5. The intelligent wastepaper recycling method according to claim 1, wherein a weighing mechanism for weighing wastepaper in the input bin and a pushing mechanism for pushing wastepaper from the input bin to the compression bin are provided at intervals without interfering with each other.

The intelligent wastepaper recycling method of claim 5, wherein said pushing mechanism is a combination of a pushing plate and a conveyor belt, said pushing plate is fixedly disposed on said conveyor belt, the cut wastepaper is thrown onto said conveyor belt, said conveyor belt drives and pushes the wastepaper by said pushing plate.

The intelligent used paper recycling method according to claim 5, wherein the weighing mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the pushing mechanism, the weighing mechanism is used for weighing the upper pushing mechanism and the used paper thereon integrally, and the weighing mechanism comprises a plurality of weighing sensors which are distributed uniformly.
8. The intelligent wastepaper recycling method according to claim 1, wherein the wastepaper is automatically pushed from the input bin to the packing mechanism of the compression bin and then compressed by the hydraulic mechanism.
9. An intelligent waste paper recycling apparatus, comprising: the paper feeding mechanism, the pushing mechanism, the weighing mechanism and the packing mechanism are arranged on the paper feeding mechanism; wherein:
a user controls the waste paper intelligent recycling equipment to start the paper feeding mechanism through a mobile phone or a touch screen on the waste paper intelligent recycling equipment;
the paper feeding mechanism is used for winding waste paper and cutting the waste paper, and the cut waste paper enters the throwing bin;
the weighing mechanism is used for weighing the waste paper in the throwing bin, and the intelligent waste paper recycling equipment is used for settling and paying with a user according to the weighed weight;
when the waste paper in the throwing bin reaches the preset weight, the pushing mechanism automatically pushes the waste paper from the throwing bin to the packing mechanism of the compression bin, and the waste paper is compressed;
after the waste paper in compression storehouse reached and predetermine weight, waste paper intelligence recovery plant reminded the staff who is responsible for the recovery to pack and transport the good waste paper of compression in the package body.
10. The intelligent used paper recycling apparatus according to claim 9, further comprising a hydraulic mechanism that compresses the used paper in the packing mechanism.
