Abstract
The invention discloses WPU (waterborne polyurethane) water-based paint and a spraying method thereof, and relates to the technical field of paint. The water paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 546 parts of waterborne hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersoid, 102 parts of butyl cellosolve, 1.7 parts of ethylene glycol amine, 153.2 parts of water, 16.8 parts of waterborne thickener, 90 parts of carbon black powder, 90 parts of waterborne dispersant, 0.3 part of waterborne defoamer and 100 parts of WPU curing agent; the WPU curing agent consists of the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of aqueous curing agent and 30 parts of PMA. The water paint disclosed by the invention is environment-friendly, safe, harmless, healthy, nonflammable and explosive, convenient to store and transport, and safer and more reliable to use as water is used for replacing an organic solvent; the spraying method of the invention is simple and quick in construction, and the mask can not be worn during construction due to environmental protection, thereby greatly improving the spraying efficiency.

Technical Field

The WPU curing agent consists of the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of aqueous curing agent and 30 parts of PMA.
A WPU water-based paint spraying method comprises the following steps:
1. adding water into the water-based paint color paint, diluting at a ratio of 1:0.2-0.3, and standing for about 10 minutes;
2. spraying the diluted water-based paint color paint on a workpiece, standing for about 30 minutes after spraying, and re-spraying or splashing a layer;
3. standing for 30 minutes after the workpiece is sprayed, and then baking in an oven;
4. inspecting the colored paint after baking;
5. labeling the color paint after the color paint is inspected, and standing for 24 hours after labeling is finished;
6. quality control water marks;
7. spraying water paint gloss oil, diluting with water at a ratio of 1:0.2-0.3, standing for about 10 min, and spraying;
8. after spraying the water-based varnish gloss oil, standing for about 30 minutes, and baking in an oven;
9. and (6) quality inspection.
The baking conditions of the step 3 and the step 8 are as follows: and keeping the temperature at 130 ℃ for 30 minutes.

2. A WPU waterborne paint according to claim 1, wherein the WPU curing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of aqueous curing agent and 30 parts of PMA.
3. A WPU water-based paint spraying method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding water into the water-based paint color paint, diluting at a ratio of 1:0.2-0.3, and standing for 10 minutes;
(2) spraying the diluted water-based paint color paint on a workpiece, standing for 30 minutes after spraying, and re-spraying or splashing a layer;
(3) standing the workpiece for 30 minutes after the spraying is finished, and then baking the workpiece in an oven;
(4) after baking, inspecting the color paint;
(5) labeling the color paint after the color paint is inspected, and standing for 24 hours after labeling is finished;
(6) the quality control water mark;
(7) spraying water paint gloss oil, diluting with water at a ratio of 1:0.2-0.3, and standing for 10 min for spraying;
