Portable electronic device terminals such as mobile phones and tablet computers are becoming an indispensable part of people's daily life. SIM cards, memory cards, and the like are important components of mobile phones, and various types of mobile phones require a card mounting structure.
However, with the continuous development of mobile terminal technology, the use of the curved screen is gradually popularized, the side surface of the mobile terminal is used as an important appearance surface, and the display requirement on the side surface of the mobile terminal is higher and higher.

The present disclosure is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art.
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a mobile terminal, including a card mounting assembly disposed at a back of a mobile terminal housing; the card mounting assembly includes a housing having a front and a back; the card mounting assembly is arranged on the back surface of the shell; the card mounting assembly includes a card holder for mounting a card and a cover for covering the card holder.

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
With the rapid development of screen technology, the wide application of flexible screens makes the display area of the mobile terminal have a larger design space. However, the structure located on another plane becomes an obstacle to display of a design space, and the position of the card mounting assembly greatly affects the form of the mobile terminal and the design space of the mobile terminal as an indispensable structure of the mobile terminal.
As shown in fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the present disclosure proposes a mobile terminal 1, the mobile terminal 1 including a housing 2 and a card mounting assembly. The housing 2 has a front face and a rear face 21. The card mounting assembly is provided on the back 21 of the housing 2. The card mounting assembly includes a card holder 105 for mounting a card 103 and a cover 101 for covering the card holder 105.
It will be appreciated that in the disclosed embodiment the front of the housing 2 refers to the side on which the display is mounted, i.e. the side providing the main interface for the user. The back surface 21 of the case 2 is disposed opposite to the front surface of the case 2, which means the surface on which the battery cover is disposed.
In the above embodiment, the mounting of the card 103 is completed by mounting the card 103 into the card holder 105 located on the back surface of the housing 2 and fitting the cover 101. It can be understood that, when the card 103 is assembled on the card holder 105, the card may be in interference fit, or there is a limit portion on the card holder 105, when a certain pressure is applied to the card 103, the card 103 can be pressed into the limit portion, the limit portion may be a convex or elastic ring-shaped rubber ring, when the card 103 is disassembled and assembled, the above-mentioned limit portion does not need to pass through the side surface of the housing, the card 103 can be directly disassembled and assembled by disassembling the cover located at the back surface of the housing, thereby avoiding the interference of the card assembly component set at the side surface of the housing to the display area, and improving the design space of the mobile terminal. When the cover 101 is connected to the housing 2, the connection mode may be a snap, a magnetic attraction, or the like.
In some embodiments, a mounting groove 111 is provided on the rear surface of the housing 2, the card holder 105 is provided in the mounting groove 111, and the cover 101 can open and close the mounting groove 111. The mounting groove 111 may be a groove integrally formed on the back surface 21 of the housing 2, the back surface 21 of the housing 2 may also be provided with a through hole, and the bottom surface of the mounting groove 111 is a middle frame inside the mobile terminal.
In some embodiments, a substrate 201 is further disposed on the back surface 21 of the housing 2, a through hole 203 is disposed on the substrate 201, the through hole 203 is communicated with the mounting groove 111, the peripheral wall of the through hole 203 surrounds the mounting groove 111, and the cover 101 is fittingly mounted in the through hole 203. The cover plate 101 and the substrate 201 are installed in a matched manner, so that the longitudinal depth of the installation groove 111 can be reduced, the occupation of the stacking space inside the mobile terminal is reduced, and the yielding degree of the shell 2 can be reduced. Since the base plate 201 protrudes from the rear surface 21 of the housing 2, a stopper is formed for the cover plate 101. The substrate 201 and the shell 2 can be arranged in a split mode, and the processing difficulty of the shell is reduced. It can be understood that the housing 2 may be provided with a second through hole, and the substrate 111 may also be directly connected to the middle frame of the mobile terminal through the second through hole, or fixedly connected to the middle frame through a positioning structure on the housing, so as to improve the connection effect and the overall appearance effect of the substrate and the mobile terminal.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the overall feeling and flatness of the mobile terminal, when the base plate 201 and the cover 101 are in a fitted state, and the back surface of the cover 101 is flush with the back surface (outer surface) of the base plate 201, the cover 101 is in a closed state, and the outer surface of the cover 101 is flush with the outer surface of the base plate 201. .
In some embodiments, the cover 101 is connected to the base plate 201 and can be turned between an open position for opening the mounting groove 111 and a closed position for closing the mounting groove, and the cover 101 may be provided with a pivot portion connected to the base plate 201 via a pivot shaft and still connected to the housing when the cover 101 is opened, thereby preventing the cover 101 from being lost.
In some embodiments, the lid 101 is removable by, in addition to adhesive, interference fit, etc., a first push-to-eject mechanism for locking the lid 101 in a closed position and for ejecting the lid 101 into an open position by pushing. The biasing mechanism can be powered by a torsion spring and is disposed at the matching position of the base plate 201 or the mounting groove 111 and the cover 101, when the cover 101 is closed, the cover 101 presses the biasing mechanism, the torsion spring compresses, and the biasing mechanism locks the cover 101 through the engaging part. When it is necessary to open the cover, the pressing lid 101 is pressed again to apply additional pressure, so that the engaging portion of the biasing mechanism is released and the cover is biased by the torsion spring force.
In some embodiments, the cartridge 105 is pivotally mounted in the mounting slot 111 between a first position in which the cartridge 105 is received in the mounting slot 111 and a second position in which a portion of the cartridge 105 extends out of the mounting slot 111 to facilitate removal of the card 103. As shown in fig. 1, the card seat can be divided into a seat body and a card pressing member, the seat body and the card pressing member are connected through a pivot, the seat body is arranged in the installation groove 111, the card seat 105 is in an open state, part of the card pressing member extends out of the installation groove 111, installation space is provided for the card 103, when the card pressing member is in a closed state, the card 103 is limited in a gap between the seat body and the card pressing member, the card pressing member abuts against the back of the card 103, when the card pressing member is in a closed state, the card pressing member and the seat body can be matched and connected in corresponding areas on different sides of the pivot, such as a buckle and a magnetic suction, so as to achieve a locking effect, and the card 103 is more firmly fixed in the installation groove 111.
In some embodiments, it is understood that the mounting groove 111 may further include a second push-out mechanism for locking the holder body and the clamper at the closed position and pushing out the clamper to the open position by pushing. The elastic pressing mechanism can provide power through a torsion spring and is arranged at the matching position of the base and the pressing clamping piece, when the pressing clamping piece closes, the pressing clamping piece presses the elastic pressing mechanism, the torsion spring compresses, and the elastic pressing mechanism locks the pressing clamping piece through the base. When needing to open, press again and press the fastener and provide additional pressure, make the block portion of suppressing mechanism loosen, bounce off under the effect of torsional spring power.
In some embodiments, the mobile terminal further comprises a lifting device (not shown in the figures), which can be driven by a motor, for lifting or retracting the card holder 105 and the cover 101. Taking the card seat 105 as an example, the lifting device can be released by pushing the switch through a thimble, or by a push-push structure; or may be triggered by software. When the motor receives the corresponding indication signal, the motor is started to eject the whole card seat 105 out of the mounting groove 111, the ejection mode can be realized by connecting a screw rod with the motor, the screw rod can be movably connected with the middle frame, and the screw rod rotates to generate relative displacement with the mobile terminal body. It will be appreciated that in the raised state, the surrounding components no longer hinder the removal of the card 103, and the card 103 can be more easily removed.
In some embodiments, a protruding portion may be further disposed on a surface of the cover 101 opposite to the appearance surface, and in an assembled state, the protruding portion abuts against the card seat 105, or the protruding portion directly abuts against the card 103, so that the cover applies a pressure to an acting object to prevent the card 103 from being released.
It can be understood that, when the cover 101 is assembled, it can be bonded by glue, the bonding area includes the contact surface between the cover 101 and the mounting groove 111 or the substrate 201, when assembling, the glue fills the gap of the assembly area by squeezing, and after fixing, a good waterproof effect can be achieved.
In some embodiments, card 103 comprises a SIM card and/or a memory card, and card socket 105 has a card slot for mounting the SIM card and/or the memory card.
In the above embodiment, the mobile terminal further includes a camera module disposed on the back surface of the housing 2, and the card mounting assembly is disposed separately from the camera module; the interference between the camera module and the card installation component can be prevented, the structure of the existing camera module is not influenced, and the design flow of the camera module is not increased;
however, the card installation component can be installed in the base of the camera module to form space multiplexing, so that a new area for installing the card installation component is not required to be additionally divided on the back surface of the shell 2, and the design of the shell 2 is simplified.
When the card installation component is arranged on the rear cover, the rear cover can be provided with a clearance area, such as a groove, or a through hole penetrating through the rear cover, correspondingly, the mobile terminal can also be designed to avoid corresponding parts in the clearance area, such as a battery containing the clearance area, or a middle frame with the clearance area. In some embodiments, the display area of the mobile terminal may include straight sections of the housing peripheral side, such as four straight sides, since the card 103 no longer encroaches on the peripheral side of the housing.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the electrical connection interface includes a contact interface for electrically connecting with a test probe when the mobile terminal is tested, and the contact structure includes a VBUS interface for passing a large current, and a CC interface for identifying a Type-C protocol; the Uart _ debug port is used for transmitting the running log of the mobile terminal; the D +/D-interface is used for being compatible with the microUSB interface and transmitting data; and the GND port is used for ground protection. Claims (10)

1. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a housing having a front and a back;
the card mounting assembly is arranged on the back face of the shell and comprises a card seat for mounting a card and a cover for covering the card seat.
2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein a mounting groove is formed on a back surface of the housing, the card holder is disposed in the mounting groove, and the cover can open and close the mounting groove.
3. The mobile terminal according to claim 2, further comprising a substrate provided on a rear surface of the housing, the substrate being provided with a through hole, a peripheral wall of the through hole surrounding the mounting groove, the cover being fitted in the through hole.
4. A mobile terminal according to claim 3, wherein the outer surface of the cover is flush with the outer surface of the base plate when the cover is in the closed position.
5. The mobile terminal of claim 3, wherein the cover is coupled to the base plate and is pivotable between an open position to open the mounting slot and a closed position to close the mounting slot.

A mobile terminal according to claim 2, wherein the card holder is pivotally mounted within the mounting slot between a first position in which the card holder is received within the mounting slot and a second position in which a portion of the card holder extends out of the mounting slot to facilitate removal of a card.
7. The mobile terminal of claim 1, further comprising a camera module disposed on a back side of the housing, wherein the card mounting assembly is spaced apart from the camera module; or the card installation component is installed in the base of the camera module.
8. A mobile terminal according to claim 1, characterized in that the card comprises a SIM card and/or a memory card; the card holder is provided with a card slot for mounting a SIM card and/or a storage card.
9. The mobile terminal of claim 2, wherein the mounting slot further comprises a second area, the second area being provided with an electrical connection interface.
10. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal has a display area comprising a straight section area of a peripheral side of the housing.
