Abstract
本发明属于抗蒸腾制剂领域,具体涉及一种含有S‑诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂及其制备方法。以所述抗蒸腾制剂的总质量为100%计,所述抗蒸腾剂包括如下质量百分含量的成分:S‑诱抗素1%~20%;松脂二烯1%~80%;余为赋形剂。将S‑诱抗素、松脂二烯、赋形剂充分搅拌匀质即可。S‑诱抗素与松脂二烯具有协同抗蒸腾及抗虫病作用,抗蒸腾作用明显,可以增加植物叶片、果实的水势,提高作物产量,提高植物移栽、扦插成活率,增温保湿,抗虫病,提高植物抗性等,可广泛应用于观赏绿化树种、大树移栽、果蔬花卉保鲜等领域。具有安全性高,润湿铺展性能优异,成膜性好等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于抗蒸腾制剂领域,具体涉及一种含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
S-诱抗素可以通过激活植物自身的免疫***和防御机制来发挥其抑菌作用,促进侵染区胼胝质形成,保护作物组织免受病菌、细菌感染,并能促进作物在产生抗性的情况下免受一些细菌及真菌病害的侵袭,还可以调节作物叶片气孔闭合,防止病菌侵入,阻隔病菌侵入途径,减小发病几率,同时减缓蒸腾作用。除了具有抗病作用,还具有促进作物对钾、钙、镁、磷等营养元素吸收的作用。
抗蒸腾剂是指作用于植物叶表面,能降低蒸腾强度,减少水分散失的一类化学物质。抗蒸腾剂是一种新型抗旱化控制技术,在农业生产上的抗旱节水和减灾保产方面已经起到了重要的作用。根据抗蒸腾剂不同作用特点分为三类,即薄膜型抗蒸腾剂、反射型抗蒸腾剂、代谢型抗蒸腾剂。薄膜型抗蒸腾剂有效成分为有机高分子化合物,通过喷雾于叶面形成一层柔软光滑的膜,使透过气孔扩散进入空气中的水分大大减少;反射型抗蒸腾剂通过喷施到植物叶片上表面,能够反射部分太阳辐射能,减少叶片吸收太阳辐射,从而降低叶片温度,减少蒸腾;代谢型抗蒸腾剂能使气孔关闭或减小气孔开度,从而增大气孔蒸腾阻力,抑制蒸腾。
常规薄膜型抗蒸腾剂既可以增加植物叶片、果实的水势, 又在提高作物产量,提高植物移栽、扦插成活率,增温保湿,抗虫病,提高植物抗性等有很好地效果,且在短期干旱情况下较其他两类抗蒸腾剂更为有效,因此被广泛应用于观赏绿化树种、大树移栽、果蔬花卉保鲜等领域。目前,薄膜型抗蒸腾剂有效成分主要有硅酮类、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、石蜡、松脂二烯(萜烯树脂)等。其中,松脂二烯是一种低分子量、路易斯酸催化的β-蒎烯聚合物,是松油的主要成分之一,常温下为淡黄色粘稠液体,有芳香气味。松脂二烯是一种完全由碳和氢组成的有机聚合物,对哺乳动物相对无毒,LD50超过20000。它具有优异的成膜性能,在喷洒施用后形成透明、柔软的膜,可显著减少植物水分散失,但不干扰植物生长或正常呼吸。由于松脂二烯具有成膜性优异、安全性高等特点,国外薄膜型抗蒸腾剂应用松脂二烯较为广泛,比如Wilt Pruf、Vapor Gard。
常规松脂二烯类薄膜型抗蒸腾剂虽然效果较为优越,但也存在如下缺陷:
(1)松脂二烯为低分子聚合物,表面张力大,喷施在植物叶面上润湿铺展能力差,易成水液珠滑落,利用率低。
(2)抗蒸腾作用效果有限,仅通过成膜的物理方式进行蒸腾抑制。
抗病虫作用方式单一,对已感染病菌的植株作用效果不佳。。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种含有S-诱抗素物的抗蒸腾剂及其制备方法,旨在解决现有抗薄膜型抗蒸腾剂润湿铺展差、抗蒸腾作用效果有限且抗病虫作用方式单一的问题。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明一方面提供了一种含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂,所述抗蒸腾制剂的总质量为100%计,所述抗蒸腾剂包括如下质量百分含量的成分:
S-诱抗素1%~20%、松脂二烯1%~80%、余为赋形剂。
