Abstract
一种抗干扰检测方法及样本分析仪,用于在无样本预检的前提下,实现对样本的抗干扰测量。该方法包括:在样本中加入执行项目检测的试剂并混匀,得到样本混合液(401);采用多波长光线照射样本混合液,多波长光线包括与该样本的测量项目对应的主波长和副波长(402);获取主波长的初始光通量γ1、副波长的初始光通量γ2,以及与测量项目对应的光通量阈值α(403);根据γ1、γ2与α的比较结果,对样本采用抗干扰检测方法(404)。
