Also, the first feature may be over, above or on the second feature including the first feature being directly above or obliquely above the second feature, or simply indicating that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature that underlies, and underlies a second feature includes a first feature that is directly under and obliquely under a second feature, or simply means that the first feature is at a lesser level than the second feature.
In addition, in the invention, the near end and the far end are far and near positions of the structure relative to the human body in the use environment, so that the position relationship among the components can be conveniently described and understood; for the same component, "proximal" and "distal" are relative positional relationships of the component, and are not absolute; therefore, it should be understood that the principles of the present invention can be implemented without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the first embodiment of the present invention provides a disposable segment 10 of an endoscope handle, comprising:
a housing 100, wherein the housing 100 is provided with a connecting part which is detachably connected with the reusable section 20 of the handle;
in the above-mentioned solution, as shown in fig. 1-6, the connecting portion is provided on the housing 100, wherein the connecting portion can be formed by providing a clamping area or a clamping member for connecting with the reusable section 20 of the handle, or by connecting the disposable section 10 and the reusable section 20 by a connecting member, which can be a threaded collar, after the connecting portion is butted with the reusable section 20.
An insertion part 11, a proximal end of the insertion part 11 being mounted to a distal end of the housing 100; the distal end of the insertion part 11 is provided with an active bending part 12, and the endoscope looks at the internal environment of the human body at different angles by controlling the bending of the active bending part 12.
A first transmission assembly, the first transmission assembly comprising: the first traction rope 101, the second traction rope 102 and the first butt piece 14 are accommodated in the insertion part 11, and the distal ends of the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 are connected with the active bending part 12 at the distal end of the insertion part 11; the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 move synchronously and reversely; so as to realize the deflection bending of the active bending part 12 in a preset direction, the proximal ends of the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 are connected with the first butt piece 14.
The proximal end surface of the housing 100 is formed with a linear movement path orthogonal to the axis of the proximal end surface of the housing 100, along which the first counterpart 14 is movable. The axial line of the proximal end face of the housing 100 is an axial line along the length direction, and it should be noted that the first traction rope 101, the second traction rope 102 and the first butt-joint member 14 connected thereto form a closed force transmission loop, so that when the first butt-joint member 14 is forced to move along the linear moving path in the positive direction, the first butt-joint member 14 pulls the first traction rope 101 to move synchronously, and further, the second traction rope 102 is continuously driven to move synchronously in the same direction; on the contrary, when the first butt-joint member 14 is forced to move along the linear moving path in the opposite direction, the first butt-joint member 14 pulls the second traction rope 102 to move synchronously, and further, the first traction rope 101 is continuously driven to move synchronously in the same direction.
It should be noted that the linear moving path may be implemented by a structure, such as the following embodiments:
further, a guide groove 13 adapted to the linear moving path is formed in a proximal end surface of the housing 100, and the first butt-joint member 14 is slidably mounted in the guide groove 13. Therefore, the shape of the guide slot 13 limits the path of the first docking member 14 sliding in the guide slot 13, and in particular, the guide slot 13 may be a straight slot, an arc slot or other types of slots, and is not limited in detail herein, and the guide slot 13 is provided for forming a track for facilitating the sliding of the first docking member 14 along the linear moving path, and at the same time, facilitating the installation of the first docking member 14. Further, a first through hole 131 and a second through hole 132 are respectively formed at two ends of the guide groove 13, and the first pulling rope 101 and the second pulling rope 102 are respectively arranged in the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132 in a penetrating manner.
Compared with the conventional structure, the present invention has the advantages that the driving force and the signal of the reusable handle section 20 of the endoscope can be transmitted by arranging the first butt joint 14 to move along the linear moving path formed on the proximal end surface of the housing 100, and the present invention is characterized in that:
1. an operator only needs to butt joint the reusable section of the handle with one butt joint transmission piece (first butt joint piece) in the invention, and the first butt joint transmission piece is provided with a butt joint part and a signal part at the same time, so that the structural butt joint between the disposable section and the reusable section and the transmission of signals can be realized at the same time only by butt joint of one butt joint transmission piece in the butt joint.
2. The inventor finds in the research process that in the disposable part of the existing handle, the butt joint is basically carried out along the axial direction through the rod body in the disposable part and the rod body in the reusable part, so that the butt joint process necessarily involves the butt joint position of the two rods, and the butt joint difficulty is increased; furthermore, when the rod body moves along the axial direction, it inevitably occupies the inner space of the disposable part, so that a predetermined length of space is required to be reserved for the rod body to move, in addition, in order to realize the stability of the rod body, a pulley block structure is usually arranged in the disposable part, so that the rod body is in a tense stable state, however, for this reason, the added stable structure such as the pulley block structure and the like inevitably occupies the inner space of the casing 100 of the disposable part, so that the process difficulty of molding and demolding is increased, and the added pulley block and rod body make the whole manufacturing cost of the disposable part in the prior art far exceed the manufacturing cost of the disposable section 10 in the present invention, which causes huge resistance and obstacle for patients who need to use the endoscope. In view of this, in the disposable segment 10 of the present invention, by providing the first docking member 14 to move along the linear movement path formed on the proximal end surface of the housing 100, (1) does not occupy the axial space inside the housing 100; (2) The first butt-joint part 14 is respectively connected with the near ends of the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 to form a closed force transmission loop, so that the structures such as a pulley block and the like in the prior art are not required to be added to be stable; (3) The first butt joint piece comprises a butt joint part and a signal part, and the butt joint of the structures between the reusable section and the disposable section and the transmission of signals can be realized only through one butt joint piece, so that compared with the prior art, a large number of parts are reduced, and the overall weight of the endoscope handle is reduced. In addition, the disposable segment 10 of the present invention has a simple structure, and the first transmission assembly is located on the end surface of the proximal end of the housing 100, so that the space occupied in the housing 100 is small, which provides a condition for further reducing the size of the housing 100 of the disposable segment 10, and the present invention has a lower production cost due to fewer used parts, and simultaneously has a higher assembly efficiency, which helps to improve the production capacity, and also reduces the economic burden for the patient.
