本发明属于农用肥料技术领域,特别是涉及亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料及其制备方法。
背景技术
亚磷酸盐能激发植物抗病免疫***,使作物对病原菌产生持续的免疫力,是维护植物健康与病害防治的一条新途径,被证明对农作物具有增产抗病的功效,亚磷酸盐作为杀菌剂在防治卵菌纲真菌方面的作用已被广泛接受。但由于植物主要吸收磷酸离子,而亚磷酸盐氧化成磷酸盐需要较长时间,因此亚磷酸盐作为植物营养磷来源的观念受到争议。在植物营养方面,亚磷酸盐具有其独特的优点。磷酸盐中5价磷只能在木质部向上传导运输,亚磷酸盐的3价磷可在木质部和韧皮部进行双渠道运输,吸收速度快于磷酸态的磷,加快了营养的运输和吸收,具有促根、促花、促座果、提高果实固形物含量等作用。亚磷酸盐施于土壤中,被土壤矿物质吸附并固定的可能性比磷酸盐小得多,能增加磷在土壤中的移动性。且作为一种有效的络合剂,亚磷酸盐可以和K、Ca、Zn、Mo、Mn等多种金属元素络合,从而提高这些金属元素的有效性。
亚磷酸盐在国外已经得到广泛推广与运用,九十年代起,已有亚磷酸钾、亚磷酸铵、亚磷酸钠、亚磷酸铝等杀菌剂面市,在美、英、法、德、西班牙、意大利等国家,亦将其作为肥料进行登记,我国亦有企业将亚磷酸盐作为农药或肥料登记。专利“亚磷酸二氢钾制备杀菌叶面肥的应用”(中国专利公开号CN1826899A),系将亚磷酸二氢钾加入“索益尔叶面肥”中,混合而成。由于亚磷酸盐的抗菌增效作用给环境带来节能减排效应,美国环保总署将亚磷酸及亚磷酸盐产品归类为一种环保的生物制剂,是目前唯一的一种无机生长刺激素。
腐植酸是由有机物质(动植物残体)经过微生物分解和转化以及地球化学的一系列过程积累起来的一类含有多种官能团的有机高分子化合物的混合物,具有促进农作物生长发育、防病、抗病、增强农作物的抗逆能力、增加产量,改善农产品质量、改善土壤物理化学性能、增进肥效等功效,是优质、高效的生物刺激素。
亚磷酸盐氧化成磷酸盐需要较长时间,不能直接取代磷酸盐成为肥料,但亚磷酸盐能激发植物抗病免疫***,被证明对农作物具有增产抗病的功效,腐植酸是优质、高效的生物刺激素,具有改良土壤,增进肥效,刺激生长,促进抗逆,改善品质等五大功效。因此,亚磷酸盐与腐植酸、磷酸盐和植物必需的大量元素、中量元素、微量元素相组合,对促进农作物生长发育、防病、抗病、增强农作物的抗逆能力、增加产量,改善农产品质量将达到更佳的效果。故此,我们提出亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料及其制备方法,本发明系一种亚磷酸盐、磷酸盐、活化腐植酸和营养元素的组合,可增强抗菌功能与生理调节功能,满足植物对营养元素的需求,具有抗病、防病、营养、抗逆等多种功效,市场前景较为广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料及其制备方法,以亚磷酸盐、腐植酸为基础材料,采用物理方法、化学方法进行处理,并根据农作物的营养特性,添加一定数量的营养元素进行混配、络合,调节至适宜的pH值而制成,为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料,包括亚磷酸盐、活化腐植酸、磷酸盐和营养元素,所述磷酸盐由N、P2O5和K2O组成,所述营养物质为B、Mn、Cu、Zn、Mo和Fe中一种或多种按任意比例混合,所述亚磷酸盐中亚磷酸态磷与磷酸态磷的质量比(以P2O5计)为1:0.3~1.2,所述活化腐殖酸的浓度为20~80g/L,所述营养元素的浓度为0~10g/L。
所述磷酸盐的浓度为200~500g/L,其中,N的浓度为20~150g/L、P2O5的浓度为60~180g/L、K2O的浓度为80~300g/L。
所述亚磷酸盐和活化腐殖酸的质量比为5~16:4~14。
亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料的制备方法,通过以下步骤实现:
步骤一、腐植酸活化处理:
