the speed reducing device (6) comprises a second supporting shaft (61), an operating rod (62) is rotatably arranged on the second supporting shaft (61), one end of the operating rod (62) is rotatably connected with the second supporting shaft (61), an anti-slip shaft (63) is arranged at the other end of the operating rod (62), and an arc-shaped speed reducing block (64), a sliding shaft (65) and a limiting buckle (66) are arranged on the operating rod (62);

The high-strength flame-retardant cable winding device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the winding device (4) comprises a base (41), sliding blocks (42) are symmetrically arranged below the base (41), third support plates (43) are vertically fixed on the base (41), the third support plates (43) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the base (41), and the third support plates (43) are provided with rotating grooves (44);
a winding drum (45) which is positioned on the rotating groove (44) and rotates is arranged on the third supporting plate (43), the winding drum (45) is used for winding cables, protective plates (46) which are symmetrically distributed are sleeved on the winding drum (45), a clamping block (47) and an air cylinder (48) are arranged at one end, close to the second supporting plate (33), of the winding drum (45), and the clamping block (47) is matched with the cross-shaped clamping groove (35);
the base of the air cylinder (48) is fixed on the second supporting plate (33), the output shaft of the air cylinder (48) is fixed on the third supporting plate (43), and the winding device (4) is matched with the sliding groove (36) through a sliding block (42) to slide on the operating table (3).
