Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to plush toy dry cleaning salt and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Toys have had a long history in China, and people invented various production tools to meet the demands of social development, and also created toys to meet the physical and mental demands of entertainment after working.
The toy is mainly exported in the world, the production and export amount of the toy is at the top of the world for many years, the toy on the three-way world market is produced in China nowadays, and the produced toy has seven export to the world. The us market research company NPD group 2017 has found that sales growth statistics for the 12 national toy industry, among all toys, plush toys are the fastest growing hot-market class of toys in the global toy market.
The plush toy is made of plush fabric, pp cotton and other textile materials as main fabric, and various fillings are stuffed inside, and can also be called soft toy and stuffed toy. Currently we habitually refer to plush toys as plush toys. For a long time, the biggest problem affecting the sales and recovery of plush toys is easy adsorption of dust and bacterial breeding. During playing, the children chew or even swallow the toy through skin contact, eye contact and chewing, so that certain dust adhered to the fluff is sucked into the lungs or certain bacteria are mistakenly eaten into the body, and the health development of the children is adversely affected. In addition, plush toys are discarded during long play because the surface fills with dirt, and toy factories often refuse to recover because of these hard to handle dirt.
At present, no special plush toy cleaning agent exists in the market, and a laundry detergent is generally used for washing, but because a large amount of filling materials are contained in the plush toy, the moisture is difficult to volatilize completely, bacteria and mould are easy to propagate and breed, and the plush toy is unfavorable for health; the toy is easy to deform, the surface is hardened, and the plush is not fluffy after washing; chemical synthetic substances and essence residues in the liquid laundry detergent can cause certain irritation to the skin of children, have potential safety hazards and pollute the environment.
Salt (namely sodium chloride) is used as the most common seasoning in daily diet, so that the food has salty taste, low price and high safety, and has obvious adsorption effect on dirt. The project is to re-wrap and crystallize large-particle salt and substances such as plant surfactant, natural herbal extract or natural antibacterial factors through a wet coating technology, efficiently remove stains while not reducing the adsorption capacity of the salt, continuously inhibit bacteria, have mild formula, avoid water washing, greatly reduce potential safety hazards, and can be used in combination with a cleaning device to rapidly and efficiently treat toy stains.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the plush toy dry cleaning salt and the preparation method thereof, wherein the edible salt is compounded with the natural decontamination and bacteriostasis factors, so that the plush toy dry cleaning salt can replace the traditional method of drying after washing, has high cleaning efficiency, can effectively clean dirt, soil and bacteria attached to the plush toy, has good cleaning effect, is safe and nontoxic, and can better ensure the health of infants.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
The dry cleaning salt for the plush toy is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-95 parts of edible salt, 1-4 parts of plant surfactant, 3-8 parts of decontamination plant extract and 2-8 parts of antibacterial plant extract.
As a specific technical scheme, the edible salt is refined well mineral salt; the granularity of the edible salt is 14-30 meshes; in the invention, the edible salt is refined well mineral salt; the refined well mineral salt crude salt is obtained from rock salt under deep buried ground bottom rock before 6500 ten thousand years ago, brine is obtained from a drinking water source protection area, brine is purified by a ceramic membrane physical filtration technology, and the refined well mineral salt crude salt is refined by a vacuum steaming crystallization technology, so that the grains are large and uniform; in addition, the applicant finds that the particle size of the raw material edible salt has a great influence on the service performance of the product; if the granularity of the edible salt is too large, the granularity of the finally prepared dry-cleaning salt product is also large, so that the dry-cleaning salt product cannot fully enter between the floss gaps on the surface of the plush toy; in addition, the edible salt accounts for a relatively high proportion in the formula of the product, so that the other auxiliary materials are relatively small, and when the granularity of the edible salt is too large, the other auxiliary materials are difficult to effectively wrap on salt particles in the preparation process of the product, or are easy to fall off after being wrapped, so that the efficacy of the product is affected; if the granularity of the edible salt is too small, the granularity of the finally prepared dry-cleaning salt product is also small, the product is easy to generate dust phenomenon in the preparation process and the cleaning and using process, and the product is also difficult to fall off from plush gaps in the cleaning process; therefore, the invention controls the granularity of the edible salt to be 14-30 meshes, ensures that auxiliary materials can be effectively attached, and simultaneously can control the finally prepared dry-cleaning salt product to effectively enter between plush gaps so as to achieve the purposes of adsorbing dust and stains on plush toys, easily falling off from the plush gaps and avoiding dust pollution during cleaning.