本发明提供一种含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂,该抗蒸腾剂应用于观赏绿化树种、大树移栽、果蔬花卉保鲜等领域时,通过激活植物自身的免疫***和防御机制来发挥其抑菌作用,促进侵染区胼胝质形成,保护作物组织免受病菌、细菌感染,并能促进作物在产生抗性的情况下免受一些细菌及真菌病害的侵袭,且可以调节作物叶片气孔闭合,防止病菌侵入,阻隔病菌侵入途径,减小发病几率,同时减缓蒸腾作用,除此之外,还具有促进作物对钾、钙、镁、磷等营养元素吸收的作用;松脂二烯具有优异的成膜性能,在喷洒施用后形成透明、柔软的膜,可显著减少植物水分散失,但不干扰植物生长或正常呼吸,同时抵御病菌和害虫的入侵,与具有不同作用方式的S-诱抗素形成协同增效作用;同时赋形剂的作用为赋予抗蒸腾剂以特定的稳定形态,便于流通和使用,使抗蒸腾剂适应于各种应用技术的分散、润湿的要求。总之,该含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂通过各成分和含量的协同作用,使S-诱抗素与松脂二烯稳定地发挥作用,而且不使用芳烃类溶剂,生产和使用安全,对环境友好。
进一步地,本发明所述的赋形剂为溶剂和/或表面活性剂。
优选地,所述的溶剂为水、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、植物油、松脂基植物油、矿物油中的两种以上的混合物。
优选地,所述植物油可以但不限于大豆油、玉米油、棉籽油、椰子油、菜籽油、花生油、芝麻油或甲酯化植物油中的一种或两种以上。
优选地,所述的表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂中的至少一种。
优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂可以但不限于脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、多芳基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚、烷醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种以上。
优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂可以但不限于烷基醚羧酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、脂肪酰胺牛磺酸盐、脂肪醇硫酸盐、磷酸酯中的一种或两种以上。
优选地,所述阳离子表面活性剂可以但不限于铵盐类、季铵盐、胺盐类、杂环型、聚合型、翁盐型中的一种或两种以上。
优选地,所述两性表面活性剂可以但不限于甜菜碱型、咪唑啉型、氨基酸型、氧化胺型中的一种或两种以上。
另一方面,本发明实施例还提供的一种含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂的制备方法:将S-诱抗素、松脂二烯、赋形剂充分搅拌匀质即得含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂。
本发明实施例提供的一种含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂的制备方法生产工艺和设备简单、成本低。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的一种含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂为水乳剂、乳油或微乳剂剂型。
与现有的技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果如下:
1、S-诱抗素具有调节作物叶片气孔闭合的作用,可以减缓蒸腾作用,与具有不同作用方式的松脂二烯形成协同增效作用,提高了抗蒸腾作用;
2、S-诱抗素具有抑菌、杀菌和防止病菌侵入作用,促进侵染区胼胝质形成,保护作物组织免受病菌、细菌感染,与具有不同作用方式的松脂二烯形成协同增效作用,提高了对植物的保护作用;
3、本发明的抗蒸腾剂可以为水乳剂、乳油或微乳剂剂型,微乳剂稀释液油珠粒径为纳米级,有效成分分散度高,粒径小,润湿铺展优异,成膜性好,对难润湿的植物叶片有很好的润湿铺展作用,同时,在果蔬花卉上使用,不会形成残留污渍,影响品质;
4、S-诱抗素具有促进作物对钾、钙、镁、磷等营养元素吸收的作用,可以提高植物和果实品质。

