in order to prevent the debris from blocking the water pump, the input end of the washing water pump 35 is connected with a filter pipe in a clamping manner, and the middle part of the filter pipe is fixedly connected with a filter screen.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the plate cutting machine is used for cutting plates, the plates are fed onto a processing table 1 manually or by an external feeding mechanism, two edges of each plate enter two limiting grooves respectively, the plates are limited and guided by a plurality of limiting idler wheels 3, when the plates move to the positions of the cutting grooves, a driving motor 16 is started, and a cutting cutter disc 14 is driven to rotate by structures such as a driving belt 17 and a driving rod to cut the plates;
the electric guide rail 10 drives the connecting seat 11 to move, and then drives the whole cutting cutter disc 14 to move along the cutting groove, so that the plate is cut, in the cutting process, the height of the cutter frame 13 is adjusted through the adjusting cylinder 12, and then the height of the cutting cutter disc 14 is adjusted, so that the plate is fully cut by the cutting cutter disc 14, after the plate is cut, the height of the cutting cutter disc 14 is adjusted through the adjusting cylinder 12, the grinding disc 15 is in contact with the cut section, the section is ground by the rotation of the grinding disc 15, the cut section is smoother, the cutting processing effect is better, and the cut plate is sent out from one end of the processing table 1;
when the pipe cutting machine is used for cutting and processing pipe fittings, the pipe fittings are fed into the pipe limiting plate 4 through a manual or external feeding mechanism, the bottoms of the pipe fittings are in contact with the top surface of the bearing roller 6, when the cutting positions of the pipe fittings move to the positions of the cutting grooves, the limiting support members are driven to move by the material moving guide rails, the inserting rods 26 enter the pipe fittings, the supporting plates 27 are jacked up under the action of the jacking springs 28, the contact plates on the top surfaces of the supporting plates 27 are in abutting contact with the inner walls of the pipe fittings, the pipe fittings are supported, the structural stability of the pipe fittings at the cutting positions is improved, the deformation of the pipe fittings in the cutting process is reduced, and the stable cutting is ensured;
the electric guide rail 10 drives the connecting seat 11 to move to the middle part to cut the pipe fitting, then the direction-adjusting motor 25 is started to drive the limiting support piece to rotate, further drive the pipe fitting to rotate, so as to cut the pipe fitting, during rotation, the supporting roller 6 is matched to rotate to reduce the rotation resistance of the pipe fitting,
when cutting is carried out, the air inlet fan is started to generate downward flowing air flow, the air flow is matched with an external air pump to be sent into the air supply cavity from the air inlet pipe 24 and then sent into the inner wall of the pipe fitting from the air outlet, the cut fragments are blown downwards to fall into the lower part of the cutting groove, the washing water pump 35 is started to send out water flow from the water outlet groove 34 to wash the pipe fitting, the cut section of the pipe fitting is cooled and cooled, meanwhile, the fragments are washed, and the fallen fragments enter the filter pipe under the pumping action of the washing water pump 35 and are intercepted and filtered by the filter screen;
after cutting, move the material guide rail and drive spacing support piece and reset, and then drive the pipe fitting removal of cutting the completion, when the pipe fitting tip moved to the auxiliary part position of unloading, it was spacing to support tightly by the push pedal removal of unloading that is driven by unloading cylinder 29 to the pipe fitting, and after spacing support piece moved out by the pipe fitting is inside completely, unloading cylinder 29 resets, and the pipe fitting drops under the action of gravity, accomplishes the operation of unloading of pipe fitting.

The processing equipment of the plastic products for fire fighting according to claim 1, characterized in that the limiting support member comprises an insertion rod (26), the outer wall of the insertion rod (26) is provided with a plurality of folding grooves, one ends of the folding grooves are rotatably connected with a support plate (27), the tops of the support plates (27) are fixedly connected with a contact piece, the bottoms of the support plates (27) are provided with sliding grooves, the inner walls of the sliding grooves are slidably connected with sliding blocks, the inner walls of the folding grooves are fixedly connected with pushing springs (28), and one ends of the pushing springs (28) are respectively and fixedly connected with corresponding sliding blocks.
