The water-based fire extinguishing agent comprises a C6 short-chain fluorocarbon surfactant, a C6 fluorine-containing polymer, a foaming agent, a flame retardant and an organic solvent, wherein the mass ratio of the C6 short-chain fluorocarbon surfactant to the C6 fluorine-containing polymer to the foaming agent in the fire extinguishing agent is (3-10): (3-10): (8-19). In addition, the fire extinguishing agent in the invention also comprises an antifreezing agent. The water-based fire extinguishing agent has the advantages of low surface tension, wide application range, high fire extinguishing speed and good reburning resistance, and has higher fire extinguishing grade. Water-based extinguishing agents are gaining increasing attention to researchers and users because of their high extinguishing efficiency. However, the conventional water-based extinguishing agent has low fire-extinguishing grade and poor anti-afterburning property, and seriously affects the fire-extinguishing effect of the water-based extinguishing agent. In addition, most of the gasoline at present contains a certain amount of polar organic solvents such as methanol or denatured ethanol and the like, so that the gasoline has a certain destructive effect on foam. Therefore, development of a water-based extinguishing agent with high fire-extinguishing grade, wide application range and good reburning resistance is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the invention provides an environment-friendly water-based fire extinguishing agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based fire extinguishing agent has the advantages of low surface tension, wide application range, high fire extinguishing speed and good re-combustibility resistance, and in addition, the water-based fire extinguishing agent has higher fire extinguishing grade and can extinguish 3A and 89B class fire at 6L. The water-based extinguishing agent disclosed by the invention does not contain perfluorooctyl sulfonic acid (PFOS) and ammonium Perfluorooctanoate (PFOA), is not easy to enrich in the environment, has no pungent smell, can be biodegraded in hundred percent after being sprayed, and is easy to clean after being extinguished.
