Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions of the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The inventor of the present application finds, through research, that at present, a template recommendation page may include a plurality of template identifiers, where the template identifiers are used to identify templates. The user can trigger a preview operation on the template for the template identification. After a user triggers a preview operation for a certain template identifier, the client may display the contents of the template previewed by the user on another page.
In some scenarios, a user may wish to view other template identifications simultaneously while previewing a certain template, e.g., the user wishes to determine that the currently previewed template is the fourth template. In the current template preview mode, a user needs to first quit the page (i.e. the template preview page) displaying the content of the template currently previewed by the user, so as to review the template recommendation page, and the user operation is complicated.
In order to solve the foregoing problems, embodiments of the present application provide a template preview method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium.
Various non-limiting embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures.
Exemplary method
Referring to fig. 1, the flowchart is a schematic flowchart of a template preview method according to an embodiment of the present application.
The template preview method shown in fig. 1 may be executed by a client, and the method may include the following steps: S101-S102.
S101: the method comprises the steps of receiving preview operation triggered by a user according to a first template mark in a first page, wherein the first page comprises a plurality of template marks, the plurality of template marks comprise the first template mark, and the first template mark is used for marking a first template.
In one example, the first page is a template recommendation page. In the embodiment of the application, the client side can display the template recommendation page when the user triggers the operation of checking the template library, and the client side can also display the template recommendation page when the user triggers the file creation operation.
In this embodiment of the application, the first page may include a plurality of template identifiers, where the plurality of template identifiers include a first template identifier that identifies a first template. The template identifier is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application, and for example, the first template identifier may include an image and/or text.
In one example, in order for the user to obtain the related information of the first template according to the first template identifier, so that the user determines whether to preview the first template based on the related information, the first template identifier may be a template card including a template name and a template thumbnail of the first template. The template card is similar to the card in display form.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the present application, the type of the first template is not particularly limited, and in an example, the first template may be a document template, a form template, a thought guidance diagram template, a flow diagram template, a whiteboard template, or a web page template, and of course, the first template may also be any other template that may exist, which is not listed here.
Regarding that the user triggers a preview operation for the first template identifier, it should be noted that, in an example: the user may move the cursor to the area where the template card of the first template is located, after the cursor moves to the area where the template card of the first template is located, a control for triggering a preview operation may be displayed on the template card of the first template, and the user may trigger the operation of previewing the first template through the control (for example, clicking the control). In yet another example, in a touch screen scenario, the user may click on a template card of a first template, and after the user clicks on the template card of the first template, a control for triggering a preview operation is displayed on the template card of the first template, and the user may trigger an operation of previewing the first template through the control.
S102: and in response to a preview operation triggered by the user for the first template identifier, displaying the content of the first template in a first area of the first page, and displaying at least one template identifier in the plurality of template identifiers in a second area of the first page.
In this embodiment of the application, after the user triggers a preview operation for the first template identifier, the client no longer displays the content of the first template in a single page, but displays the content of the first template in the first area of the first page, and displays at least one template identifier of the template identifiers in the second area of the first page. Therefore, the user can check the at least one template identifier while checking the content of the first template, and other template identifiers can be checked without the user exiting the preview page of the first template, so that the user operation is simplified, and the user experience is improved.
In one example, the first area for displaying the content of the first template may include a template information area for displaying summary information and/or usage records of the first template and a template content area for displaying the content of the first template. In one example, the summary information of the first template may include, for example, a title of the first template and a functional description of the first template. For example, the first template is entitled "meeting notes" and its functionality is described as "meeting content along with the hand. The usage record of the first template may include, for example, a usage amount of the first template, and information about a user who has an association relationship with the user among users who use the first template, where the association relationship between two users may be that the two users exist in the same organization (e.g., a group), or that the two users are personal friends (e.g., contacts of instant messenger).
In one example, the first area may be divided into an upper area and a lower area, where the upper area is the template information area and the lower area is the template content area.
In one example, some users may prefer to preview templates in full screen mode, taking into account the different habits of different users. Thus, to meet user requirements, in one example, the first area may include a first control for triggering a full screen preview operation by which a first user may trigger a full screen preview operation when the user wishes to preview the content of the first template in full screen preview mode, and accordingly, the client may display the content of the first area in all areas of the first page in response to the user's operation triggered by the first control, that is: displaying the content of the first template in a full screen mode.
In one example, as described above, when displaying the content of the first template, the summary information and/or the usage record information of the first template may be displayed in the template information area, and the content of the first template may be displayed in the template content area. Therefore, when the content of the first area is displayed in the entire area of the first page, the content of the template content area may be displayed in the second area of the first page, and the content of the template information area may be displayed in the first area. Namely: and displaying the summary information and/or the use record information of the first template in the second area of the first page, and displaying the content of the first template in the first area of the first page.
In one example, comment information of the first template may also be displayed in order to make a user better understand the first template. For this case, in the specific implementation, "the summary information and/or the usage record information of the first template is displayed in the second area of the first page", the position of the template information area in the first area may be kept unchanged, and the comment information for the first template is displayed in the template content area of the first area. Namely: in full screen mode, the content of the first template is adjusted to be displayed by the template content area 214 to the second area 220, and the template content area 214 is used for displaying the comment information of the first template.
In an example, when the user previews the content of the first template in the full-screen mode, the user may further trigger an operation of exiting the full-screen preview mode, and accordingly, the client may return to the first page in response to the operation of exiting the full-screen preview mode, and redisplay the content of the first template in the first area of the first page.
In one example, if the user desires to preview the content of another template (e.g., a second template) after previewing the content of the first template, the user may trigger a preview operation directly for the second template identifier displayed in the second area of the first page, so as to preview the content of the second template. The second template mark is used for marking a second template, and at least one template mark displayed in the second area comprises the second template mark.
After the user triggers a preview operation for the second template identification, the client may replace the content displayed in the first area with the content of the second template from the content of the first template in response to the user triggering a preview operation for the second template identification. In this way, a user may view the contents of the second template in the first region of the first page.
In one example, the first area further includes a second control for triggering an end preview operation, and when the user wishes to end previewing the content of the first template, the user can trigger the end preview operation through the second control, and after the user triggers the end preview operation, the client can return to the template recommendation page in response to the end preview operation, that is: the client may display the plurality of template identifications on the first page, and the first page no longer includes the content of the first template.
The template preview method provided by the embodiment of the present application will now be described with reference to fig. 2a, fig. 2b and fig. 2 c.
