A method for enhancing cooling effect of a polylactic acid segment is characterized by comprising the following steps: uniformly perforating polylactic acid films forming a polylactic acid film filtering section of a cigarette filter tip, ensuring that the bottom edges of the holes are not cut off to form wing films which are connected with a film body and are turned outwards, extending out of two sides of the film body in a staggered manner, enabling smoke gas during suction to surround roundabout and fully contact the polylactic acid films for heat exchange, and achieving the effect of improving the cooling effect of the polylactic acid sections, wherein the included angle between the wing films and the film body is 30-45 degrees; the opening direction of the hole faces to the smoke flow direction or faces away from the smoke flow direction. The invention solves the problem of higher smoke temperature of the prior heating non-combustible cigarettes, ensures that the smoke exchanges heat through full contact with the polylactic acid film, and reduces the temperature by increasing the contact area and the contact time with the smoke as much as possible under the condition of not influencing the smoke circulation, thereby achieving the purposes of improving the cooling effect of the polylactic acid section and balancing the smoke.

Wherein the heated non-combustible cigarette filters are substantially different from conventional cigarettes. As shown in fig. 1, the structure of the filter mainly comprises three sections of a hollow acetate fiber pipe, a polylactic acid film filtering section and an acetate fiber section. The hollow section is used as a generator for heating the aerosol of the tobacco product, and various chemical substances released by the heated tobacco core section are gasified, condensed and uniformly mixed in the hollow section to form the aerosol for consumers to inhale; the polylactic acid section is formed by rolling a polylactic acid film into a bundle, and the main function is to reduce the temperature of aerosol; the last acetate fiber section can balance the flue gas to prevent the flue gas from excessively concentrating, plays the filter effect simultaneously and adjusts the size of inhaling and hinder.
At present, the polylactic acid section of the heated non-combustible cigarette mainly utilizes a special forming device to uniformly fold and emboss a polylactic acid film, and packs after being folded into a bundle. The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
A method for enhancing cooling effect of polylactic acid section is to uniformly punch holes on polylactic acid film forming filter section of polylactic acid film of cigarette filter tip, and ensure that bottom edge of hole is not cut off to form wing film connected with film body and turned outwards, and the wing film is extended out of two sides of film body in staggered way, so that smoke gas in smoking can surround roundabout and fully contact with polylactic acid film to exchange heat, thus improving cooling effect of polylactic acid section.

The opening direction of the hole faces to the smoke flow direction or faces away from the smoke flow direction; the holes can be arranged according to a certain arrangement rule, or symmetrically or alternatively, or randomly; the shape of the hole can be triangle hole, square, semicircle, semi-ellipse, trapezoid, only the protruding part is ensured to extend outwards to form a bulge and keep.
The invention relates to a non-combustible cigarette filter tip with a rapid cooling function, which comprises a polylactic acid film filter section, wherein: the polylactic acid film filtering section is formed by rolling polylactic acid films perforated by the method into bundles.
The mechanism of the invention is as follows: due to the existence of the holes and the wing films on the polylactic acid film body, when the smoke flows through the polylactic acid section, part of the smoke can continuously pass through the triangular holes under the action of pressure, so that the streamline of the airflow is complex and irregular, heat is enabled to be more quickly convected to the surface of the cigarette, heat exchange is carried out with the environment, and the aim of accelerating cooling is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the greatest advantages of overcoming the problem of higher smoke temperature of the existing heating non-burning cigarettes, enabling the smoke to exchange heat through full contact with the polylactic acid film, and reducing the temperature by increasing the contact area and the contact time with the smoke as much as possible under the condition of not affecting the smoke circulation, thereby achieving the purposes of improving the cooling effect of the polylactic acid section and balancing the smoke.

As shown in fig. 2-7: a method for enhancing cooling effect of polylactic acid section is to uniformly punch holes on polylactic acid film forming filter section of polylactic acid film of cigarette filter tip, and ensure that bottom edge of hole is not cut off to form wing film connected with film body and turned outwards, and the wing film is extended out of two sides of film body in staggered way, so that smoke gas in smoking can surround roundabout and fully contact with polylactic acid film to exchange heat, thus improving cooling effect of polylactic acid section.
The included angle between the fin film and the film body is 30-45 degrees; the height of the wing film higher than the film body is smaller than or equal to the distance between adjacent films after the polylactic acid film is rolled into a bundle.
The opening direction of the hole faces to the smoke flow direction or faces away from the smoke flow direction; the holes can be arranged according to a certain arrangement rule, or symmetrically or alternatively, or randomly; the shape of the holes may be triangular holes (shown in fig. 2 and 3), square holes (shown in fig. 6), semicircular holes (shown in fig. 5), or semi-elliptical holes, trapezoid holes, etc., and only the protruding parts are required to extend outwards to form protrusions and be kept.
More specifically, the polylactic acid film is perforated before being rolled into a bundle, and the bottom edges of the holes are ensured not to be cut off, and the adjacent fin films respectively present 45 degrees or-45 degrees with the axial direction and are kept. The height of the film is not more than the distance between adjacent films after being rolled into a bundle, so that the film is prevented from being extruded and deformed after being rolled. The film after rolling is similar to that shown in fig. 7.
The polylactic acid film is perforated by the method, and then the perforated polylactic acid film is rolled into a bundle, so that the polylactic acid film filter section can be manufactured, and the filter tip manufactured by the filter section is the non-combustible cigarette filter tip with the rapid cooling function.
The thermocouple is used for detecting the temperature of each section of the filter tip, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the cooling effect before and after improvement is obvious; the average temperature of the polylactic acid segment is reduced by 5 ℃. The average temperature of the acetate fiber segment was reduced by 3 ℃.

A method for enhancing cooling effect of a polylactic acid segment is characterized by comprising the following steps: uniformly perforating polylactic acid films forming a polylactic acid film filtering section of the cigarette filter tip, ensuring that the bottom edges of the holes are not cut off to form wing films which are connected with a film body and are turned outwards, extending out of two sides of the film body in a staggered manner, enabling smoke gas during suction to surround roundabout and fully contact with the polylactic acid film for heat exchange, and achieving the effect of improving the cooling effect of the polylactic acid section; the included angle between the wing film and the film body is 30-45 degrees, and the height of the wing film higher than the film body is smaller than the distance between adjacent films after the polylactic acid film is rolled into a bundle.
