It should be noted that the torque-adjustable screwdriver provided by the embodiment of the application can realize switching of 3 working modes, and has strong functional practicability. Specifically, the screwdriver can support the adjustment of the locking torque in the positive direction (clockwise direction) and the reverse direction (counterclockwise direction), the two adjusting blocks 5 respectively correspond to the adjustment of the locking torque in the positive direction and the reverse direction, and the corresponding adjusting block 5 is selected to slide according to the locking direction of the screw to adjust the torque.
A first mode of operation: when the screw is required to be locked in the positive direction and the locking torque requirement exists, the upper adjusting block is slid to adjust the torque range required by the process, the lower adjusting block is slid to the initial position (the spring corresponding to the adjusting block 5 in the position does not provide elasticity), the screwdriver head is aligned to the clamping screw cap, the screwdriver is rotated in the positive direction until the screwdriver makes a 'Da' sound, the rotation is stopped, and the locking is completed; a second mode of operation: when the screw needs to be locked in the reverse direction and the locking torque requirement exists, the lower adjusting block is slid to adjust the torque range required by the process, the upper adjusting block is slid to the initial position (the spring corresponding to the adjusting block 5 in the position does not provide elasticity), the screwdriver head is aligned with the clamped screw cap, the screwdriver is rotated in the reverse direction until the screwdriver generates the 'click' sound, the rotation is stopped, and the locking is completed; the third mode of operation: when the locking has no torque requirement, the upper adjusting block and the lower adjusting block are slid to the tail end position (the elasticity provided by the spring corresponding to the adjusting block 5 at the position reaches the maximum value), the screwdriver head is aligned to the clamping screw cap, the central shaft 31 is clamped and can not rotate relatively, the screwdriver is rotated according to the required locking direction until the screw is locked, and the locking is completed.
To sum up, the torque adjustable screwdriver provided in the embodiments of the present application realizes that the torque adjustable manner is: the central shaft 31 is provided with a sawtooth wheel 32, a main body 41 of the press block component 4 is provided with teeth 411 which are meshed with the sawtooth wheel 32 at a position corresponding to the sawtooth wheel 32, the compression amount of a spring in the press block component 4 is adjusted through an adjusting block 5, the meshing tightness between the teeth 411 of the press block component 4 and the sawtooth wheel 32 is controlled, the friction force between the teeth 411 and the sawtooth wheel 32 is converted into the torque force of the central shaft 31 to drive the central shaft 31 to rotate and lock a screw, when the torque of the central shaft 31 is greater than the friction force of the teeth 411 of the press block component 4 acting on the sawtooth wheel 32, the teeth 411 of the press block component 42 are jacked up to be disengaged, and slip with the sawtooth wheel 32 and make a ' clicking ' sound ', and therefore the torque can be adjusted by adjusting the compression amount of the spring.
It should be noted that in this specification, relational terms such as first and second, and the like are used solely to distinguish one entity from another entity without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities.

1. An adjustable torque screwdriver, comprising:
a handle seat (1);
the base (2) is arranged on the handle seat (1);
the central rotating shaft assembly (3) is arranged on the base (2) and used for locking and attaching a connecting piece;
briquetting subassembly (4), movably locates base (2), be used for the butt center pivot subassembly (3), make handle seat (1) drives center pivot subassembly (3) rotates, includes:
a main body (41) which is contacted and propped against the central rotating shaft component (3);

and the adjusting block (5) is rotatably arranged on the base (2), is matched with the pressing block (42) and is used for rotating around the axis of the central rotating shaft assembly (3) so as to adjust the elasticity of the elastic piece (43).

The screwdriver with adjustable torque according to claim 1, wherein the base (2) is provided with a sliding slot (22), the adjusting block (5) comprises an arc-shaped body (52) and a pushing block (51), the pushing block (51) is arranged on the arc-shaped body (52), and the arc-shaped body (52) slides along the sliding slot (22) by pushing the pushing block (51).

The screwdriver with adjustable torque according to claim 2, wherein the arc-shaped body (52) is provided with an arc-shaped slot (521), the pressing block (42) is arranged in the arc-shaped slot (521), and the pressing block (42) slides along the arc-shaped slot (521) by pushing the pushing block (51) so as to adjust the elastic force of the elastic member (43).

The screwdriver with adjustable torque according to claim 2, wherein the base (2) is further provided with a mounting groove (23), the pressing block assembly (4) is arranged in the mounting groove (23), the mounting groove (23) is communicated with the arc-shaped groove (521) through a notch (24), and the notch (24) is used for accommodating the pressing block (42).

a first internal cavity (11) for mounting the central spindle assembly (3);

the base (2) is provided with a second inner cavity (21), and the first inner cavity (11) and the second inner cavity (21) form a space for mounting the central rotating shaft assembly (3).

The torque-adjustable screwdriver according to claim 1, further comprising a housing cover (6), wherein the housing cover (6) is connected to the handle seat (1), the housing cover (6) is provided with an accommodating cavity (61), the accommodating cavity (61) is used for accommodating the base (2), a sliding hole (62) and a fixing hole (63) are formed in the housing cover (6), the adjusting block (5) extends out of the sliding hole (62), the fixing hole (63) is located on one side of the sliding hole (62), and the fixing hole (63) is used for arranging a fixing member to fix the adjusting block (5).

The screwdriver according to claim 8, characterized in that the number of said adjusting blocks (5), said pressing block assemblies (4) and said toothed wheel (32) is two, two adjusting blocks (5) being respectively engaged with two pressing block assemblies (4); one of the adjusting blocks (5) rotates in the clockwise direction to increase the elastic force of the elastic piece (43) corresponding to the adjusting block, and the other adjusting block (5) rotates in the counterclockwise direction to increase the elastic force of the elastic piece (43) corresponding to the adjusting block.

Screwdriver according to claim 8, wherein said central shaft (31) is provided with a detachable cutting head (33), said detachable cutting head (33) being provided with an outer hexagonal cylindrical structure (331), said central shaft (31) being provided with an inner hexagonal recess structure (311), said outer hexagonal cylindrical structure (331) cooperating with said inner hexagonal recess structure (311) for enabling said detachable cutting head (33) to be attached to said central shaft assembly (3).