As a specific technical scheme, the plant surfactant is one or a mixture of more of glycoside, amino acid surfactant and betaine; the plant surfactant is extracted from plants, has high safety and has excellent cleaning effect on dirt components on the surfaces of plush.

Example 12
Investigation of the granularity of the edible salt in the formula of the invention.
1. Experimental materials
Preparing a sample to be cleaned: preparing a plurality of plush toys with the same specification, wherein the plush toys are plush Teddy bear, and the size of the plush toys is 40cm long, 20cm wide and 20cm high (based on the outer packing size); selecting a sunny day, and placing the plush toy in an open air environment for 3 days to enable the plush Teddy Xiong Ziran to be stained with pollutants such as dust, soil, bacteria and the like to serve as the plush toy to be cleaned;
in the embodiment, the dry-cleaning salt product is produced and prepared according to the method of the embodiment 10, wherein the difference is only that after the edible salt is subjected to the rewet and grain finishing treatment, the edible salt with the grain size range of 6-7 meshes, 8-12 meshes, 14-30 meshes, 32-80 meshes and below 80 meshes is collected for subsequent process treatment so as to obtain dry-cleaning salt products respectively prepared by the edible salt with different grain sizes; it can also be understood that the dry cleaning salt products finally prepared are also products of 5 different groups of 6-7 meshes, 8-12 meshes, 14-30 meshes, 32-80 meshes and below 80 meshes respectively in the particle size ranges;
2. Detection index and method
Based on the above 5 groups of dry cleaning salt products, the applicant examined the indexes of their cleaning ability, auxiliary material adhesion rate and residual rate after dry cleaning, and the specific detection method is as follows:
cleaning ability: and selecting 12 product experimenters to form an evaluation group, observing and judging the decontamination capability and softness of the plush toy cleaned by products with different meshes, scoring according to the scoring standard of the table 1, and taking an average value.
Table 1 scoring criteria
Auxiliary material adhesion rate: the sample mass of the premix in step 2 of example 10 was denoted as m 0, the sample mass of the undersize after passing through the 30 mesh sieve in step 5 of example 10 was denoted as m, and the auxiliary attachment rate=100% × (m 0-m)/m0.
Residual ratio after dry cleaning: the mass of the dry-cleaning salt was designated as M 0, the mass of the plush toy was designated as M 1, the mass of the plush toy after the dry-cleaning salt was used was designated as M 2, and the residual rate after the dry cleaning was=100% × (M 0+M1-M2)/M0.
3. Detection result
TABLE 2 influence of the number of edible salt on the cleaning effect of plush toys
As can be seen from Table 2, the number of edible salt has a significant effect on the cleaning effect of the plush toy. When the mesh number of the edible salt is more than 80 meshes (the mesh number is large, the corresponding granularity is small), the auxiliary materials can be effectively and uniformly attached to the surfaces of the edible salt particles due to the large specific surface area of the edible salt, so that the auxiliary materials are high in attachment rate and good in decontamination capability, but the particle size of the product is too small, dust emission is easy to occur in the preparation process and the cleaning and using process of the product, and the product is not easy to fall off from plush gaps in the cleaning process, so that the residual rate is high after dry cleaning, and plush is hard and knotted; as the mesh number of the edible salt is reduced, namely the corresponding granularity is increased, the dust emission is weakened, the residual rate is reduced, the softness is increased, and the comprehensive cleaning effect of the product is optimal when the mesh number is 14-30 meshes; however, when the mesh number is continuously reduced, the granularity of the edible salt is too large, so that the product cannot fully enter between the floss gaps on the surface of the plush toy, and other auxiliary materials are difficult to effectively wrap on salt particles in the preparation process of the product or are easy to fall off after wrapping, so that the adhesion rate of the auxiliary materials of the product is reduced, the detergency is reduced, and the efficacy of the product is affected.
