Claims (7)

1. The device capable of effectively removing the oxide slag on the surface of the steel billet is characterized by comprising a mounting frame (1), an upper side polishing mechanism (2) arranged on the upper side of the mounting frame (1), and two side polishing mechanisms (3) symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the mounting frame (1); the upper polishing mechanism (2) and the side polishing mechanism (3) comprise a fixed cover (21), a connecting arm (22), a fixed frame (23), a polishing roller (24) and an elastic piece (25); the fixed cover (21) is arranged on the mounting frame (1) through a fixing piece, the connecting arm (22) penetrates through the fixed cover (21), the fixing frame (23) is fixed at one end of the connecting arm (22), the polishing roller (24) is rotatably arranged in the fixing frame (23), and an elastic piece (25) is sleeved on the surface of the connecting arm (22) and positioned between the fixing frame (23) and the fixed cover (21); the outer part of the mounting frame (23) is provided with a protective cover, the protective cover comprises a base (52) and an upper side cover (51) arranged on the base (52), the base (52) comprises a bottom plate (521), a conical cover (522) and a connecting pipe (523), the conical cover (522) is arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate (521), and the connecting pipe (523) is connected to the bottom end of the conical cover (522); the upper side cover (51) is provided with a pressurizing mechanism (6), the pressurizing mechanism (6) comprises a mounting box (61), an exhaust fan (62), an air inlet pipe (63) and an air outlet pipe (64), the mounting box (61) is mounted on the upper side cover (51), the exhaust fan (62) is mounted inside the mounting box (61), the air inlet pipe (63) is connected to the mounting box (61), one end of the air inlet pipe (63) is connected with a connecting pipe (523) at the bottom end of the conical cover (522), and one end of the air outlet pipe (64) penetrates through the mounting box (61) and then is connected with the output end of the exhaust fan (62); the collecting mechanism (8) is arranged at the other end of the air outlet pipe (64), the collecting mechanism (8) comprises a collecting pipe (81), a filter element (82), a threaded connecting part (83) and a conical pipe (85), the collecting pipe (81) is connected to the air outlet pipe (64) through the threaded connecting part (83) in a threaded mode, the filter element (82) is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the collecting pipe (81), and the conical pipe (85) is arranged at the bottom end of the collecting pipe (81); the inside of the upper side cover (51) is provided with a purging mechanism (7), the purging mechanism (7) comprises two arc-shaped pipes (71), a three-way pipe (72), gas transmission pipes (73) and spray heads (74), the two arc-shaped pipes (71) are arranged on two sides of the inside of the upper side cover (51), the spray heads (74) are arranged on the inner sides of the arc-shaped pipes (71), the three-way pipe (72) is arranged at the bottom end of the conical pipe (85), the two ends of the three-way pipe (72) are connected with the gas transmission pipes (73), and the two gas transmission pipes (73) are respectively communicated with the two arc-shaped pipes (71); when the polishing machine works, the upper side polishing mechanism (2) is matched with the two side polishing mechanisms (3) to polish; opening an exhaust fan (62), wherein the air inlet end of the exhaust fan (62) enables negative pressure to be generated in the mounting box (61), air flows enter through the air inlet pipe (63), and one end of the air inlet pipe (63) is connected with a connecting pipe (523) at the bottom end of the conical cover (522), so that an adsorption cavity is formed in the conical cover (522), and ground chip powder is adsorbed through the adsorption cavity; the air flow absorbed by the exhaust fan (62) sequentially passes through the collecting mechanism (8) and enters the purging mechanism (7), the air flow enters the two arc-shaped pipes (71) through the three-way pipe (72), and is sprayed onto polished billets through the spray nozzle (74), so that polished powder is purged and enters the conical cover (522); wherein dust in the air flow enters the collecting pipe (81) and is filtered by the filter element (82); when the scraps collected in the collecting pipe (81) need to be cleaned, the conical pipe (85) is detached from the collecting pipe (81), then the collecting pipe (81) is twisted to be separated from the air outlet pipe (64), the conical pipe (85) is moved to be staggered with the collecting pipe (81), the collecting pipe (81) is detached, scraps in the collecting pipe (81) are cleaned, and the filtering piece (82) is cleaned or replaced; during installation, the collecting pipe (81) is correspondingly sleeved with the pressing ring (113), then the upper end of the collecting pipe is in threaded connection with the air outlet pipe 64, after the collecting pipe is screwed up, the pressing ring is tightly pressed on the filtering piece (82), and then the flange plate is matched with the bolt to be connected with the conical pipe (85), so that the collecting and polishing scraps can be cleaned conveniently.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that a limiting tube (26) is mounted on top of the holder (23) and outside the elastic element (25).
3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first guide plates (4) are mounted inside the mounting frame (23) on both sides of the two side grinding mechanisms (3).
4. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting (23) is also provided with a sweeping and spraying mechanism.

The device according to claim 1, wherein a connecting ring (111) is installed in the air outlet pipe (64), a plurality of connecting rods (112) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the connecting ring (111), one ends of the connecting rods (112) extend to the inside of the collecting pipe (81), and a compression ring (113) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the connecting rods (112) and located on the upper side of the filter element (82).

7. A method for removing oxide slag on the surface of a steel billet based on the device of any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: determining the installation position of the device according to the position of a furnace discharging roller way of the heating furnace, and then installing the device;
s2: introducing compressed air, cooling water and oil gas for lubrication;
s3: after all the installation is completed, when the hot blank passes through the device, the hot blank is rolled and polished through an upper side polishing mechanism (2) and two side polishing mechanisms (3), so that the oxide slag on the surface of the steel blank is stripped;
s4: the compressed air nozzle of the spraying mechanism is used for blowing, the spraying mechanism is used for atomizing hydraulic dust, and the steel billet descaling and dust settling can be achieved.
