Further, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the cover 222 is further provided with an air outlet valve 224, and the air outlet valve 224 is used for communicating the container 120 with the outside.
By providing the vent valve 224 on the cover 222, the vent valve 224 is used to communicate the container 120 with the outside, thereby preventing the pressure in the container 120 from being excessive. Specifically, the cover 222 is provided with an exhaust port, the exhaust valve 224 is installed at the exhaust port, the exhaust valve 224 may be a gravity valve, under its own gravity, the gravity valve blocks the exhaust port on the cover 222, and when the pressure in the container 120 reaches a set value, the air pressure in the container 120 pushes the gravity valve upwards to open the exhaust port, so that the gravity valve opens the exhaust port, and the pressure relief effect is achieved.

Specifically, referring to fig. 6 to 8, a middle frame is further installed in the housing 110, the middle frame is sleeved outside the container 120, an inner cavity is further provided between the middle frame and the inner wall of the housing 110, the locking device 180 is disposed in the inner cavity, a mounting groove is formed in a downward concave manner on a side wall of the middle frame, the food processing cover 210 has a cover body and lugs protruding from two opposite sides of the cover body, the cover body covers an opening of the container 120, the lugs are disposed in the mounting groove, and a communication port 140 communicated with the inner cavity is formed in a side wall of the mounting groove; the locking device 180 includes: the mounting shell 181 is fixedly mounted in the inner cavity, one end of the push rod 183 is hinged to the driving mechanism 182, the lock catch 184 is provided with a first hinge portion 1841 and a second hinge portion 1842 which are arranged at intervals, the first hinge portion 1841 is rotatably connected to the mounting shell 181, the second hinge portion 1842 is hinged to the other end of the push rod 183, and the lock catch 184 is further provided with a buckling portion which is connected to one side, away from the first hinge portion 1841, of the second hinge portion 1842; the driving mechanism 182 drives the push rod 183 to move and drives the lock catch 184 to rotate around the first hinge portion 1841 as a rotation center, so as to enable the fastening portion to pass through the communication opening 140 and fasten to the lid assembly 200 to lock the lid assembly 200, or to enable the fastening portion to retract and disengage from the lid assembly 200 to release the lid assembly 200.
With such an arrangement, when the driving mechanism 182 works, since the first end of the push rod 183 is hinged to the driving mechanism 182, the push rod 183 can be driven to move by the driving mechanism 182, and since the second end of the push rod 183 is hinged to the second hinge portion 1842 of the latch 184, and the first hinge portion 1841 of the latch 184 is rotatably connected to the mounting shell 181, the latch 184 can be driven to rotate around the first hinge portion 1841 as a rotation center under the movement of the push rod 183, so that the buckling portion of the latch 184 passes through the communicating opening 140 and is buckled with the lid assembly 200, so as to lock the lid assembly 200; in addition, when the lid assembly 200 does not need to be locked, the driving mechanism 182 works, the driving mechanism 182 can drive the push rod 183 to move, and then the push rod 183 drives the lock catch 184 to rotate along the first hinge portion 1841 as a rotation center, so that the buckling portion of the lock catch 184 retracts and is separated from the lid assembly 200, so as to release the lid assembly 200, at this time, the lock catch 184 does not protrude out of the opening of the cup body, thereby reducing the risk of artificial accidental damage, and simultaneously avoiding the problem that the lock catch 184 is damaged when the kitchen appliance falls down, thereby prolonging the service life of the kitchen appliance, and improving the use experience of consumers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the drive mechanism 182 includes a drive motor 1821, a screw 1822, and a nut 1823; the screw 1822 is in transmission connection with a driving motor 1821, and the driving motor 1821 drives the screw 1822 to rotate; the screw 1823 is sleeved on the screw 1822, and the screw 1822 rotates to drive the screw 1823 to move along the extending direction of the screw 1822; the first end is hinged to a screw sleeve 1823, and the screw sleeve 1823 drives the push rod 183 to move.
With such an arrangement, when the lid assembly 200 of the kitchen appliance needs to be locked, the driving motor 1821 is powered on to drive the screw 1822 to rotate in a first direction (for example, clockwise), and the screw 1822 can be driven to move upward along the extending direction of the screw 1822 by the rotation of the screw 1822, so as to drive the push rod 183 to move upward, and at the same time, the first end of the push rod 183 rotates relative to the screw 1823, and at the same time, the second end of the push rod 183 rotates relative to the second hinge 1842 of the latch 184, so as to drive the latch 184 to rotate around the first hinge 1841 as a rotation center, so that at least a part of the latch 184 abuts against the lid assembly 200, and the lid assembly 200 can be locked;
when the lid assembly 200 of the kitchen appliance does not need to be locked, the driving motor 1821 is powered on to drive the screw 1822 to rotate in the second direction (for example, counterclockwise), and the screw 1822 can be driven to move downward along the extending direction of the screw 1822 by the rotation of the screw 1822, so as to drive the push rod 183 to move downward, and at the same time, the first end of the push rod 183 rotates relative to the screw 1823, and at the same time, the second end of the push rod 183 rotates relative to the second hinge 1842 of the latch 184, so as to drive the latch 184 to rotate around the first hinge 1841 as a rotation center, so that the latch 184 disengages from the lid assembly 200, and the lid assembly 200 can be released;
in addition, by using the driving manner of the driving motor 1821, the screw 1822 and the screw 1823, not only the push rod 183 and the latch 184 can be driven to move stably, but also the driving manner of the screw 1822 matching with the screw 1823 has higher precision.
Of course, the driving mechanism 182 may further include a driving motor 1821, a rack and a gear, the gear is in transmission connection with the driving motor 1821, the rack is engaged with the gear, and the push rod 183 is hinged to the rack. The rack is driven to move under the action of the driving motor 1821 so as to drive the gear to rotate, and then the push rod 183 is driven to move through the gear.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, in an embodiment of the locking device 180 of the present invention, an output shaft of the driving motor 1821 is sleeved with a first gear 1824, the screw 1822 is further sleeved with a second gear 1825, the first gear 1824 is engaged with the second gear 1825, and the driving motor 1821 drives the screw 1822 to rotate through the engagement of the first gear 1824 and the second gear 1825.

