Invoice reimbursement processing module: and the system is used for judging whether the original personnel of the bill image information exists in the invoice processing high-difficulty personnel list or not when the acquired reimbursement request of the staff exists, and informing the original personnel to prepare the evidence-assisting data if the original personnel of the bill image information exists, and meanwhile. The classification levels of original personnel are identified, different assistant evidence data providing templates are provided according to different classification levels, the more content needs to be filled in by the high-level assistant evidence data providing templates, the more content needs to be filled in by the low-level assistant evidence data providing templates, and the assistant evidence data comprise photos, handwritten record data, contract files and the like and are used for extracting correct data content. The classification levels of original personnel are identified, different assistant evidence data providing templates are provided according to different classification levels, the more content needs to be filled in by the high-level assistant evidence data providing templates, the more content needs to be filled in by the low-level assistant evidence data providing templates, and the assistant evidence data comprise photos, handwritten record data, contract files and the like and are used for extracting correct data content. The classification level is in the follow-up invoice reimbursement of workers, if the bill identification management step is performed, the machine vision AI algorithm can identify key information from the bill image information, and the classification level can be gradually reduced.
This scheme need not to prepare too much data and can accomplish the reimbursement processing through the staff that lets the invoice preserve, and the staff that the invoice preserved not good can accomplish the reimbursement processing only to prepare more data. And moreover, by means of grade and publicity, a psychological difference is formed between the workers with good invoice preservation and the workers with poor invoice preservation, so that the workers can form a good invoice reimbursement habit, and meanwhile, the workload and the working difficulty of accountants are reduced.

an invoice issuing management module: the system is used for acquiring invoice issuing requirements and acquiring invoice issuing information according to the invoice issuing requirements; the invoice issuing system is also used for issuing an invoice according to the invoice issuing information, and after the invoice issuing is finished, the invoice and the invoice issuing process are arranged into invoice issuing information, and then the invoice issuing information is stored in the invoice information storage module;
the bill identification management module: the system is used for acquiring bill image information and identifying key information from the bill image information according to a machine vision algorithm; and the invoice verification module is also used for accessing the bill information storage module according to the key information and the diversified data sharing module to verify the authenticity of the invoice and the check and replay of the invoice, sorting result data, bill image information and verification processes of the authenticity of the invoice and the check and replay of the invoice into invoice verification information, and storing the invoice verification information into the bill information storage module.
2. An AI-based ticket management system according to claim 1, wherein: the invoice issuing requirement comprises online invoice issuing and two-dimension code invoice issuing, and the invoice issuing management module specifically comprises the following two sub-modules when issuing an invoice:
an online invoicing submodule: the system is used for acquiring billing information when the invoice billing requirement is online billing, and billing according to the billing information; the invoice issuing system is also used for verifying whether invoice inventory exists during invoicing, if so, performing data verification on invoicing information, if the verification is passed, issuing an invoice, arranging the invoiced invoice and the invoicing flow into invoiced information, and storing the invoiced information into an invoice information storage module;
two-dimensional code billing submodule: the invoice issuing system is used for providing the two-dimensional code when the invoice issuing requirement is two-dimensional code issuing, acquiring the issuing information and issuing an invoice according to the issuing information; the system is also used for verifying whether the invoice is stored during invoicing, if so, performing data verification on invoicing information, if the verification is passed, issuing the invoice, arranging the invoiced invoice and the invoicing flow into the invoiced information, and storing the invoiced information into the invoice information storage module.
3. An AI-based ticket management system according to claim 1, wherein: the server further comprises the following modules:
the invoice invalidation management module: the invoice information storage module is used for storing the invoice information, inquiring whether the corresponding invoice exists according to the invoice information and the diversified data sharing module;
the invoice red flushing management module: the method comprises the steps of acquiring invoice information when acquiring an invoice red flushing requirement, accessing a bill information storage module according to the invoice information and a diversified data sharing module, inquiring whether a corresponding invoice exists, judging whether the invoice red flushing condition is met if the invoice exists, flushing the invoice if the invoice red flushing condition is met, and modifying the state of the invoice in the bill information storage module.

bill identification and management: acquiring bill image information, and identifying key information from the bill image information according to a machine vision algorithm; and the invoice verification module is also used for accessing the bill information storage module according to the key information and the diversified data sharing module to verify the authenticity of the invoice and the check and replay of the invoice, sorting result data, bill image information and verification processes of the authenticity of the invoice and the check and replay of the invoice into invoice verification information, and storing the invoice verification information into the bill information storage module.

two-dimensional code billing substep: when the invoice issuing requirement is two-dimensional code invoicing, providing a two-dimensional code, acquiring invoicing information, and issuing an invoice according to the invoicing information; and verifying whether invoice inventory exists or not during invoicing, if so, performing data verification on invoicing information, if the data verification passes, issuing an invoice, arranging the invoiced invoice and the invoicing flow into invoiced information, and storing the invoiced information into a bill information storage module.
7. The AI-based ticket management method of claim 6, wherein: further comprising the steps of:
invoice invalidation management step: when the invoice invalidation requirement is acquired, acquiring invoice information, accessing a bill information storage module according to the invoice information and a diversified data sharing module, inquiring whether a corresponding invoice exists, if so, judging whether the invoice invalidation condition is met, if so, invalidating the invoice, and modifying the state of the invoice in the bill information storage module;
the invoice red flushing management step: when the invoice red flushing requirement is acquired, acquiring invoice information, accessing a bill information storage module according to the invoice information and a diversified data sharing module, inquiring whether a corresponding invoice exists, judging whether the invoice red flushing condition is met if the invoice information exists, carrying out red flushing on the invoice if the invoice red flushing condition is met, and modifying the state of the invoice in the bill information storage module.