(1)按腐植酸与水质量比为1:2的比例,将剪切后的腐植酸与水置于曝气缸中,在常温下处理60~90min;
(2)将剪切、曝气处理的腐植酸移入反应釜中,往反应釜中加入质量分数30~50%的硝酸作为氧化剂,在85±5℃的条件下反应40~60min,完成氧化反应;
(3)往反应釜中加入质量分数10~20%的KOH或NaOH,在80±5℃的条件下反应30min,完成碱解反应,制得活化腐植酸溶液;
步骤二、肥料复配:
(1)称取步骤一中的活化腐植酸溶液置于复配罐中;
(2)根据不同农作物的营养特性,计算、称取所需的亚磷酸盐、大量营养元素、微量营养元素,络合剂,置于复配罐中,完成混配和络合反应,制得初步肥料;
(3)用1.0mol/L HNO3、H3PO4、KOH、NaOH调节初步肥料至适宜pH值,制得亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料。
优选的,所述步骤二中使用的亚磷酸盐为KH2PO3、K2HPO3、NHH2PO3、(NH4)2HPO3;
优选的,所述步骤二中使用的营养元素的原料为(NH2)2CO、NH4H2PO4、KH2PO4、K2HPO4、KCl、KNO3、H3BO3、MnSO4-4H2O、ZnSO47H2O、(NH4)6Mo7O24-4H2O、FeSO47H2O中一种或多种按任意比例混合。
优选的,所述步骤二中使用的络合剂为二乙胺四乙酸(EDTA)、乙二三胺五乙酸(DTPA)、亚氨基二琥珀酸(IDS)、聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)等。

2、本发明中五价磷酸盐和三价磷酸盐共存,集营养与抗菌于一体,既能满足植物对营养元素的需求,又能对卵菌纲真菌病害具有很好的抑制效果,并诱导作物对病原真菌和病毒产生持续的免疫力;
3、本发明中三价磷酸盐与活化腐植酸共存,集生理调节与抗菌于一体,并增强生理调节与抗菌功能,形成环境友好型抗病、防病、抗逆的最佳组合;
4、本发明根据不同农作物的营养特性,采用络合、混配、调节pH值等方法,制成营养元素浓度和比例不同的、适合于各种农作物生长发育要求、可用于叶面喷施、滴灌、浇灌的抗菌、营养、多功能水溶肥料。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料,包括亚磷酸盐、活化腐植酸、磷酸盐和营养元素,所述磷酸盐由N、P2O5和K2O组成,所述营养物质为B、Mn、Cu、Zn、Mo和Fe中一种或多种按任意比例混合,所述亚磷酸盐中亚磷酸态磷与磷酸态磷的质量比(以P2O5计)为1:0.5,所述活化腐殖酸的浓度为60g/L,所述营养元素的浓度为5g/L。
所述磷酸盐的浓度为380g/L,其中,N的浓度为100g/L、P2O5的浓度为120g/L、K2O的浓度为160g/L。
所述亚磷酸盐和活化腐殖酸的质量比为12:10。
实施例二
亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料的制备方法,通过以下步骤实现:
步骤一、腐植酸活化处理:
(1)曝气缸中加水200Kg,称取矿源腐殖酸100Kg,剪切,置于曝气缸中,在常温下处理60~90min;
(2)将经剪切、曝气处理的腐植酸转移至反应釜中,按腐植酸:氧化剂(质量分数40%硝酸)质量比1:0.5的比例,往反应釜中加入50Kg的质量分数40%硝酸,在85±5℃的条件下反应40~60min,完成氧化降解反应;
(3)按腐植酸:质量分数15%KOH质量比1:0.5的比例,往反应釜中加入50Kg的质量分数15%KOH,在80±5℃的条件下水解30min,得活化腐植酸;
步骤二、肥料复配:
(1)在1号复配罐中加水300Kg、KH2PO3 160Kg、KH2PO4 100Kg、加热至60~80℃,搅拌至全部溶解,得溶液A;
(2)在2号复配罐中加水150Kg、H3BO3 30Kg,ZnSO4-7H2O 20Kg、EDTA25Kg,加热至60~80℃,搅拌至全部溶解,得溶液B;
