Claims (9)

1. A person scheduling method based on voice notification is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving order information input by foreground personnel in a foreground terminal;
extracting order numbers, order positions, service types and the number of people needing service from the order information;
loading voice resources from a cloud voice library and synthesizing audio used for broadcasting the order number, the order position, the type of the service and the number of people needing the service to service personnel;
and sending the audio to a service terminal which displays the current state of the service staff as an idle state and broadcasting the audio.
2. The person scheduling method based on voice notification according to claim 1, wherein after extracting the order number, the order location, the type of service, and the number of people needing service from the order information, before the loading the voice resource from the cloud voice library and synthesizing the audio for broadcasting the order number, the order location, the type of service, and the number of people needing service to the service staff comprises:
acquiring a service terminal of which the current state of a service worker is displayed as an idle state from a service terminal management library of the foreground terminal;
sending a service request to the service terminal of which the current state of the service personnel is displayed as an idle state;
receiving feedback information of the service terminal of which the current state of the service personnel is displayed as an idle state and generating a feedback list;
and selecting at least one service terminal from the feedback list for receiving the audio of the order information.
3. The voice notification based person scheduling method of claim 2, wherein the selecting at least one of the service terminals from the feedback list for receiving the audio of the order information comprises:
acquiring the current login account of each service terminal in the feedback list;
searching historical service information under the account;
screening out the service terminals matched with the types of the services based on the historical service information;
and the service terminal matched with the type of the service is used for receiving the audio frequency of the order information.

The voice notification based person scheduling method of claim 1, wherein the loading of voice resources from a cloud-based voice repository and synthesizing audio for broadcasting the order number, the order location, the type of service and the number of people needing the service to service personnel comprises:
acquiring the order number, the order position, the service type and a text character set of the number of people needing service;
coding the text character set to obtain a text coding vector;
extracting semantic information from the text coding vector to obtain a semantic vector;
performing part-of-speech tagging on the text character set to obtain part-of-speech tagging information;
performing word segmentation on the text character set to obtain a word group set;
acquiring the tone and pinyin of each group of phrases in the phrase set from a cloud voice library according to the semantic vector and the part-of-speech tagging information to obtain a tone set and a pinyin set;
and synthesizing the tone set and the pinyin set to obtain the audio of the text character set.
5. The person scheduling method based on voice notification according to claim 1, wherein the sending the audio to a service terminal displaying a current state of a service person as an idle state and broadcasting comprises:
receiving order receiving feedback of the service terminal with the current state of the service staff displayed as an idle state;
if the number of the order receiving feedback of the service terminal with the current state of the service personnel displayed as the idle state exceeds the number of the required service;
and sequentially sending voice notifications of successful order receiving to the service terminals of which the current states of the service personnel are displayed as idle states according to the sequence of the time fed back by the order receiving till the sending number of the voice notifications is equal to the number of people needing service.

The personnel scheduling method based on voice notification according to claim 1, wherein said sequentially sending voice notifications of successful order pickup to said service terminals whose service personnel current status is displayed as idle status according to the sequence of time fed back by order pickup until the sending number of said voice notifications equals to the number of people required for service comprises:
updating and displaying the current states of all the service terminals in the foreground terminal; and if the current state of the service terminal is a non-idle state, displaying the type of the current service and the corresponding working timing after the service terminal in the non-idle state.
7. A people scheduling apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving order information input by foreground personnel in a foreground terminal;
the extraction module is used for extracting order numbers, order positions, service types and the number of people needing service from the order information;
the voice synthesis module is used for loading voice resources from a cloud voice library and synthesizing audio used for broadcasting the order number, the order position, the type of the service and the number of people needing the service to service personnel;
and the broadcasting module is used for sending the audio to the service terminal of which the current state is displayed as an idle state by the service personnel and broadcasting the audio.
8. A personnel scheduling apparatus, characterized in that the personnel scheduling apparatus comprises: a memory having instructions stored therein and at least one processor, the memory and the at least one processor interconnected by a line;
the at least one processor invokes the instructions in the memory to cause the people scheduling apparatus to perform the voice announcement based people scheduling method of any one of claims 1-6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method for person scheduling based on voice notification according to any one of claims 1-6.
