Description
The application is a divisional application with the application date of 2016, 08 and 31, the application number of 201610789538.4, and the name of 'a novel plant fiber environment-friendly material and a preparation process thereof'.
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant fibers, and particularly relates to a plant fiber environment-friendly material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the demand on natural resources is more and more, the shortage of various resources is increased, and the resource cost is continuously increased. In life, plastic products and paper products have been widely used, but the shortage of petroleum resources causes the price of petroleum to rise continuously, the cost of plastic products to rise continuously, and plastic products cause great pollution to the environment, and therefore, alternatives for plastic products are being sought. Paper is used as a raw material of the paper product, the raw material of the paper is trees, and the trees can be felled by obtaining the trees, so that the damage to ecological environment and natural resources is directly caused, and a large amount of sewage is generated in paper making, so that the secondary pollution is caused to the environment, and the environment is not protected. Meanwhile, the paper product has complex production process, low production efficiency and high cost. The change of temperature, humidity and other conditions can cause the use strength of the paper product to be reduced, which greatly limits the application of the paper product.
In order to eliminate the pollution caused by plastic products and paper products and save natural resources, substitutes for the plastic products and the paper products are found in various parts of the world. The plant fiber product takes agricultural and sideline products as raw material sources, so the raw material sources are wide; also, the vegetable fiber products have a function of being degradable, and thus have been widely studied.
The preparation method of the prior plant fiber product comprises the steps of crushing and screening high-quality natural bamboo, selecting bamboo powder with the granularity of 40-80 meshes, properly adding bran coat, starch, urea resin, toner, water and other auxiliary materials, and fully mixing; accurately weighing the mixed raw materials, filling the raw materials into a preheated mold, carrying out hot press molding, and demolding after molding; and inspecting the demoulded product, removing burrs, trimming, polishing and other post-treatments to obtain the plant fiber product. The main raw material for supplying nutrient components to microorganisms in the degradation process of the plant fiber product prepared by the method is lignocellulose, the components are single, and the decomposition of the plant fiber product by the microorganisms in the degradation process is limited, so the degradation speed is slow, and the plant fiber product generally needs to be degraded within 2-3 years.
In addition, the general plant fiber products can be produced and used only by adding materials such as preservatives, and the general plant fiber products do not have the characteristics of sterilization and antibiosis, the disinfection effect needs to be enhanced, and the products do not have the health care performance.
