The classification levels of original personnel are identified, different assistant evidence data providing templates are provided according to different classification levels, the more content needs to be filled in by the high-level assistant evidence data providing templates, the more content needs to be filled in by the low-level assistant evidence data providing templates, and the assistant evidence data comprise photos, handwritten record data, contract files and the like and are used for extracting correct data content. The method further comprises the steps of:

This scheme need not to prepare too much data and can accomplish the reimbursement processing through the staff that lets the invoice preserve, and the staff that the invoice preserved not good can accomplish the reimbursement processing only to prepare more data. And moreover, by means of grade and publicity, a psychological difference is formed between the workers with good invoice preservation and the workers with poor invoice preservation, so that the workers can form a good invoice reimbursement habit, and meanwhile, the workload and the working difficulty of accountants are reduced.

the bill identification management module: the system is used for acquiring bill image information and identifying key information from the bill image information according to a machine vision algorithm; and the invoice verification module is also used for accessing the bill information storage module according to the key information and the diversified data sharing module to verify the authenticity of the invoice and the check and replay of the invoice, sorting result data, bill image information and verification processes of the authenticity of the invoice and the check and replay of the invoice into invoice verification information, and storing the invoice verification information into the bill information storage module.
2. An AI-based ticket management system according to claim 1, wherein: the invoice issuing requirement comprises online invoice issuing and two-dimension code invoice issuing, and the invoice issuing management module specifically comprises the following two sub-modules when issuing an invoice:

the invoice red flushing management module: the method comprises the steps of acquiring invoice information when acquiring an invoice red flushing requirement, accessing a bill information storage module according to the invoice information and a diversified data sharing module, inquiring whether a corresponding invoice exists, judging whether the invoice red flushing condition is met if the invoice exists, flushing the invoice if the invoice red flushing condition is met, and modifying the state of the invoice in the bill information storage module.

invoice invalidation management step: when the invoice invalidation requirement is acquired, acquiring invoice information, accessing a bill information storage module according to the invoice information and a diversified data sharing module, inquiring whether a corresponding invoice exists, if so, judging whether the invoice invalidation condition is met, if so, invalidating the invoice, and modifying the state of the invoice in the bill information storage module;
the invoice red flushing management step: when the invoice red flushing requirement is acquired, acquiring invoice information, accessing a bill information storage module according to the invoice information and a diversified data sharing module, inquiring whether a corresponding invoice exists, judging whether the invoice red flushing condition is met if the invoice information exists, carrying out red flushing on the invoice if the invoice red flushing condition is met, and modifying the state of the invoice in the bill information storage module.
