Abstract

The invention discloses an elastoplasticity plugging particle for oil-based drilling fluid, wherein the inner core of the elastoplasticity plugging particle is a rubber particle with elastoplasticity, and the outer shell of the elastoplasticity plugging particle is coated with inert nano particles. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a preparation method of the elastoplastic plugging particles for the oil-based drilling fluid, which comprises the steps of rubber particle selection, cleaning, surface wetting, ultrasonic vibration spraying and the like. Under the condition of temperature or pressure, the rubber coated with the inert nanoparticles can generate elastic deformation, the effect of plugging pores is good, and the rubber cannot be dissolved in an oil phase due to the fact that the shell is coated with the inert nanoparticles, so that the rubber still has good elastic deformation capability and plugging performance under the condition of long-time high-temperature and high-pressure soaking in the oil-based drilling fluid.

Description

Elastoplastic plugging particles for oil-based drilling fluid and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an elastoplastic plugging particle for oil-based drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a plugging material with good elastoplastic property for the oil-based drilling fluid.
Background
In recent years, with the development of oil and gas exploration, deep wells and complex formation wells are gradually increased; various complex accidents frequently occur in the drilling construction process, and the well leakage problem is particularly more prominent. The number, leakage amount and leakage time of the leakage wells are high or not small, the leakage stopping effect is not ideal, huge economic loss is caused, and the process of exploration and development is greatly delayed.
At present, the common plugging materials mainly comprise bridging type plugging materials, high-water-loss plugging materials, temporary plugging materials for protecting production zones, chemical plugging materials, inorganic gelling plugging materials, soft (hard) plugging type plugging materials and the like according to different mechanisms and functions. The use of these lost circulation materials reduces losses due to lost circulation to some extent. In the current development process of shale oil gas, oil-based drilling fluid is usually used, and well leakage often occurs due to the special geological structure and lithologic development characteristics of shale stratum, but the current leakage stoppage of the oil-based drilling fluid lacks a special oil-based drilling fluid leakage stoppage material, the conventional water-based drilling fluid leakage stoppage material is still used, and some elastic leakage stoppage materials for the water-based drilling fluid have oil solubility, can be dissolved in the oil-based drilling fluid, do not have pressure-bearing leakage stoppage performance, and cannot be suitable for the leakage stoppage of the oil-based drilling fluid. Even if the oil-resistant rubber is soaked in the oil-based drilling fluid for a long time, partial dissolution can occur, so that the performance such as rubber strength, elasticity and the like is reduced, and effective plugging cannot be formed or re-leakage is caused in the drilling process. In addition, most of the plugging materials of the water-based drilling fluid are hydrophilic materials, and have poor compatibility with the oil-based drilling fluid, so that the plugging effect is easily influenced by the invasion of the drilling fluid or the performance of the drilling fluid is reversely influenced, and complicated underground accidents are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the technology and provides an elastoplastic plugging particle for oil-based drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof.
By changing the non-oil-resistant characteristic of rubber and utilizing the pressure and temperature deformation performance, a stacking plugging layer can be effectively formed in formation cracks and pore throats, so that the cracks and leakage layers are effectively plugged.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
an elastoplastic plugging particle for an oil-based drilling fluid comprises an inner core which is an elastoplastic rubber particle, and an outer shell which is coated with inert nanoparticles.
The rubber particles comprise natural rubber or synthetic rubber and have a particle size in the range of 1-5 mm.
The inert nano-particles comprise one or two of nano calcium carbonate or nano silicon dioxide, and the particle size range of the nano-particles is 50-300 nm.
The preparation method of the elastoplastic plugging particles for the oil-based drilling fluid comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting rubber particles with uniform particle size, cleaning and drying;
(2) spraying the rubber particles with acetic acid solution and glycerol solution successively to fully wet the surfaces of all the rubber particles;
(3) placing the wetted rubber particles on a temperature control type ultrasonic vibration sieve, wherein the mesh of the sieve cloth is smaller than the diameter of the rubber particles;
(4) adding the inert nano particles into the polyvinyl acetate emulsion, and fully stirring and mixing;
(5) and (4) opening an ultrasonic vibration screen, uniformly spraying the polyvinyl acetate emulsion containing the inert nanoparticles in the step (4) onto rubber particles by using a spray gun, uniformly spraying, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the elastoplastic plugging particles for the oil-based drilling fluid.
The preparation method of the elastoplastic plugging particles for the oil-based drilling fluid further comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting uniform rubber particles with the particle size range of 1-5mm, cleaning and drying;
(2) spraying 8% acetic acid solution and 5% glycerol solution to the rubber particles, and turning over the rubber particles continuously during spraying to ensure that the surfaces of all the rubber particles are fully wetted;
(3) placing the wetted rubber particles on a temperature control type ultrasonic vibration sieve, wherein the mesh of the sieve cloth is smaller than the diameter of the rubber particles;
(4) adding inert nano particles with the mass fraction of 20-30% into polyvinyl acetate emulsion containing 2-5% of silane coupling agent, and fully stirring and mixing;
(5) opening an ultrasonic vibration sieve, controlling the temperature to be between 55 and 60 ℃, controlling the ultrasonic frequency to be between 20 and 30KHZ and the vibration frequency to be between 45 and 55HZ, uniformly spraying the polyvinyl acetate emulsion containing the inert nano particles onto the rubber particles by using a spray gun, controlling the air pressure of the spray gun to be between 0.2 and 0.3MPa and the diameter of a nozzle to be between 5 and 10mm, and uniformly spraying and cooling to room temperature to obtain the elastoplastic plugging particles for the oil-based drilling fluid.
The silane coupling agent comprises vinyltriethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane or vinyltris (beta-methoxyethoxy) silane.
The elasto-plastic plugging particles are mainly used as a plugging agent for oil-based drilling fluid, and compared with the prior art, the elasto-plastic plugging particles have the following advantages: compared with the existing elastic plugging material, the elastoplastic plugging particles for the oil-based drilling fluid have better oil resistance and higher strength, and still have good elastic deformation capability and plugging performance under the condition of long-time high-temperature and high-pressure soaking in the oil-based drilling fluid. Under the bottom hole condition, the elastic inner core of the elastic-plastic plugging particles can deform, and the inert particles coated on the surface of the inner core cannot fall off and can be tightly attached to the surface of the rubber inner core, so that the rubber particles and the oil phase are prevented from being dissolved mutually. The inert particles coated on the surface also greatly increase the strength of the elastic core, and the pressure-bearing capacity is higher.
