The cover plate is closed by adopting reverse operation.
The cover plate structure is provided with a sensor to realize accurate control on the movement of each movable sub-plate 1. The sensor and the driving device on the cover plate structure are connected with the control device so as to realize the automatic control of opening and closing of the cover plate structure. Referring to fig. 9, a flow chart of control is illustrated wherein the sensors on the cover structure are position switches:
The manual operation selects a space to be opened, namely, selects which of the left side division plate 101, the left middle division plate 102, the right middle division plate 103 and the right side division plate 104 is opened to move the division plate 1, after the instruction is input, the control device controls the corresponding horizontal linear driving mechanism 4 and the corresponding vertical linear driving mechanism 5 to act, monitors whether the corresponding limit switch acts, if the corresponding limit switch acts, the corresponding horizontal linear driving mechanism 4 or the corresponding vertical linear driving mechanism 5 stops acting, then, whether all the horizontal linear driving mechanisms 4 and the vertical linear driving mechanisms 5 stop acting is determined, and if yes, the cover plate is opened completely.
If the cover plate is to be closed, a command is input, the control device controls the corresponding horizontal linear driving mechanism 4 and the corresponding vertical linear driving mechanism 5 to act, and when all the horizontal linear driving mechanisms 4 and the vertical linear driving mechanisms 5 are determined to stop acting, the cover plate is closed.
Example 2:
a refrigerator drawer includes a cover structure, wherein the cover structure forms a front panel of the refrigerator drawer. The cover plate structure comprises a movable sub-plate 1, and an opening can be formed on the cover plate structure by opening the movable sub-plate 1.
When the refrigerator drawer is installed in a side-by-side combination refrigerator (the cover plate structure of the refrigerator drawer faces to two doors of the refrigerator), if the food is required to be taken from the refrigerator drawer, one door of the refrigerator can be opened, and then the movable partition plate 1 is opened, so that an opening is formed on the front panel of the refrigerator, and the food in the refrigerator drawer is taken through the opening. According to the refrigerator drawer provided by the invention, when food materials need to be taken from the refrigerator drawer, the condition of opening two refrigerator doors can be avoided under some conditions, and the leakage of the cold quantity of the refrigerator is reduced, so that the energy consumption of the refrigerator is reduced, and the service life of the refrigerator is prolonged.
The cover plate structure comprises a fixed frame 2, wherein two opposite inner side surfaces (an upper inner side surface and a lower inner side surface) of the fixed frame 2 are provided with limiting grooves 3, and the movable sub-plate 1 is inserted into the limiting grooves 3 to be used for guiding the movable sub-plate 1 to move. The fixed frame is connected with the left side plate and the right side plate of the refrigerator drawer and the bottom plate.
The opening mode of the movable sub-plate 1 may be manual or may be automatic opening of the movable sub-plate 1 by a driving device. Regarding the manual mode, the following is exemplified: for example, two movable sub-plates 1 are mounted on the fixed frame 2, the two movable sub-plates 1 are arranged front and back and are attached to each other, the movable sub-plate 1 positioned on the left side is pushed to the right side, the attached area of the two movable sub-plates 1 is increased, and a left opening is formed on the front panel of the refrigerator.
Example 3:
A refrigerator drawer comprising the cover structure described in embodiment 1, the cover structure forming a front panel of the refrigerator drawer. The cover plate structure comprises a fixed frame 2, and the fixed frame 2 is connected with the left side plate, the right side plate and the bottom plate of the refrigerator drawer. When the refrigerator drawer is arranged in a refrigerator with the side-by-side doors (the cover plate structure of the refrigerator drawer faces to two doors of the refrigerator), if the food is required to be taken from the refrigerator drawer, a command can be input first, a space which needs to be opened is selected, then one of the doors corresponding to the refrigerator is opened, and the food in the refrigerator drawer is taken through the opening on the cover plate structure. According to the refrigerator drawer provided by the invention, when food materials are required to be taken from the refrigerator drawer, the condition that two refrigerator doors are opened can be avoided under some conditions, and the leakage of the cold quantity of the refrigerator is reduced, so that the energy consumption of the refrigerator is reduced, and the service life of the refrigerator is prolonged.
Example 4:

When the refrigerator includes the refrigerator drawer described in embodiment 2, an operation panel for controlling the structure of the refrigerator drawer cover plate is preferably provided on the outer side surface of the refrigerator. Through the operation panel, the corresponding area of the front panel of the drawer of the refrigerator can be selectively opened. When the refrigerator door is closed, the control device recognizes that the refrigerator door is closed, and can automatically control the cover plate structure to be closed, or manually input a closing instruction on the operation panel to close the cover plate structure.
Example 5:
A control method of a front panel of a drawer of a refrigerator, comprising the following contents: identifying an operation instruction for a refrigerator drawer cover plate structure; and opening the movable sub-plate 1 corresponding to the cover plate structure according to the operation instruction. An operation panel for controlling the drawer cover structure of the refrigerator is preferably provided on the outer side surface of the refrigerator. Through the operation panel, the corresponding area of the front panel of the drawer of the refrigerator can be selectively opened.
As an alternative embodiment, the control method further includes the following: the door of the refrigerator is closed, and the movable partition plate 1 in an opened state is moved in a reset direction. When the refrigerator door is closed, the control device recognizes that the refrigerator door is closed, and can automatically control the cover plate structure to be closed, or manually input a closing instruction on the operation panel to close the cover plate structure.
The movable sub-plate 1 corresponding to the cover plate opening structure specifically comprises the following contents: controlling the driving device of the cover plate structure to act; when the sensor detects that the corresponding movable partition plate 1 moves in place, the driving device is controlled to stop acting. I.e. the cover plate structure is provided with a sensor to realize the accurate control of each movable sub-plate 1 during the movement. The sensor and the driving device on the cover plate structure are connected with the control device so as to realize the automatic control of opening and closing of the cover plate structure.
