one mold for the intermediate layer and the decorative layer is provided.
4. The method of producing a foldable tpu label in accordance with claim 2, wherein in step S103, the film processing includes obtaining a film image, the film image being a cross-sectional image of the folded layer.

The method of manufacturing a foldable tpu label according to claim 4, wherein the film image comprises eight triangles of the same size, the film image is rectangular, and the eight triangles are located on eight areas of the film image divided by a horizontal symmetry line, a vertical symmetry line, and two diagonal lines, respectively.
6. The method of manufacturing a foldable tpu sign according to claim 2, wherein in step S106, the high-cycle process is replaced by a sewing process, the decorative layer and the intermediate layer are joined together by sewing, four decorative layers are located on four areas where the intermediate layer is divided by the transverse symmetry line and the vertical symmetry line of the intermediate layer, and two edges of the decorative layer near the outer contour of the intermediate layer are joined to the intermediate layer.
7. The method for producing a foldable tpu label in accordance with claim 2, further comprising, between step S107 and step S108:
step S110, pattern drawing is carried out, a first pattern is drawn on the decorative layer, and a second pattern is drawn on the folding layer.
