Abstract
The invention provides a composite filter felt and a production process thereof, and relates to the technical field of filter felts, wherein the composite filter felt comprises a first filter layer, a second filter layer, a coating layer and base cloth, wherein the first filter layer and the second filter layer are both in a wave shape, filter filler is filled between the first filter layer and the second filter layer, the coating layer is arranged outside the first filter layer and the second filter layer, the base cloth is provided with two groups, and the two groups of base cloth are respectively arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the coating layer; the first filter layer is formed by laminating a plurality of layers of filter cloth, the filter cloth is formed by interweaving warp and weft of a first fiber yarn in a single layer, and a winding ring is wound on the first fiber yarn; according to the invention, the first filter layer and the second filter layer are arranged in a wave shape, so that the contact area with the filtered gas is increased, the first fiber yarn is wound to form a winding ring, the two layers of second fiber yarns are wound to form a composite winding ring, the gas is subjected to two-step stepped filtering, and the filtering capacity and the filtering effect are improved by matching with the wave-shaped contact area.

The invention relates to the technical field of filter felts, in particular to a composite filter felt and a production process thereof.
Background
The filter felt is a very common filter material applied at present, has the advantages of convenient manufacture and good filter effect, is widely used for household dust collectors, air purifiers and various air purification devices, the needled filter felt is divided into a plurality of types including glass fiber needled felt, polyester needled filter felt and the like, and the various filter felts have different air filtration effects and application places according to different raw materials and manufacturing processes for manufacturing the filter felt;
in the prior art, chemical fiber filter materials for filtering and dedusting mainly comprise chemical fiber filter materials such as terylene, polypropylene and the like, the filter materials mainly form a planar cloth layer, the planar cloth layer has a limited contact area with gas when filtering gas, the filtering effect is influenced, the collection efficiency of PM2.5 is low, and escaped PM2.5 fine particles can still cause irreversible harm to human health, so the invention provides a composite filter felt and a production process thereof to solve the problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a composite filter felt and a production process thereof, wherein the composite filter felt and the production process thereof are used for filtering gas in a two-step mode, and the filter capacity and the filter effect are improved by matching with the wavy contact area.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a composite filter felt comprises a first filter layer, a second filter layer, a coating layer and base cloth, wherein the first filter layer and the second filter layer are both wavy, filter filler is filled between the first filter layer and the second filter layer, the coating layer is arranged outside the first filter layer and the second filter layer, the base cloth is provided with two groups, and the two groups of base cloth are respectively arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the coating layer;

The further improvement lies in that: the coating is one of polypropylene, polyurethane, polyethylene, polyolefin copolymer, the coating cladding is in the outside of first filter layer and second filter layer and to the both sides banding of first filter layer and second filter layer.
The further improvement lies in that: the upper surface and the lower surface of the coating layer are provided with air holes, the air holes are provided with a plurality of groups, the air holes at the lower part are communicated with the first filter layer and the base layer cloth at the lower part, and the air holes at the upper part are communicated with the second filter layer and the base layer cloth at the upper part.
The further improvement lies in that: the filter filler comprises ceramic filler and coke powder, and the ceramic filler and the coke powder are uniformly distributed between the first filter layer and the second filter layer.
The further improvement lies in that: the first filter layer is formed by laminating at least three layers of filter cloth, and the second filter layer is formed by laminating at least three layers of fine filter cloth.
The further improvement lies in that: the base cloth is connected with the first filter layer and the second filter layer through needling, and the caliber of the inner ring of the winding ring is larger than that of the inner ring of the composite winding ring.
The further improvement lies in that: the first fiber silk is one of straw fiber, keratin fiber and silk fibroin fiber, and the second fiber silk is one of viscose fiber, soybean protein fiber and bamboo silk fiber.
A production process of a composite filter felt comprises the following steps:
removing impurities and carding cotton from the first fiber yarns, the second fiber yarns, the glass fibers and the PTFE fibers;
Winding the first fiber yarns to form winding rings, and then weaving a plurality of single-layer first fiber yarns into filter cloth in a warp-weft mode;
connecting the three layers of filter cloth by needling to prepare a first filter layer;
winding two layers of second fiber yarns together to form a composite winding ring, and then weaving a plurality of second fiber yarns of the two layers into fine filter cloth in a warp-weft mode;
connecting the three layers of fine filter cloth by needling to prepare a second filter layer;
pressing the first filter layer and the second filter layer into a wave shape, filling ceramic filler and coke powder between the first filter layer and the second filter layer, coating a coating layer on the outer side, sealing the edge, and punching air holes;
the glass fiber and the PTFE fiber are woven into base cloth by long and short warps and wefts, and the two layers of base cloth are respectively connected with the first filter layer and the second filter layer by penetrating the coating layer by a needle punching method.
The further improvement lies in that: the first fiber yarns, the second fiber yarns, the glass fibers and the PTFE fibers are grabbed by a plucker, impurities in the first fiber yarns, the second fiber yarns, the glass fibers and the PTFE fibers are removed by an impurity removing machine, and then cotton carding treatment is carried out by a carding machine.
The further improvement lies in that: coating layers are coated on the outer sides of the first filter layer and the second filter layer and are mutually bonded through a polypropylene fiber anti-corrosion glue layer.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. according to the invention, the first filter layer and the second filter layer are arranged in a wave shape, so that the contact area with the filtered gas is increased, the first fiber yarn is wound to form a winding ring, the two layers of second fiber yarns are wound to form a composite winding ring, the gas is subjected to two-step stepped filtering, and the filtering capacity and the filtering effect are improved by matching with the wave-shaped contact area.
2. According to the invention, the PM2.5 trapping efficiency is improved by uniformly filling the ceramic filler and the coke powder.
3. The glass fiber and PTFE fiber woven base layer cloth is used as an integral supporting base body, so that the temperature resistance and weather resistance are improved.

