Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a culter fish fry feed and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a culter fish fry puffed compound feed and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of feeds.
Background
Culter alburnus (Erythroculter ilishaeffmis), which belongs to Cypriniformes, Cyprinidae, Spanish subfamily and Spanish Culter in taxonomy, commonly known as "Taihu lake Sanbai" in China; is typical fresh water carnivorous fish, is widely distributed in rivers and lakes in China, and is also important economic fish. The meat is favored by consumers and farmers due to the advantages of delicious meat, rich nutrition, strong disease resistance and the like. The culter alburnus takes small wild trash fishes and shrimps as main foods, the culter alburnus is sexually mature for 2-3 winter (2 winter of male fishes and 3 winter of female fishes), grows faster from 5 middle ten-day to 7 middle-day of the breeding period (water temperature is 20-30 ℃), the maximum individual in a natural water area can reach 10-15 kg, the weight of the culter alburnus can reach 0.6-1.0 kg/tail in one year and can reach 2-3 kg/tail in two years. Generally speaking, the growth is slow from the seedling stage to the period of 100g of the body weight, the growth is slightly fast at 100-.
In recent years, with the upgrading of consumption, the area and the yield of culter alburnus are increased continuously, and the demand on culter alburnus fries is increased continuously, however, in the traditional culter alburnus fries, phytoplankton and zooplankton (rotifer, cladocera and the like) are used as baits, but the biological baits are easily influenced by weather and climate, the cultivation is unstable, the number is uncontrollable, the nutrition balance is poor, diseases are easy to break out, and the like; the special powder and broken materials for the culter alburnus are also developed by feed companies, but the powder and broken materials are more wasted, easily pollute water and are not beneficial to ecological environment-friendly culture; therefore, the conventional feed cannot meet the requirement of culter alburnus fry cultivation, and the large-scale cultivation of the culter alburnus is severely restricted, so that the defects of the conventional biological bait and feed are overcome, and the production of the fry puffed feed which has long floating time, good food calling effect, balanced nutrition and no water pollution is produced, and the production and cultivation of the culter alburnus fry are facilitated.

Example 4:
(1) feeding management: feeding the culter fries obtained in the embodiment 1-3 with the culter fries; feeding 3 meals every day, satiating and feeding, managing water quality simultaneously, according with fry growth, and weighing and counting the number of fries after 30 days of culture.
(2) Grouping experiments: feeding and temporarily culturing culter fry feed for 3 days before experiment, stopping feeding for 24 hours before grouping, selecting the fish fries with strong physique and basically consistent specification, randomly dividing the fish fries into 4 groups, taking broken feed as a control group, repeating the groups for 3 times, and repeating the groups for 200 fish fries.
(3) And (4) counting results:
and (4) observing and recording the death number of the culter alburnus fries in the experimental period, and calculating the survival rate. The initial weight was weighed at the beginning of the experiment and the final weight was weighed at the end of the experiment, and the weight gain was calculated. And calculating the bait coefficient according to the feeding amount.
Survival (%). The number of final surviving fish/total number of tested fish after the end of the experiment was 100%
(Wt-W) weight gain 0 )/W 0 ×100%
Specific growth rate [ (InWt-InW) 0 )/t]×100%
The bait coefficient is F/(Wt-W) 0 )
In the above formula: wt is the total weight (g) of the fry at the end of the experiment; w 0 The total weight (g) of the initial fry body is tested; f is total weight of ingested feed (g), t is days of breeding test (d), and the results are shown in the following table.
Item | Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | Control group (crushing material) |
Initial body weight (g) | 0.22 | 0.20 | 0.23 | 0.21 |
Terminal body weight (g) | 1.74 | 1.52 | 1.55 | 1.49 |
Weight gain (%) | 690.9% | 660.0% | 573.9% | 609.5% |
Specific growth Rate (%) | 6.89% | 6.76% | 6.36% | 6.53% |
Survival rate (%) | 90.2% | 86.3% | 88.2% | 76.5% |
Coefficient of bait | 0.76 | 0.86 | 0.83 | 1.01 |
Compared with a control group, the feed weight gain rate, the survival rate and the bait coefficient of the embodiment 1-3 of the invention are obviously superior to those of the traditional crushed materials, the crushed materials are easy to mix with water, the sinking speed is high, and the waste rate is high; the fry puffing material provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of comprehensive nutrition, strong food calling, good palatability and long floating time, is beneficial to feeding and growth of fries, and can effectively improve the survival rate of fishes by adopting the feed provided by the embodiment of the invention. The bait coefficient is reduced, and the weight gain rate and the specific growth rate are obviously improved.
In conclusion, the fry expanded feed can be applied to culter alburnus, and the white fish meal and imported fish meal in the feed contain rich amino acid, and have the characteristics of balanced nutrition and strong palatability; the squid powder and the Antarctic krill powder are natural phagostimulants, and the biological phagostimulant betaine is added, so that the palatability of the feed and the feeding of animals are improved, and the waste of the feed is reduced. 60% of choline chloride added in the premix has the effect of protecting the liver and promoting the absorption of the organism on essential amino acid. The lysine and the methionine added in the formula are crystal amino acids, are easy to absorb and utilize and are not wasted; the yeast hydrolysate is beer yeast extract, contains special factors, has good palatability, and is easy to digest and absorb;
