the camera 12 is rotatably arranged in the positioning ring 10 through the rotating rod 13, the torsion spring provides counterclockwise elasticity for the rotating rod 13 and the camera 12, when the nut 5 drives the camera 12 to move rightwards through the connecting plate 8, the connecting rod 16 and the positioning ring 10, the top end of the movable rod 21 also slides on the inserting plate 19, and the upward movable distance of the movable rod is gradually increased, so that the rotating rod 13 and the camera 12 can deflect rightwards under the action of the torsion spring at the moment, and the movable rod 21 is pushed between the camera 12 and the inserting plate 19;
