Nutrient pump uses the peristaltic wheel drive to give first place to in intestines on the market at present, and the motor of using generally is that direct current brushless motor or direct current have a brush motor, no matter there is brush motor or brushless motor, all has a characteristic, and the functioning speed receives the influence of load easily, and nutrient pump is carrying the nutrient solution in-process in the intestines, and the load is constantly undulant. Therefore, during the actual use process, the running speed of the motor is affected by the fluctuating load, and the feeding precision of the enteral nutrition pump is further affected.
And the peristaltic wheel drives the nutrition pump in intestines, and the nutrition pipe that uses is the silicone tube, and the nutrition pipe of different brands probably is different in length. And even if the feeding tube is of the same brand, the silicone tube can be softened along with the increase of time in use, and meanwhile, the length of the silicone tube can be correspondingly lengthened. Thus, different brands and use times of feeding tubes can also lead to load variations.
However, the conventional enteral feeding pumps on the market do not take the above characteristics into consideration, so that the enteral feeding pumps do not control the feeding speed well, and the feeding precision of the enteral feeding pumps is low due to deviation between the estimated feeding speed and the actual feeding speed.
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of an enteral feeding pump including:
step S100, monitoring the current single-time conveying time of the enteral nutrition pump;
specifically, in this embodiment, the enteral feeding pump employs a non-continuous infusion control mode, and the motor of the enteral feeding pump drives the peristaltic wheel to rotate for a period of time (e.g., one revolution of the peristaltic wheel), and then stops for a period of time, and then sequentially circulates in this way, thereby completing the whole feeding process. The discontinuous infusion control mode can simulate the gastrointestinal absorption of a person during normal feeding (namely, the patient eats one mouth, pauses and eats the next mouth), the comfort of the patient during use is ensured, and the method is more friendly to the patient. The feeding process of the enteral feeding pump can be monitored periodically, so that the current single feeding time length of the enteral feeding pump, namely the time length required by the enteral feeding pump to feed nutrient solution to a patient in a single time, can be obtained.
Further, step S100 further includes the steps of:
step S110, when the enteral nutrition pump delivers the preset single feeding amount of the nutrient solution, the rotation time of a motor of the enteral nutrition pump is monitored, and the rotation time is used as the current single delivery time.
Specifically, the preset single feeding amount may be a single feeding amount of the nutrient solution preset by the manufacturer, or may be a single feeding amount set by the user according to actual needs. The length of time that the motor of the enteral feeding pump is rotated when the enteral feeding pump delivers a preset single feeding amount of nutrient solution can be deduced by means of a timer function of an MCU (micro controller Unit) of the enteral feeding pump. For example, when the enteral feeding pump delivers a preset single feeding amount of nutrient solution, the motor rotates one turn, and the time taken for the motor to rotate one turn can be calculated through the function of the timer. The rotation period may then be taken as the current single delivery period. In this embodiment, it is long as current single transportation when the rotation of motor is long when feeding volume nutrient solution to predetermine the single through with the nutrient pump transport in intestines, can need not to realize the long monitoring of current single transportation complicacy ground monitoring facilities, has improved the long convenience of monitoring current single transportation, also need not to increase extra hardware cost.
Step S200, calculating the current single intermittent duration according to a preset single feeding duration and the current single conveying duration, wherein the preset single feeding duration is the sum of the current single conveying duration and the current single intermittent duration;
specifically, the preset single feeding time length may be a single feeding time length required for completing the total feeding amount under the preset feeding speed and the preset single feeding amount, or a time length set by the user according to actual needs. Wherein the preset single feeding duration is the current single delivery duration andthe sum of the current single pause durations. And calculating the time length difference between the preset single feeding time length and the single conveying time length, and taking the time length difference as the current single intermittent time length. I.e. the current single pause duration t 2 Equal to the preset single feeding duration t minus the current single delivery duration t 1 . For example, the preset single feeding time period t is 5s, and the current single delivery time period t is monitored 1 Is 2s, the current single pause time length t 2 =5-2=3s。
Further, step S200 is preceded by the steps of:
and step S210, acquiring the total feeding amount, and calculating the preset single feeding time length according to the total feeding amount, the preset feeding speed and the preset single feeding amount.
Specifically, the preset feeding speed may be a feeding speed set by the user according to actual needs, and the preset single feeding amount may be a feeding amount set by the user according to actual needs, or may be a single feeding amount of the enteral nutrition pump preset by the manufacturer, such as an amount of the nutrient solution output by one-week rotation of the peristaltic wheel. After obtaining the total feeding amount of the nutrient solution, the total feeding duration can be obtained according to the total feeding amount and the preset feeding speed, then the total feeding frequency can be obtained according to the total feeding amount and the preset single feeding amount, and finally the preset single feeding duration can be calculated according to the total feeding duration and the total feeding frequency. In this embodiment, the preset single feeding duration is calculated according to the total feeding amount, the preset feeding speed and the preset single feeding amount, and the user can control the preset single feeding duration by setting the corresponding total feeding amount, the preset feeding speed and the preset single feeding amount.
Further, step S210 further includes the steps of:
step S211, acquiring the total feeding amount, and calculating the total feeding duration according to the total feeding amount and the preset feeding speed;
step S212, calculating the total feeding times according to the total feeding amount and the preset single feeding amount;
and step S213, calculating the preset single feeding time according to the total feeding time and the total feeding times.