(3)将溶液B加入溶液A中搅拌、混合均匀;
(4)在以上混合液中加入活化腐植酸液300Kg,搅拌均匀;
(5)再加入(NH2)2CO 220Kg,搅拌至完全溶解;
(6)测定pH值,并调节pH值至6.5~7.5,制得亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料。
该亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料组成及营养成分技术指标为:
亚磷酸盐质量分数≥12%;
亚磷酸态磷与磷酸态磷质量比(以P2O5计)1:0.5;
腐植酸质量分数≥5%;
腐植酸含量≥33g/L;
N+P2O5+K2O≥330g/L;
其中:N≥100g/L、P2O5≥140g/L、K2O≥90g/L;
Zn≥4.0g/L;
B≥5.0g/L。

Claims (7)
1.亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料,其特征在于,包括亚磷酸盐、活化腐植酸、磷酸盐和营养元素,所述磷酸盐由N、P2O5和K2O组成,所述营养物质为B、Mn、Cu、Zn、Mo和Fe中一种或多种按任意比例混合,所述亚磷酸盐中亚磷酸态磷与磷酸态磷的质量比(以P2O5计)为1:0.3~1.2,所述活化腐殖酸的浓度为20~80g/L,所述营养元素的浓度为0~10g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料,其特征在于:所述磷酸盐的浓度为200~500g/L,其中,N的浓度为20~150g/L、P2O5的浓度为60~180g/L、K2O的浓度为80~300g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料,其特征在于:所述亚磷酸盐和活化腐殖酸的质量比为5~16:4~14。
4.亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料的制备方法,其特征在于,通过以下步骤实现:
步骤一、腐植酸活化处理:
(1)按腐植酸与水质量比为1:2的比例,将剪切后的腐植酸与水置于曝气缸中,在常温下处理60~90min;
(2)将剪切、曝气处理的腐植酸移入反应釜中,往反应釜中加入质量分数30~50%的硝酸作为氧化剂,在85±5℃的条件下反应40~60min,完成氧化反应;
(3)往反应釜中加入质量分数10~20%的KOH或NaOH,在80±5℃的条件下反应30min,完成碱解反应,制得活化腐植酸溶液;
步骤二、肥料复配:
(1)称取步骤一中的活化腐植酸溶液置于复配罐中;
(2)根据不同农作物的营养特性,计算、称取所需的亚磷酸盐、大量营养元素、微量营养元素,络合剂,置于复配罐中,完成混配和络合反应,制得初步肥料;
(3)用1.0mol/L HNO3、H3PO4、KOH、NaOH调节初步肥料至适宜pH值,制得亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中使用的亚磷酸盐为KH2PO3、K2HPO3、NHH2PO3、(NH4)2HPO3。
6.根据权利要求4所述的亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中使用的营养元素的原料为(NH2)2CO、NH4H2PO4、KH2PO4、K2HPO4、KCl、KNO3、H3BO3、MnSO4-4H2O、ZnSO47H2O、(NH4)6Mo7O24-4H2O、FeSO47H2O中一种或多种按任意比例混合。
7.根据权利要求4所述的亚磷酸盐多功能水溶肥料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中使用的络合剂为二乙胺四乙酸(EDTA)、乙二三胺五乙酸(DTPA)、亚氨基二琥珀酸(IDS)、聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)等。
