Detailed Description
In the prior art, the drying residual time displayed when the condensing washing and drying integrated machine and the condensing clothes dryer which automatically dry run the drying program is greatly different from the actual drying residual time.
Unlike the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide an improved method, apparatus and storage medium for providing remaining drying time of a clothes drying apparatus. The method for providing the residual drying time of the clothes drying equipment comprises the following steps: acquiring a current temperature, a current preset residual drying time and a functional relation between a residual drying time correction value and the temperature, wherein the functional relation is obtained based on a difference value between the actual residual drying time and the preset residual drying time tested in advance at different temperatures; obtaining a current residual drying time correction value based on the functional relation and the current temperature; and correcting the current preset residual drying time based on the current residual drying time correction value to obtain the closer current actual residual drying time.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can correct the preset residual drying time of the clothes drying equipment based on the temperature so as to reduce the difference between the displayed residual drying time and the actual residual drying time, thereby improving the accuracy of the residual drying time displayed by the clothes drying equipment.
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more comprehensible, specific embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a clothes drying apparatus 100.
Specifically, the clothes drying apparatus 100 includes an outer tub 110, a drum 120 rotatably installed within the outer tub 110, and an air flow passage 130 between the outer tub 110 and the drum 120. Wherein the drum 120 is adapted to contain an article (not shown) for drying the article. Both ends of the air flow passage 130 communicate with the inner space 121 of the drum 120, respectively, to form a drying circuit 140 between the air flow passage 130 and the inner space 121 of the drum 120.
Specifically, the airflow channel 130 may include a heat exchange section 131 and a heating section 132 that communicate with each other. Wherein the heat exchanging section 131 is provided with a condenser 151 and a fan 152, the heating section 132 is provided with a heating pipe 153, the condenser 151 is used for cooling the air entering the heat exchanging section 131, the fan 152 is used for generating air flow in the drying circuit 140, and the heating pipe 153 is used for heating the air entering the heating section 132.
When the drying process is performed by the laundry drying apparatus 100, the condenser 151, the fan 152 and the heating duct 153 are turned on, hot and humid air of the inner space 121 of the drum 120 enters the heat exchanging section 131 of the air flow passage 130 by the fan 152 and forms cold air after the heat exchanging section 131 is cooled by the condenser 151, the cold air further enters the heating section 132 by the fan 152 and is heated into hot air by the heating duct 153, and the hot air enters the inner space 121 of the drum 120 by the fan 152 and is heat-exchanged with the articles of the inner space 121 to form hot and humid air. The above steps are repeated to dry the articles.
In some embodiments, the drying apparatus 100 may be either air-cooled or water-cooled. Thus, the cooling medium in the condenser 151 may be either fresh air or water.
Further, the clothes drying apparatus 100 further includes an inlet passage 133 and an outlet passage 134 respectively communicating with the condenser 151. The inlet channel 133 is used for introducing a cooling medium into the condenser 151, and the outlet channel 134 is used for discharging the cooling medium from the condenser 151. Thus, the cooling medium in the condenser 151 can be replaced in time to ensure the cooling efficiency of the condenser 151.
Further, the clothes drying apparatus 100 further includes at least two temperature sensors installed in the outer tub 110. At least one temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature of the cooling medium introduced into the condenser 151, and at least one temperature sensor is used to detect the ambient temperature.

In some embodiments, at least one temperature sensor (not shown) may be disposed at a location remote from the drying circuit 140 so as to collect the ambient temperature and not be affected by the temperature of the drying circuit 140.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for providing a remaining drying time of a clothes drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may include:
s1, acquiring the current temperature, the current preset residual drying time and the functional relation between the residual drying time correction value and the temperature;
s2, obtaining a current residual drying time correction value based on the functional relation and the current temperature;
s3, the current preset remaining drying time is corrected based on the current remaining drying time correction value to obtain the current actual remaining drying time.
In an embodiment of step S1, the functional relationship between the corrected value of the remaining drying time and the temperature may be obtained based on a difference between the actual remaining drying time and the preset remaining drying time tested in advance at different temperatures.
In some embodiments, obtaining a functional relationship between the remaining drying time correction value and the temperature may include:
s11, acquiring drying test data, wherein the drying test data comprises actual residual drying time and preset residual drying time at different temperatures;
and S12, performing regression analysis based on the different temperatures and the difference between the actual remaining drying time and the preset remaining drying time to obtain the functional relation between the corrected value of the remaining drying time and the temperature.
In a specific implementation of step S11, the drying test data includes actual remaining drying time and preset remaining drying time at different temperatures.
In some embodiments, the actual remaining drying time may be obtained by a timer. For example, when the drying program is started, the timer is started, when the drying program is ended, the timer is stopped, and the difference between the stop timing time and the start timing time is the actual remaining drying time.
In some embodiments, the preset remaining drying time may be obtained based on the weight of the load and may vary with the weight of the load during the drying process.
Specifically, the rotation current of the clothes drying apparatus may be collected during the operation of the drying program, and the collected rotation current may be compared with a current threshold value to obtain a preset remaining drying time.
For example, when the collected rotating current is smaller than the first current threshold, the load is 0 kg to 1 kg, and the preset residual drying time is 20 minutes; when the collected rotating current is greater than or equal to the first current threshold and less than the second current threshold, the load is 1 kg to 3 kg, and the preset residual drying time is 60 minutes; when the collected rotating current is greater than or equal to the second current threshold and smaller than the third current threshold, the load is 3 kg to 5 kg, and the preset residual drying time is 90 minutes; and so on. Thereby, a load weight corresponding to the collected rotation current and a preset remaining drying time corresponding to the load weight may be obtained.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the method for obtaining the preset remaining drying time may further include any other known conventional technical means besides the above-mentioned technical means.
