A method for fixing a heat-insulating integrated plate without damage is characterized by comprising the following steps: a. bonding a plurality of heat-insulating integrated plates on the structural outer wall according to a certain separation size, and reserving a gap with the width of 10mm between the two plates; b. punching holes at the position of the abutted seam between the two plates at intervals of half a meter by using an electric drill; c. implanting a U-shaped anchoring piece on the outer wall of the abutted seam between the two plates, driving an expansion bolt into the outer wall corresponding to the position of a drilling hole and screwing down, wherein the outer side of the U-shaped anchoring piece is provided with a right-angle side with the length of more than or equal to 3mm, and the right-angle side is abutted against the heat-insulation integrated plate; d. and a plurality of rubber rods are stuffed in the U-shaped anchoring piece spliced between the two plates, weather-proof sealant is applied to the U-shaped anchoring piece at a depth of 10mm reserved from the outer side of the U-shaped anchoring piece, and the anchoring head of the U-shaped anchoring piece is covered together. The method for fixing the heat-insulation integrated plate in a nondestructive manner has the advantages that the U-shaped anchoring piece is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, the durability of an external wall heat-insulation system is improved, the flatness of an external vertical surface is not influenced, and the influence of the deformation of a seam gap is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of external wall heat insulation construction of engineering construction, in particular to a method for fixing a heat insulation integrated plate without damage.
Background
An external wall heat preservation system is a thin plastering system of polystyrene boards/rock wool boards in the north at present, the process is complex, the quality control points are multiple, the quality control difficulty is high, a series of quality problems, the bulging and cracking of coating or real stone paint occur easily in the follow-up process, and even the heat preservation layer falls off. Therefore, the rock wool heat-insulation board and the veneer layer are produced by the heat-insulation integrated board processed and manufactured in a factory, and the heat-insulation integrated board is only required to be fixed on the outer wall surface according to a certain separation size and then is filled with glue between the abutted seams; besides the heat-insulating integrated plate is bonded with the wall body by adopting a bonding agent, the heat-insulating integrated plate still needs to be fixed by adopting a connecting structure.
Therefore, how to manufacture a connection structure for improving the nondestructive fixation of the heat-insulating integrated plate is a problem to be solved in engineering.

The invention aims to provide a safe and reliable nondestructive fixing method for a heat-preservation integrated plate.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a. bonding a plurality of heat-insulating integrated plates on the structural outer wall according to a certain separation size, and reserving a gap with the width of 10mm between the two plates;
b. punching holes at the position of the seam between the two plates at intervals of half a meter by using an electric drill;
c. the U-shaped anchoring piece is implanted into the outer wall of the abutted seam between the two plates, the expansion bolt is driven into the outer wall corresponding to the position of a drilling hole and is screwed tightly, a right-angle side with the length being more than or equal to 3mm is arranged on the outer side of the U-shaped anchoring piece, and the right-angle side abuts against the heat-insulation integrated plate, so that the heat-insulation integrated plate is reinforced;
d. a plurality of rubber rods are stuffed in a U-shaped anchoring part spliced between two plates, weather-proof sealant is applied at a depth of 10mm reserved from the outer side of the U-shaped anchoring part, and the U-shaped anchoring part is a lossless fixing method for a heat-insulation integrated plate, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

The method for fixing the heat-insulating integrated plate without damage can be further realized by adopting the following technical measures.

2. when the U-shaped anchoring piece is used for reinforcement and fixation, the insulation board cannot be damaged, and the bonding between the insulation board and a wall body cannot be damaged or disturbed; the U-shaped anchoring piece can be completely hidden in the abutted seam between the plates, and the flatness and the integral effect of the outer vertical surface are not influenced;
3. the U-shaped anchoring piece plays a certain supporting role in the abutted seams between the plates, and the deformation influence of the abutted seam gaps is reduced.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-2, the method for fixing the insulation integrated board without damage of the present invention comprises the following steps:
a. bonding a plurality of heat-insulating integrated plates on the structural outer wall according to a certain separation size, and reserving a gap with the width of 10 between the two plates;
b. punching holes at the position of the abutted seam between the two plates at intervals of half a meter by using an electric drill, wherein the aperture and the hole depth are matched with those of the expansion bolts;
c. implanting a U-shaped anchoring piece into the abutted seams between the plates, and driving and screwing the expansion bolt into the corresponding drilling hole position to reinforce the heat-insulation integrated plate;
d. and the rubber rod is stuffed into the abutted seams between the plates, weather-proof sealant is filled in the outer side of the abutted seams with a depth of 10mm, and the U-shaped anchoring piece anchoring heads are covered together.
The method for fixing the heat-insulation integrated plate has the advantages that the heat-insulation integrated plate is lossless, the U-shaped anchoring piece is reinforced and fixed without damaging the heat-insulation plate, and the bonding between the heat-insulation plate and the wall body is not damaged or disturbed; the U-shaped anchoring piece can be completely hidden in the abutted seam between the plates, and the flatness and the integral effect of the outer vertical surface are not influenced; the U-shaped anchoring piece plays a certain supporting role in the abutted seams between the plates, and the deformation influence of the abutted seam gap is reduced; the U-shaped anchoring part is simple to manufacture and install, the heat insulation integrated plate can be firmly fixed on a structural wall, the problem that the heat insulation plate falls off is effectively avoided, and the durability of an external wall heat insulation system is improved.