Specifically, the total feeding amount of the nutrient solution can be obtained according to the total feeding amount information input by the user through the input unit. Then, the total feeding time length can be calculated according to the total feeding amount and the preset feeding speed, then the total feeding times can be calculated according to the total feeding amount and the preset single feeding amount, and finally the preset single feeding time length can be calculated according to the total feeding time length and the total feeding times. Namely the total feeding time is the total feeding amount/the preset feeding speed; the total feeding times is the total feeding amount/the preset single feeding amount; the length of single feeding is preset as the total feeding length/total feeding times.
For example, the total feeding amount is 200mL, the preset feeding rate is 60mL/min, and the preset single feeding amount is 5 mL. The total feeding time length is total feeding amount/preset feeding speed is 200/60 minutes and 20 seconds; total feeding times are total feeding amount/preset single feeding amount is 200/5 or 40 times; the preset single feeding time length/total feeding times is 200 seconds/40 seconds/5 seconds.
And step S300, controlling the motor of the enteral nutrition pump to operate intermittently according to the current single intermittent duration.
In particular, the motor of the enteral feeding pump may be controlled to operate intermittently in accordance with the current single pause duration. After the preset single feeding amount of the nutrient solution is delivered, the enteral nutrition pump can be controlled to pause until the pause time reaches the single pause time, and then the next nutrient solution delivery process is performed, that is, the preset single feeding amount of the nutrient solution is delivered and the step S100 is executed.
Further, step S300 includes the steps of:
step S310, after the enteral nutrition pump delivers a preset single feeding amount of nutrient solution, controlling a motor of the enteral nutrition pump to pause, and counting pause time of the motor;
and step S311, controlling the motor of the enteral nutrition pump to continue to operate after the pause time length reaches the current single pause time length.
Specifically, after the enteral feeding pump delivers a preset single feeding amount of nutrient solution, the motor of the enteral feeding pump can be controlled to pause, and the pause time of the motor pausing operation is counted through the timer function of the MCU. And controlling the motor of the enteral nutrition pump to continue running after the pause time length reaches the current single pause time length. So that the enteral feeding pump performs the next feeding process of feeding the nutrient solution, i.e. feeding the nutrient solution with the preset single feeding amount and performing step S100.
In a first embodiment of the invention, the current single delivery duration of a single feeding amount of nutrient solution is preset by monitoring the enteral feeding pump; calculating the current single intermittent time length according to the difference between the preset single feeding time length and the current single conveying time length; and controlling the motor of the enteral nutrition pump to operate intermittently according to the current single intermittent time length. The present embodiment calculates the length of the current single intermittent operation according to the difference between the preset length of the single feeding time and the preset length of the single feeding time, so that the sum of the current length of the single feeding time and the current length of the single intermittent operation time is always the preset length of the single feeding time, thereby ensuring that the feeding speed of the nutrient solution is not changed on the premise that the preset length of the single feeding time and the preset length of the single feeding time are not changed, and improving the feeding precision of the enteral nutrition pump.
Further, referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of an enteral feeding pump, based on the above-mentioned embodiment shown in fig. 1, the step of when the pause duration reaches the current single pause duration further includes:
step S320, counting the current feeding times of the enteral nutrition pump, and acquiring the total feeding times;
step S330, judging whether the current feeding times reach the total feeding times;
step S331, if the total feeding times are reached, controlling the enteral nutrition pump to stop running;
and step S332, if the total feeding times are not reached, controlling the motor of the enteral nutrition pump to continuously operate.
Specifically, when the pause period reaches the current single pause period, the current feeding times of the enteral feeding pump can be counted, and the total feeding times can be obtained. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the statistics may also be performed when the pause period reaches the single pause time, or after the motor controlling the enteral feeding pump has been suspended from operation. It is then determined whether the feeding process of the enteral feeding pump has ended by determining whether the current feeding number has reached the total feeding number. If the current feeding times reach the total feeding times, which indicates that the feeding process of the enteral nutrition pump is finished, the enteral nutrition pump can be controlled to stop running, and of course, a prompt tone can be given to prompt the user that the feeding process is finished. If the current feeding times do not reach the total feeding times, which indicates that the feeding process of the enteral nutrition pump is not finished yet, the motor of the enteral nutrition pump can be controlled to continue to operate, so that the enteral nutrition pump can perform the next process of delivering the nutrient solution. In this embodiment, when the current feeding frequency reaches the total feeding frequency, the enteral nutrition pump is controlled to stop operating, so that the workload of a user is reduced, and the convenience of the enteral nutrition pump in use is improved.
Still further, the method of controlling an enteral feeding pump further comprises:
step S410, monitoring the running state information of the enteral nutrition pump;
step S411, when the running state information is an abnormal running state, outputting a preset prompt message.
Specifically, the manufacturer may preset an exception condition, which may include an exception scenario when the enteral feeding pump is running abnormally. For example, the enteral nutrition pump stops operating when the current feeding frequency does not reach the total feeding frequency, or the enteral nutrition pump still operates in an abnormal situation when the current feeding frequency exceeds the total feeding frequency. Therefore, whether the enteral nutrition pump is in an abnormal operation state or not is judged according to the preset abnormal condition, and the operation state information is obtained. The operation state information may include a normal operation state and an abnormal operation state. When the operation state information indicates an abnormal operation state indicating that the operation of the enteral feeding pump is abnormal, a preset prompt message may be output. The expression form of the preset prompting message can be one or combination of voice, characters, images and the like. In this embodiment, the running state of the enteral nutrition pump is monitored, so that the prompt can be given when the enteral nutrition pump runs abnormally, a user can timely deal with the abnormal situation, and the convenience and the safety of the enteral nutrition pump during use are improved.
