In this embodiment, the vehicle and the auxiliary driving system are respectively connected to the vehicle controller in a communication manner, the vehicle controller obtains a surrounding environment state through the auxiliary driving system, and sends a vehicle controller control strategy and a vehicle controller control strategy to corresponding execution components through the CAN bus to execute corresponding vehicle actions.

And the auxiliary driving system is used for sensing the surrounding environment state.

In this embodiment, the vehicle and the auxiliary driving system are respectively connected to the vehicle controller in a communication manner, the vehicle controller obtains a surrounding environment state through the auxiliary driving system, and sends a vehicle controller control strategy and a vehicle controller control strategy to corresponding execution components through the CAN bus to execute corresponding vehicle actions.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application provides a readable storage medium storing an active emergency protection program, where the active emergency protection program is executed by a processor to implement the steps of the active emergency protection method according to the first aspect of the embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle, including an active emergency protection system as set forth in the third aspect or the fourth aspect of the embodiment of the present invention or an active emergency protection device as set forth in the second aspect.
In this embodiment, a state signal of a vehicle emergency treatment button and an ambient environment state perceived by a vehicle auxiliary driving system are obtained, when the state signal of the emergency treatment button is a trigger state and the ambient environment state is a driving system not infringed state, a control strategy corresponding to a driver abnormal treatment mode is executed, and when the state signal of the emergency treatment button is a trigger state and the ambient environment state is a driving system infringed state, a control strategy corresponding to an infringed protection treatment mode is executed. When the driver is uncomfortable, a series of active emergency protection measures, such as parking and alarming, are completed by one key, so that the loss of the vehicle and a third party is ensured to be minimized, and the driver can be timely helped. In emergency traffic conditions, a series of active emergency protection measures are completed by one key, such as setting the vehicle to be in a protection mode and the like, so that the vehicle can perform the active emergency protection measures to minimize injuries to drivers and passengers in the protection mode.

Claims (8)

1. An active emergency protection method, wherein the method is applied to a vehicle controller, the method comprising:
acquiring a state signal of a vehicle emergency treatment button and a surrounding environment state perceived by a vehicle auxiliary driving system;
when the state signal of the emergency treatment button is a trigger state and the surrounding environment state is a state that the driving system is not violated, executing a control strategy corresponding to a driver abnormal treatment mode, wherein the step of executing the control strategy corresponding to the driver abnormal treatment mode comprises: transmitting an action execution instruction corresponding to a control strategy of a vehicle controller to an execution assembly so that the execution assembly executes actions corresponding to the action execution instruction, wherein the action execution instruction comprises speed reduction and braking, and opening of an emergency car lamp or unlocking of a car door; sending a vehicle control strategy to a vehicle so that the vehicle executes the sending of a help-seeking short message and the dialing of an emergency rescue phone;
when the state signal of the emergency treatment button is a trigger state and the surrounding environment state is a state that the driving system is violated, executing a control strategy corresponding to the violated protection treatment mode, wherein the step of executing the control strategy corresponding to the violated protection treatment mode comprises the following steps: transmitting an action execution instruction corresponding to a control strategy of a vehicle controller to an execution assembly so that the execution assembly executes actions corresponding to the action execution instruction, wherein the action execution instruction comprises decelerating and braking, opening an emergency car lamp, unlocking a car door, adjusting the position of a seat to a preset safety value, adjusting the position of a safety belt to the preset safety value or ejecting an air bag; and sending a vehicle control strategy to the vehicle so that the vehicle executes the sending of the help-seeking short message and/or the dialing of the emergency help-seeking telephone.
2. The active emergency protection method according to claim 1, wherein sending a vehicle control policy to a vehicle to cause the vehicle to perform sending of a help message and dialing of an emergency rescue phone, comprises:
the method comprises the steps of sending a vehicle control strategy to a vehicle so that the vehicle sends a specified emergency contact way to a specified parent or automobile manufacturer according to a pre-edited short message format and short message content, wherein the short message content at least comprises current GPS (global positioning system) position information; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and sending a vehicle control strategy to the vehicle so that the vehicle dials an emergency contact way to a designated relatives and friends or an automobile manufacturer according to a prerecorded voice format and content of the call of the driver, wherein the telephone content at least comprises current GPS position information.
3. The active emergency protection method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle controller is unresponsive to a driver performing manual processing when the state signal of the emergency treatment button is an unactivated state and the ambient state is a driving system infringed state.
4. An active emergency protection device, the device comprising:
the information processing module is used for obtaining a state signal of the vehicle emergency treatment button and a surrounding environment state perceived by the vehicle auxiliary driving system;
the first execution module is configured to execute a control policy corresponding to a driver abnormal handling mode when the state signal of the emergency handling button is a trigger state and the surrounding environment state is a state where the driving system is not violated, and the step of executing the control policy corresponding to the driver abnormal handling mode includes: transmitting an action execution instruction corresponding to a control strategy of a vehicle controller to an execution assembly so that the execution assembly executes actions corresponding to the action execution instruction, wherein the action execution instruction comprises speed reduction and braking, and opening of an emergency car lamp or unlocking of a car door; sending a vehicle control strategy to a vehicle so that the vehicle executes the sending of a help-seeking short message and the dialing of an emergency rescue phone;
the second execution module is configured to execute a control policy corresponding to an infringed protection treatment mode when the state signal of the emergency treatment button is a trigger state and the surrounding environment state is a state in which the driving system is infringed, where the step of executing the control policy corresponding to the infringed protection treatment mode includes: transmitting an action execution instruction corresponding to a control strategy of a vehicle controller to an execution assembly so that the execution assembly executes actions corresponding to the action execution instruction, wherein the action execution instruction comprises decelerating and braking, opening an emergency car lamp, unlocking a car door, adjusting the position of a seat to a preset safety value, adjusting the position of a safety belt to the preset safety value or ejecting an air bag; and sending a vehicle control strategy to the vehicle so that the vehicle executes the sending of the help-seeking short message and/or the dialing of the emergency help-seeking telephone.
5. An active emergency protection system for performing the method of claim 1, the system comprising:
an emergency handling button, the emergency handling button being a physical button;
the auxiliary driving system is used for sensing the surrounding environment state;
the vehicle controller is in communication connection with the emergency treatment button and the auxiliary driving system respectively, and is used for executing a control strategy corresponding to the abnormal treatment mode of the driver under the condition that the emergency treatment button is triggered and the surrounding environment state perceived by the auxiliary driving system is a driving system not infringed state;
or the whole vehicle controller is used for executing the control strategy corresponding to the infringed protection treatment mode under the condition that the emergency treatment button is triggered and the surrounding environment perceived by the auxiliary driving system is the infringed state of the driving system.
6. An active emergency protection system for performing the method of claim 1, the system comprising:
the emergency treatment button is a virtual button and is connected with the vehicle machine;
the auxiliary driving system is used for sensing the surrounding environment state;
the vehicle controller is in communication connection with the vehicle and the auxiliary driving system respectively, and is used for executing a control strategy corresponding to the abnormal driver handling mode when the emergency handling button is triggered and the surrounding environment state perceived by the auxiliary driving system is a driving system not infringed state;
or the whole vehicle controller is used for executing the control strategy corresponding to the infringed protection treatment mode under the condition that the emergency treatment button is triggered and the surrounding environment perceived by the auxiliary driving system is the infringed state of the driving system.
7. A readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium stores an active emergency protection program, which is executed by a processor to implement the steps of the active emergency protection method according to any of claims 1-3.
8. A vehicle comprising an active emergency protection system according to claim 5 or 6 or an active emergency protection device according to claim 4.