In an implementation of step S12, a regression analysis may be performed based on the different temperatures and the difference between the actual remaining drying time and the preset remaining drying time to obtain a functional relationship between the corrected value of the remaining drying time and the temperature.
Specifically, the drying test data includes a plurality of different temperatures, and a difference Δ Ti between the actual remaining drying time and the preset remaining drying time corresponding to each temperature Ti may be obtained for each temperature Ti, and a data set { Δ Ti, Ti } including the different temperatures Ti and the differences Δ Ti corresponding to the different temperatures Ti is obtained, where Ti represents the temperature, and Δ Ti represents the difference between the actual remaining drying time and the preset remaining drying time corresponding to the corresponding temperature Ti.
After obtaining the data set { Δ Ti, Ti }, a regression analysis may be performed based on the data set { Δ Ti, Ti } to obtain a functional relationship between a difference Δ T between the actual remaining drying time and the preset remaining drying time and a temperature T, where the temperature T is a function independent variable, and the difference Δ T between the actual remaining drying time and the preset remaining drying time is a dependent variable of the function.
In specific implementation, the regression analysis can be implemented by conventional technical means, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the actual remaining drying time may be obtained by correcting the preset remaining drying time based on the difference Δ t between the actual remaining drying time and the preset remaining drying time. Thus, the difference Δ t between the actual remaining drying time and the preset remaining drying time may be referred to as a remaining drying time correction value. Thus, the functional relationship between the difference Δ T between the actual remaining drying time and the preset remaining drying time and the temperature T is the functional relationship between the corrected value of the remaining drying time and the temperature.
In some embodiments, the temperature may include a cooling medium temperature. The first function relationship obtained by regression analysis of the drying test data is as follows:
Δt 1 =c 1 *(Tc-15℃) a1 +c 2
wherein, Δ t 1 Is a first remaining drying time correction value, c 1 Is a first constant, Tc is the temperature of the cooling medium, a1 is a first power exponent, c 2 Is a second constant.
In a specific implementation, the temperature of the cooling medium may be continuously collected for a period of time before the drying process is run, and the value may be taken when the collected temperature of the cooling medium is stable. Therefore, the accuracy of the collected cooling medium temperature can be ensured.
When the stable temperature of the cooling medium is collected, the drying program can be immediately operated.
In an implementation of step S2, the current remaining drying time correction value may be obtained based on the first functional relationship and the current temperature. Specifically, the current remaining drying time correction value is:
Δt 10 =c 1 *(Tc 0 -15℃) a1 +c 2
wherein Tc 0 The current cooling medium temperature.
In some embodiments, c 1 1.93 min/DEG C, a1 is 1, c 2 And the current residual drying time correction value based on the temperature of the cooling medium is-2.2 min and comprises the following steps:
Δt 10 =1.93min/℃*(Tc 0 -15℃)-2.2min。
in other embodiments, the temperature may comprise ambient temperature. The second function relationship obtained by performing regression analysis on the drying test data is as follows:
Δt 2 =c 3 *(Th-22℃) a2 +c 4
wherein, Δ t 2 As a second remaining drying time correction value, c 3 Is a third constant, Th is ambient temperature, a2 is a power of two exponent, c 4 Is a fourth constant.
In an implementation of step S2, the current remaining drying time correction value may be obtained based on the second functional relationship and the current temperature. Specifically, the current remaining drying time correction value is:
Δt 20 =c 3 *(Th 0 -22℃) a2 +c 4
wherein Th 0 Is the current ambient temperature.
In some embodiments, c 3 At-0.31 min/deg.C, a2 is 1, c 4 The time is-0.05 min, and the current residual drying time correction value based on the environmental temperature correction is as follows:
Δt 20 =-0.31min/℃*(Th 0 -22℃)-0.05min。
in other embodiments, the temperature may also include the cooling medium temperature and the ambient temperature. The third function relationship obtained by regression analysis of the drying test data is as follows:
Δt 3 =c 5 *(Tc-15℃) a3 +c 6 *(Th-22℃) a4 +c 7
wherein, Δ t 3 As a third remaining drying time correction value, c 5 Is a fifth constant, Tc is the temperature of the cooling medium, a3 is the third power exponent, c 6 Is a sixth constant, Th is ambient temperature, a4 is a fourth power exponent, c 7 Is a seventh constant.
In an implementation of step S2, the current remaining drying time correction value may be obtained based on the third functional relationship and the current temperature. Specifically, the current remaining drying time correction value is:
Δt 30 =c 5 *(Tc 0 -15℃) a3 +c 6 *(Th 0 -22℃) a4 +c 7
wherein Tc 0 For the current cooling medium temperature, Th 0 Is the current ambient temperature.
In some embodiments, c 5 1.93 min/DEG C, a3 is 1, c 6 At-0.31 min/deg.C, a4 is 1, c 7 And the current residual drying time correction value based on the cooling medium temperature and the environment temperature is-2.25 min and comprises the following steps:
Δt 30 =1.93min/℃*(Tc 0 -15℃)-0.31min/℃*(Th 0 -22℃)-2.25min。
in a specific implementation of step S3, the current preset remaining drying time may be corrected based on the current remaining drying time correction value to obtain the current actual remaining drying time.
Specifically, the current actual remaining drying time t ═ t 0 + Δ t, where t 0 The remaining drying time is preset.