Coating 3 is polyurethane, coating 3 cladding is in the outside of first filter layer 1 and second filter layer 2 and to the both sides banding of first filter layer 1 and second filter layer 2. The first fiber yarns 5 are straw fibers, the second fiber yarns 7 are soybean protein fibers, and the fibers are applied to secondary recycling of crop wastes, so that the energy is saved, the environment is protected, and the cost is saved.

According to fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a production process of a composite filter felt, which includes the following steps:
grabbing the first fiber 5, the second fiber 7, the glass fiber 9 and the PTFE fiber 10 by a plucker, removing impurities in the first fiber by an impurity remover, and carding by a carding machine;
winding the first fiber 5 to form a winding ring 6, and weaving a plurality of single-layer first fibers 5 into filter cloth in a warp-weft manner;
connecting the three layers of filter cloth by needling to prepare a first filter layer 1;
winding two layers of second fiber yarns 7 together to form a composite winding ring 8, and then weaving a plurality of second fiber yarns 7 in two layers into fine filter cloth in a warp and weft manner;
connecting the three layers of fine filter cloth by needling to prepare a second filter layer 2;
pressing the first filter layer 1 and the second filter layer 2 into a wave shape, filling ceramic filler 12 and coke powder 13 between the first filter layer and the second filter layer, coating a coating layer 3 on the outer side, mutually bonding the coating layer with the polypropylene fiber anti-corrosion adhesive layer, sealing the edge and punching an air hole 11; the first filter layer 1 and the second filter layer 2 are arranged in a wave shape, so that the contact area with a filtered gas is increased, the first fiber yarn 5 is wound to form a winding ring 6 to form a first-step filtering pore, the two layers of second fiber yarns 7 are wound to form a composite winding ring 8 to form a second-step filtering pore, and the caliber of the inner ring of the winding ring 6 is larger than that of the inner ring of the composite winding ring 8, so that the gas is conveniently subjected to two-step stepped filtering, the filtering capacity and the filtering effect are further improved by matching the wave-shaped contact area, and the ceramic filler 12 and the coke powder 13 are uniformly filled, so that the collection efficiency of PM2.5 is improved;
The glass fiber 9 and the PTFE fiber 10 are woven into the base layer cloth 4 by long and short warps and wefts, the base layer cloth 4 is used as an integral supporting base body to improve the temperature resistance and weather resistance, and the two layers of base layer cloth 4 penetrate through the coating layer 3 by a needle punching method to be respectively connected with the first filter layer 1 and the second filter layer 2.