生物测定实施例1含有S-诱抗素抗蒸腾剂用于降低小麦蒸腾作用的效果试验
试验作物:小麦,处于分蘖期
试验方法:植物吸收来的水分绝大部分通过蒸腾作用散失到体外,仅有少部分供其生命活动,当其蒸腾作用被抑制时,植物吸收的水分也相应减少,因此可通过植物耗水量的变化判断其蒸腾作用强弱。
每个试验组挑选生理状态完全一致的50株小麦,并浇灌等量的自来水备用。在处理组小麦叶片表面均匀喷施等体积的兑水稀释的抗蒸腾剂,空白组小麦叶片表面均匀喷施等体积的水,第一次喷洒7天后调查一次剩余水量,并选择晴好天气,在中午12:00利用LI1600稳态气孔计测定各处理和对照组中小麦叶片的蒸腾速率,间隔10天后在第二次喷洒7天后再次测定剩余水量和叶片蒸腾速率。各试验组抗蒸腾剂用量及节水率计算公式如下,试验结果如表1所示。

通过表1可以看出,喷施本发明实施例中的抗蒸腾剂处理组耗水量和蒸腾速率明显低于松脂二烯、S-诱抗素单剂组和空白组,实施例中6、7、8和9抗蒸腾剂处理组耗水量和蒸腾速率明显低于对照组抗蒸腾剂Wilt Pruf。处理组各实施例的节水率明显高于松脂二烯、S-诱抗素单剂组和空白组,实施例中6、7、8和9抗蒸腾剂处理组节水率明显高于对照组抗蒸腾剂Wilt Pruf。表明松脂二烯和S-诱抗素复配处理组抗蒸腾剂对小麦的节水效果明显。试验过程中也发现,各处理小麦生理状态均正常,形态也未出现异常。
生物测定实施例2含有S-诱抗素抗蒸腾剂用于降低枣树蒸腾作用的效果试验
试验作物:枣树
试验方法:起苗后,对枣苗喷施各处理的抗蒸腾剂,以喷清水作为对照,然
后进行晾晒处理,晾晒时间分别设为24h和48h。每个处理随机挑选50株长势一致的树苗。晾晒期间日平均气温18℃,日平均地温16℃,平均相对湿度40%。调查记录各处理苗木失水率和成活率。
苗木失水率:从每处理50株中随机抽取5株,按试验设计全株均匀喷施抗蒸腾剂,然后自根茎处剪断,用电子天平分别称取苗木的根系鲜重和茎干鲜重。将称过鲜重的苗木茎干和根系置于室外,按试验设计进行晾晒处理, 至设计的处理时间后,再称重,通过晾晒前鲜重和晾晒后重量可计算苗木失水率。试验结果如表2所示。

苗木成活率:经处理后的苗木按正常方法栽植,以苗木萌芽展叶为成活标准,于60天后调查整按个试验区内不同处理的苗木成活株数,计算出各处理的成活率。

通过表2结果可以看出,喷施本发明松脂二烯和S-诱抗素复配处理实施例中的抗蒸腾剂枣苗失水率明显低于松脂二烯、S-诱抗素单剂组和空白组,实施例中抗蒸腾剂处理组枣苗成活率显著高于松脂二烯、S-诱抗素单剂组和空白组,表明各复配处理组抗蒸腾剂节水效果非常明显。本实施例中含S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂在抑制苗木失水,提高苗木和根部含水量,延长苗木存活时间方面起着积极的促进作用,有利于缓苗和移植。在试验过程中也发现,各处理枣树生理状态均正常,形态也未出现异常。
生物测定实施例3含有S-诱抗素对小麦根腐病田间药效试验
试验作物和病害:小麦根腐病,小麦处于出苗期
试验方法:各处理小区采取随机排列方式,每处理重复4次,小区面积12.5m2,每小区设保护行。每个处理每隔15天灌根一次,连续灌药2次,各小区采用随机五点取样,定点取1m双行调查各处理小麦的发病情况,以株为单位进行调查,记录调查总株数及小麦病株数,计算发病率及防效,发病率和防效计算公式如下。各小区采用随机五点取样,每点取0.5米双行调查各处理小麦农艺性状指标株高,根长及产量指标整株鲜重,比较各处理小麦株高,根长和鲜重差异。试验结果见表3。

防治效果%=(对照区病株率-处理区病株率)/对照区病株率*100%。

通过表3结果可以看出,喷施本发明实施例中的S-诱抗素和松脂二烯复配处理组小麦根腐病发病率明显低于松脂二烯、S-诱抗素单剂组和空白组,复配实施例中各处理对小麦根腐病防效显著高于松脂二烯和S-诱抗素单剂,表明实施例中S-诱抗素复配处理组对小麦根腐病具有良好的预防作用。小麦农艺性状及产量指标测定结果表明S-诱抗素和松脂二烯复配处理组小麦株高、根长和株鲜重结果明显高于松脂二烯、S-诱抗素单剂组和空白组,表明实施例中S-诱抗素和松脂二烯复配处理组对小麦生长具有明显的促进作用。试验过程中也发现,各处理小麦生理状态均正常,形态也未出现异常。
从以上应用实施例的试验结果可以看出,本发明S-诱抗素对小麦和枣树具有优异的抗蒸腾和节水效果,有利于提高枣树苗木的成活率。本发明S-诱抗素对小麦根腐病具有优良的预防效果,对小麦幼苗具有良好的促进生长作用。同时,试验过程中发现S-诱抗素对小麦和枣树安全,是一种值得推广使用的抗蒸腾剂。

Claims (5)
1.一种含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂,其特征在于:以所述抗蒸腾制剂的总质量为100%计,所述抗蒸腾剂包括如下质量百分含量的成分:
S-诱抗素1%~20%、松脂二烯1%~80%、余为赋形剂;
所述的赋形剂为溶剂和/或表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有S-诱抗素物的抗蒸腾剂,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为水、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、植物油、松脂基植物油、矿物油中的两种以上的混合物;
所述的表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂,其特征在于:所述的植物油为大豆油、玉米油、棉籽油、椰子油、菜籽油、花生油、芝麻油或甲酯化植物油中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、多芳基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚、烷醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
所述的阴离子表面活性剂为烷基醚羧酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、脂肪酰胺牛磺酸盐、脂肪醇硫酸盐、磷酸酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
所述的阳离子表面活性剂为铵盐类、季铵盐、胺盐类、杂环型、聚合型、翁盐型中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
所述的两性表面活性剂为甜菜碱型、咪唑啉型、氨基酸型、氧化胺型中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将S-诱抗素、松脂二烯、赋形剂充分搅拌匀质即得含有S-诱抗素的抗蒸腾剂。