the pot cover assembly is provided with at least two pot cover assemblies, and the pot body assembly is selectively detachably connected with one pot cover assembly so that the pot cover assembly covers the opening of the container; the pot cover assembly comprises a cooking cover and an air frying pot cover, the air frying pot cover comprises a cover body covering the opening of the container, a hot air assembly arranged in the cover body and a second electric coupler arranged on the cover body, the second electric coupler is electrically connected with the hot air assembly, and the hot air assembly is communicated with the container so as to blow hot air into the container; wherein, when the air fryer cover covers the container, the second electric coupler is inserted with the first electric coupler.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein an end surface of the housing facing the lid assembly defines a mounting hole, and the first electrical coupler is fixedly mounted in the mounting hole.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the first electrical coupler comprises a coupler body and a retaining flange protruding from a sidewall of the coupler body; the shell comprises a sleeve body part and an extension part, the sleeve body part is sleeved outside the container, the extension part is convexly arranged on the sleeve body part and extends towards the direction far away from the container, the mounting hole penetrates through the extension part, and the limiting flange is fixedly connected with one side of the extension part, which deviates from the pot cover assembly.

The cooking appliance according to claim 3 wherein the sidewall of the first electrical coupler is embossed with a positioning rib located above the position-defining flange; the lateral wall of mounting hole has seted up the constant head tank, the constant head tank runs through at least the extension deviates from one side of pot cover subassembly, the location muscle inserts in the constant head tank.

8. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the lid body is formed with a first mounting cavity and a second mounting cavity isolated from each other, the first mounting cavity having a blow-off port communicating with the container; the hot air assembly comprises:
the heating tube is arranged in the first mounting cavity and is electrically connected with the second electric coupler;
the motor is arranged in the second mounting cavity and is provided with a first output shaft extending into the first mounting cavity;
and the blowing fan is connected with the first output shaft in a transmission manner and is positioned in the first mounting cavity.

The cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein the motor further has a second output shaft located in the second mounting cavity, the second output shaft is provided with a heat dissipation fan, a wall of the second mounting cavity is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with each other, and both the air inlet and the air outlet are communicated with the outside.
10. The cooking apparatus of claim 8, wherein the lid further comprises an exhaust valve for communicating the container with the outside.