Example 13
The dry cleaning salt of the present invention has a cleaning effect and skin irritation.

Preparing a sample to be cleaned: preparing a plurality of plush toys with the same specification, wherein the plush toys are plush Teddy bear, and the size of the plush toys is 40cm long, 20cm wide and 20cm high (based on the outer packing size); and (3) selecting a sunny day, and placing the plush toy in an open air environment for 3 days so that the plush Teddy Xiong Ziran is adhered with pollutants such as dust, soil, bacteria and the like to serve as the plush toy to be cleaned.
Preparation of a cleaning agent: sample 1 is a commercially available general cleaner (laundry detergent), sample 2 is a commercially available general dry cleaning powder (cloth dry cleaning powder), and sample 3 is a product prepared in example 9 of the present invention.
2. Experimental method
The method for using sample 1 is: dissolving the sample 1 in water, soaking for 30min, rubbing, rinsing for 3 times according to the common cleaning habit, and spin-drying or wringing; typically 30 kg of water is added to 30mL of laundry detergent.
Sample 2 application method: and uniformly spreading the sample 2 on the plush toy, reversely rubbing the wool by using a bath brush for a few minutes, and after the washing is finished, brushing dry-cleaning powder by using a comb.
The using method of the sample 3 is carried out by adopting the method of the embodiment 11, placing the plush toy to be cleaned in a sealable container, adding dry cleaning salt according to the mass ratio of the plush toy to the dry cleaning salt of 3:1g/g, rapidly overturning the sealed container for 5min, pouring out, shaking the plush toy, and shaking the residual dry cleaning salt on the plush toy.
3. Detection index
(1) Cleaning ability and fixation ability: selecting 12 product experimenters to form an assessment group, observing and judging the decontamination capability, softness and color fixing capability of the plush toy cleaned by using three groups of products, scoring according to the scoring standard of the table 1, and then taking an average value, wherein the measurement method is the same as that of example 12;
(2) Skin irritation: the back and spine sides of the test animal are sheared off by the hair before the test, the hair removing range is 3cm multiplied by 3cm respectively, 1g (mL) of the test object is uniformly coated on the skin with the area of 2.5cm multiplied by 2.5cm, four layers of gauze are coated on the skin after the coating, then a layer of non-stimulated plastic film is used for covering, and then the non-stimulated adhesive tape is used for fixing. The other side of the dehaired skin was used as a negative control with sterilized normal saline. After 12h of application, the residue was removed by washing with water. The coating is applied once a day for 14 days continuously, and the conditions of red spots, edema and the like of the coating part are observed and recorded by naked eyes.
Table 3 comparison of cleaning effect and skin irritation of dry cleaning salt for plush toy with conventional method
As is clear from Table 3, the dry cleaning salt for plush toys according to the present invention has little difference in detergency from the conventional cleaning agents and dry cleaning powders on the market, but is excellent in softness after washing, color fixing ability and skin irritation effect. This is due to the fact that in the commercial general cleaners, certain chemical reactions between the detersive ingredients and the dye occur during the cleaning process, resulting in slight discoloration; in addition, the common cleaning agent needs to be cleaned by adding water, so that the cleaning agent can be removed by rinsing, and the residual quantity of the cleaning agent is smaller after the conventional rinsing for 3 times in the embodiment, so that the skin irritation is smaller; the common dry cleaning powder sold in the market is easy to remain and cause irritation to skin due to fine powder, and the phenomena of redness, swelling and the like are generated.