Further, the first butt piece 14 includes: a sliding part 141, a butting part 142, and a signal part 143; and are sequentially arranged along a direction away from the proximal end of the housing 100, the abutting part 142 is located between the sliding part 141 and the signal part 143, and the abutting part 142 is fixedly connected with the sliding part 141 and the signal part 143; the sliding portion 141 is slidably installed in the guide groove 13. The sliding portion 141, the abutting portion 142, and the signal portion 143 may be connected by integral molding, or may be connected by clamping, welding, or the like, which is not limited herein; with the first docking member 14 according to the present application, the sliding portion 141 moves along a linear moving path in the guide groove 13, and then pulls the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 to move synchronously and in opposite directions, so as to achieve bending of the active bending portion 12 in a preset direction; the abutting part 142 is used for abutting with the reusable segment 20 to realize the transmission of force, so that the disposable segment 10 and the reusable segment 20 are in abutting joint to form a handle of the endoscope; the signal portion 143 realizes the structural docking between the disposable segment 10 and the reusable segment 20 through the docking portion 142, and further realizes the signal connection between the disposable segment 10 and the reusable segment 20.
The first docking member 14 is further provided with a sliding portion 141 and a docking portion 142 integrally formed and then fixedly connected to the signal portion 143.
Furthermore, the guide slot 13 is provided with a threading hole 133, and the signal wire 104 at the distal end of the signal portion 143 passes through the abutting portion 142, the sliding portion 141 and the threading hole 133 in sequence to be connected with the proximal end of the insertion portion 11.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the threading hole 133 provided in the guide groove 13 facilitates the signal connection between the disposable segment 10 and the reusable segment 20 of the signal line 104 of the signal section 143 through the threading hole 133; the first contact 14 moves linearly, and the end of the signal line 104 connected to the signal section 143 moves linearly in the same step.
Alternatively, the threading hole 133 may be provided on a plane where the guide groove 13 abuts against the sliding portion 141, and the shape of the threading hole 133 may be a rectangle, a bar, a parallelogram, or the like, and the shape and size of the threading hole 133 are not limited as long as it is possible to realize that the signal wire 104 can pass through the threading hole 133 and be movable.
Further, a transition surface 1421 is disposed on a proximal end of the abutting portion 142 connected to the signal portion 143. As shown in fig. 5, the transition surface 1421 is provided to facilitate surface-to-surface contact during contact between the reusable segment 20 and the disposable segment 10, thereby avoiding scratches on each other in the case of point-to-point contact or point-to-surface contact.
Further, a first through hole 131 and a second through hole 132 are respectively formed at two ends of the guide groove 13, and the first pulling rope 101 and the second pulling rope 102 are respectively arranged in the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132 in a penetrating manner.
Further, a first guiding mechanism 151 and a second guiding mechanism 152 are respectively disposed at two ends of the guiding groove 13, and the first pulling rope 101 and the second pulling rope 102 are respectively wound on the first guiding mechanism 151 and the second guiding mechanism 152 and respectively penetrate through the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132.
In order to reduce the direct friction between the first pulling rope 101 and the second pulling rope 102 after passing through the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132 and the wall surfaces of the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, in the present invention, it is preferable that a first guiding mechanism 151 and a second guiding mechanism 152 are respectively disposed at two ends of the guiding groove 13, and the first pulling rope 101 and the second pulling rope 102 are respectively wound around the first guiding mechanism 151 and the second guiding mechanism 152 and respectively penetrate through the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132. Specifically, the first guide mechanism 151 and the second guide mechanism 152 may be roller structures, rollers of which are mounted on the sidewalls of the guide groove 13, and the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 are wound around the first guide mechanism 151 and the second guide mechanism 152 before being inserted into the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, so that the force transmission directions of the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 are changed, and the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 only pass through the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, thereby reducing the friction between the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 and the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132, respectively. Of course, in other embodiments, the first guiding mechanism 151 and the second guiding mechanism 152 may be smooth arc surfaces or rods or tubes, so as to reduce the friction between the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 and the first guiding mechanism 151 and the second guiding mechanism 152, and in addition, to perform a guiding function. When the rod body is used for guiding and reducing friction, the rod body is inserted into and fixed in the guide groove 13 through a mounting hole provided in the radial direction of the proximal end of the housing 100, so that the first traction rope 101 and the second traction rope 102 respectively bypass the rod body and then penetrate through the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132.
Further, a packaging shell 110 is detachably disposed at the proximal end of the housing 100, a receiving groove 111 corresponding to the guide groove 13 in shape is formed in the packaging shell 110, and the packaging shell 110 abuts against the first butt joint member 14 along the axial direction.
Specifically, the package housing 110 is provided with a fixing hole 112, the proximal end face of the disposable segment is provided with a fixing portion 103, and the package housing 110 is mounted on the fixing portion 103 provided on the proximal end face of the disposable segment by a bolt.
