The invention discloses a bridge type scraper reclaimer for reclaiming the end face of a sticky wet material, which comprises a cart and a trolley, wherein the cart can travel along a track laid in the length direction of a storage yard, a girder of the cart is provided with a trolley track, and the trolley can move back and forth on the trolley track; the near end of the taking arm is hinged on a support leg of the trolley, the taking arm is provided with a chain wheel, the chain wheel is provided with a chain, the chain is provided with a scraper plate for forcibly taking materials, and the position of the chain wheel at the farthest end is provided with a spring tensioning mechanism; the far end of the material taking arm is provided with a pulley hanging bracket, a tower frame of the trolley is provided with a hoist, the hoist is connected with the pulley hanging bracket through a steel wire rope, and the angle of the material taking arm can be adjusted by retracting the hoist; two auxiliary rakes are further mounted at the supporting legs of the trolley and are respectively located on two sides of the material taking arm. The pre-homogenization of raw materials is an important link of the modern dry cement production, and the pre-homogenization stock dump and the material piling and taking equipment play a role in storage and also play a role in pre-homogenization of the raw materials. The herringbone stacking and the uniform mixing type end face material taking are necessary ways for ensuring the homogenization effect of raw materials or fuels. At present, a bridge type scraper reclaimer with a triangular rake is commonly used in a cement plant raw material yard for reclaiming the end face of a herringbone material pile, and materials roll down layer by layer to enter a scraper below a main beam to be reclaimed under the triggering of the triangular rake moving back and forth, so that a good material mixing effect is realized, and the necessary condition of the working process is good material flowability. However, in more and more projects at home and abroad, limestone raw materials or raw coal are sticky and wet due to geological climate or process flow arrangement, and the fluidity of the materials is obviously reduced after the materials are sticky and wet, so that the materials cannot smoothly roll down, and a series of problems including obvious reduction of material taking capability are encountered when the traditional bridge type scraper reclaimer with triangular rakes is used for uniform mixing type end surface material taking; deformation, local cracking and fracture of the rake; the trolley frame and the supporting legs deform and crack; the trolley catch wheel bearing is damaged; the oil cylinder pressure is too high, and the oil temperature is too high; the squeegee motor trips, etc.

The technical scheme is as follows: the bridge type scraper reclaimer for reclaiming the end face of a sticky wet material comprises a cart and a trolley travelling on a main beam of the cart, wherein a reclaiming arm with a chain wheel is arranged on the trolley, a chain is arranged on the chain wheel, and a scraper for forcibly reclaiming the material is arranged on the chain.
The invention replaces the original triangular rake with the material taking arm, and the material taking arm and the chain wheel, the chain and the scraper on the material taking arm form a scraper machine substantially. When the material taking device works, the cart slowly moves along the length direction of the storage yard, the trolley drives the material taking arm to walk back and forth along the cart main beam, meanwhile, the chain on the material taking arm pulls the scraper plate to forcibly scrape wet materials on the end face of the material pile, and the scraped wet materials enter the scraper below the cart main beam and are conveyed to the subsequent discharging belt conveyor. The material taking device can be applied to uniformly mixing material taking on the end surface of the sticky wet material, can ensure the homogenization effect, and has stable and reliable material taking process.
Furthermore, the angle of the material taking arm can be adjusted, so that the material taking arm can be adjusted according to the angle of the end face of the material pile.
Furthermore, the near end of the material taking arm is hinged to the trolley, the far end of the material taking arm is provided with a pulley hanging bracket, a hoist is arranged on the tower frame of the trolley, and the hoist is connected with the pulley hanging bracket through a steel wire rope. After the auxiliary rake is arranged, the cart slowly moves forwards in a storage yard during working, so that the auxiliary rake is favorable for conveying sticky wet materials scraped to the bottom into the scraper. The near end of the material taking arm 5 is hinged to a supporting leg of the trolley 2, a chain wheel is arranged on the material taking arm 5, a chain is arranged on the chain wheel, a scraper used for forced material taking is installed on the chain, a spring tensioning mechanism 8 is arranged at the position of the chain wheel at the farthest end, the structure of the spring tensioning mechanism 8 is shown in figures 4 and 5, and the spring elastic force acts on the chain wheel at the farthest end to achieve tensioning. The materials are scraped along the end face of the material pile according to the direction indicated by the figure 2, the materials which are scraped to the bottom of the material pile and do not roll into a scraper 4 under a main beam of the cart 1 are forcibly brought into the scraper 4 through an auxiliary rake 3 at the lower part and are sent to a discharge belt conveyor.
