verifying whether the reason for overdue conforms to authenticity of the reason for overdue according to the reason for overdue, the relegant algorithm, the vehicle GPS data and/or the vehicle other data; the other data of the vehicle comprises sensing data, and the vehicle data acquired by the sensor is the sensing data.

In the embodiment of the invention, overdue reasons and repayment capacity of the lessee can be discriminated according to the real situation of the vehicle during running, whether the lessee is approved for the slow lease application can be determined, and the cheating phenomenon can be identified; compared with the traditional processing mode that the leasing company is 'one-time cut' and does not allow the leasing to be delayed, the overdue rate of the vehicle when the vehicle financing leasing repayment is effectively reduced, and the loss of the leasing company is reduced.
The invention provides a device for reducing overdue rate of vehicle leasing, which comprises the steps of firstly obtaining a request for reletting of a lessee, then judging whether the request for reletting is agreed according to the request for reletting, vehicle driving data and a reletting algorithm, and finally paying by the lessee according to the request for reletting under the condition that the request for reletting is agreed, so that the overdue rate during vehicle leasing and paying can be reduced, and the loss of a leasing company can be reduced.
For specific limitations of the device for reducing the vehicle rental overdue rate, reference may be made to the above limitations of the method for reducing the vehicle rental overdue rate, and further description thereof is omitted here. All or part of the modules in the device for reducing the vehicle rental overdue rate can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.

The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external client through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement functions or steps of a service side of a method of reducing vehicle rental overdue rate.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a client, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device comprises a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen and an input device which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external server through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement the functions or steps of a method of reducing vehicle rental overdue rate on the client side
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring a slow lease application of a lessee;
judging whether the request for the slow lease is agreed according to the request for the slow lease, the vehicle driving data and a slow lease algorithm;
and under the condition of agreeing to the request for the slow lease, the lessee makes a payment according to the request for the slow lease.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring a slow lease application of a lessee;
judging whether the request for the slow lease is agreed according to the request for the slow lease, the vehicle driving data and a slow lease algorithm;
and under the condition of agreeing to the request for the slow lease, the lessee makes a payment according to the request for the slow lease.
It should be noted that, the functions or steps that can be implemented by the computer-readable storage medium or the computer device can be referred to the related descriptions of the server side and the client side in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described here one by one to avoid repetition.
According to the method, a lease-postponing application of a lessee is firstly obtained, whether the lease-postponing application is agreed is judged according to the lease-postponing application, vehicle driving data and a lease-postponing algorithm, and finally the lessee repays according to the lease-postponing application under the condition that the lease-postponing application is agreed. According to the method and the system, aiming at the phenomenon that partial vehicles have good running conditions, settlement dates are abnormal only due to the fact that turnover of goods is not smooth, but the vehicles have the actual ability and are willing to be cleared in time in the next month, the renters can pay according to the slow renting application and the vehicle running data and the slow renting algorithm on the premise that the lessers agree with the slow renting application, and the overdue rate of the vehicle renting and paying is reduced.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (10)

1. A method for reducing vehicle rental overdue rate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a slow lease application of a lessee;
judging whether the request for the slow lease is agreed according to the request for the slow lease, the vehicle driving data and a slow lease algorithm;
and under the condition of agreeing to the request for the slow lease, the lessee makes a payment according to the request for the slow lease.
2. The method for reducing vehicle rental overdue rate according to claim 1, wherein the request for rental includes reason for overdue and rental scheme;
the method for acquiring the request for the slow lease of the lessee comprises the following steps:
and acquiring the overdue reason and the lease-slowing scheme of the lessee.
3. The method for reducing the overdue rate of vehicle renting according to claim 2, wherein the step of judging whether to approve the request for the slow rental according to the request for the slow rental, vehicle driving data and a slow rental algorithm comprises the following steps:
judging whether the lease-postponed application meets a lease-postponed standard or not according to the lease-postponed application, the vehicle driving data and the lease-postponed algorithm;
and agreeing to the relet application on the premise that the relet application meets the relet standard.
4. The method for reducing vehicle rental overdue rate according to claim 3, wherein the vehicle driving data comprises vehicle GPS data and/or vehicle other data; the lease-deferral criteria include authenticity of the reason for overdue and repayment capability of the lessee;
the step of judging whether the relet application meets the relet standard according to the relet application, the vehicle driving data and the relet algorithm comprises the following steps:
verifying whether the reason for overdue conforms to authenticity of the reason for overdue according to the reason for overdue, the relegated algorithm, the vehicle GPS data and/or the vehicle other data.
5. The method of reducing vehicle rental overdue rate of claim 4, wherein the other vehicle data comprises sensed data, and the vehicle data obtained by the sensor is the sensed data.
6. The method for reducing the overdue rate of vehicle renting according to claim 4, wherein the step of judging whether the relegated application meets a relegated standard according to the relegated application, the vehicle driving data and the relegated algorithm further comprises the steps of:

the system comprises a cache lease application acquisition module, a cache lease application acquisition module and a cache lease application processing module, wherein the cache lease application acquisition module is used for acquiring cache lease applications of tenants;
the system comprises a lease-postponing application judging module, a lease-postponing application determining module and a lease-postponing algorithm, wherein the lease-postponing application judging module is used for judging whether to approve the lease-postponing application according to the lease-postponing application, vehicle driving data and a lease-postponing algorithm;
and the lease-postponing application implementation module is used for paying by the lessee according to the lease-postponing application under the condition that the lease-postponing application is agreed.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program performs the steps of the method of reducing vehicle rental overdue rate according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of reducing vehicle rental overdue rate according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
