Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-20, the invention discloses an automatic installation method of an electronic sounding book generator, the adopted devices comprise a book punching device 4, a book hooking and waste discharging conveying device 5, an automatic glue drawing device 6 and a book pressing device 10, and referring to fig. 1, the automatic installation method of the electronic sounding book generator comprises the following steps:
s1, conveying the book to the book punching device, limiting the book by the book punching device, and punching a generator hole on the book;
s2, the book hooking and waste discharging conveying device is provided with a book hooking mechanism and a waste discharging mechanism, the book hooking mechanism conveys books punched by the book punching device to a waste discharging position, and the waste discharging mechanism discharges waste from punched book generator holes;
s3, conveying the books processed by the book hooking and waste discharging device forwards to the lower part of an automatic glue painting device, and gluing the mounting surface of a generator of the books by the automatic glue painting device;
s4, conveying the book which is glued by the automatic gluing device forwards to a generator mounting station;
s5, conveying the generator to a generator mounting position and mounting the generator on a generator mounting surface of the book;
and S6, conveying the book with the generator installed to a book pressing device to press and stabilize the generator.
Referring to fig. 2, the automatic installation method of the electronic sounding book generator of the present invention further includes a rack 1, a book feeding and conveying device 2, a book storage bin 3, a sounder bin device 7, a multi-station book pushing device 8, a sounder manipulator device 9, wherein the book feeding and conveying device 2, the book storage bin 3, a book punching device 4, a book hooking and waste discharging and conveying device 5, an automatic glue drawing device 6, the sounder bin device 7, the multi-station book pushing device 8, the sounder manipulator device 9, and a book pressing device 10 are sequentially disposed on the rack 1.
Referring to fig. 3, the book feeding and conveying device 2 includes a feeding and conveying device 21, a height limiting rod 22, and a book aligning rod 23, the feeding and conveying device 21 being disposed on the frame 1, and the height limiting rod 22 and the book aligning rod 23 being disposed on the feeding and conveying device 21.
The feeding conveying device 21 comprises a feeding conveying belt 211, a feeding motor 212, a feeding driving roller 213 and a feeding driven roller 214, the feeding conveying belt 211 is wound on the feeding driving roller 213 and the feeding driven roller 214 and tensioned, the feeding motor 212 is connected with the feeding driving roller 213, and the feeding motor 212 drives the feeding driving roller 213 to rotate when being started, so that the feeding conveying belt 211 and the feeding driven roller 213 are driven to rotate.
Height limit pole 22 sets up in the feed end of feeding conveyer belt 211, and on height limit pole 22 passed through bolt fastening in frame 1, the distance that this book passes through is just can hold to the interval of height limit pole 22 and feeding conveyer belt 211, and height limit pole 22 can be adjusted according to the thickness of different books.
Book alignment pole 23 sets up on feeding conveyer belt 211, book alignment pole 23 is perpendicular with limit for height pole 22, and book alignment pole 23 is provided with the slot hole, and book alignment pole 23 is fixed in frame 1 through bolt and slot hole on, and regulation about book alignment pole 23 can be carried out according to the width of books for a side edge that books alignment pole and feeding frame can just be followed to books passes through, and book alignment pole 23 can make books carry and counterpoint more accurate.
As shown in fig. 3, the feed bin 3 is stored including books storage regulation curb plate 31, feed bin regulating plate 32 and books stock guide 33, books storage regulation curb plate 31 is provided with two, two books storage regulation curb plates 31 are fixed to be set up in frame 1, interval between two books storage regulation curb plates 31 is the size of books, when books are carried to the books storage silo from the feeding conveyer belt, two books storage regulation curb plates can make books both sides limit align, can play the effect of accurate location to books, so that going on of next process.
The book storage adjusting side plates 31 are provided with adjusting holes 311, the bin adjusting plates 32 are provided with two blocks, the two bin adjusting plates 32 are respectively fixed on the inner side edges of the two book storage adjusting side plates 31 through bolts, the bottoms of the bin adjusting plates 32 are outwards bent, and the distance between the bottoms of the bin adjusting plates 32 and the rack 1 is just the thickness of a book, so that the book can just pass through the rack to facilitate the next process; the top of the bin adjusting plate 32 is bent outwards, so that the book storage bin forms a storage space with a large top and a small bottom, and books can be conveniently conveyed to the book storage bin from the feeding conveying belt to be stored and stacked.
The book stock guide 33 is provided with two, and two books stock guide 33 are fixed respectively and set up in the front end (the one end that is close to books punching device) of two books storage regulation curb plates 31, and books stock guide 33 is the half-circular arc form to the bottom bending, and when books carried forward from feed bin regulating plate bottom, the books stock guide played the effect that compresses tightly to books, avoided the page of books to get into next process smoothly because of flying.
The bottom of the book storage bin is provided with a power structure, including but not limited to a module, a conveyor belt, etc., which are the prior art and will not be described herein.
Adopt books feeding conveyor and books storage feed bin to carry books to books punching device in S1, concrete transport step is as follows:
s11, conveying the books to a book storage bin by a book feeding and conveying device for stacking;
s12, conveying a book at the bottom of the book storage bin to the book punching device.
Referring to fig. 4, the book punching device 4 is used for punching an electronic hole of a sounder on a book, the book punching device 4 includes a punching driving mechanism 41, a punching pre-pressing fixing frame 42 and a punching limiting mechanism 43, the punching fixing frame 42 is arranged on the rack 1, the punching driving mechanism is arranged on the punching fixing frame, the punching limiting mechanism 43 is arranged below the punching fixing frame 42, and the punching driving mechanism 41 is connected with the punching limiting mechanism 43 and drives the punching limiting mechanism 43 to move up and down.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the punching driving mechanism 41 includes a punching fixing plate 411, a punching motor 412, a transmission structure 413 and a linear driving mechanism 414, the punching motor 412 and the linear driving mechanism 414 are fixedly mounted on the punching fixing plate 411, the punching motor 412 is in transmission connection with the linear driving mechanism 414 through the transmission structure 413, and the punching motor 412 and the linear driving mechanism 414 are located on the same side of the punching fixing plate.
Referring to fig. 7, the transmission structure 413 includes a driving wheel 4131, a driven wheel 4132 and a belt 4133, the driving wheel 4131 is disposed at the output end of the punching motor 412, the driven wheel 4132 is disposed at the input end of the linear driving mechanism 414, and the belt 4133 is wound around and tensioned the driving wheel 4131 and the driven wheel 4132.
The linear driving mechanism 414 includes a mounting seat 4141, a lead screw 4142, a lead screw nut 4143, a linear motion rod 4144, a cylinder 4145, a base 4146 and a punch connecting piece 4147, the mounting seat 4141 is fixedly disposed at the lower side of the punch fixing plate 411, the upper end of the lead screw 4142 passes through the mounting seat 4141 and is connected with the mounting seat 4141 through a bearing, the end of the lead screw 4142 is connected with a driven wheel, the lead screw nut 4143 extends into the linear motion rod and is fixedly connected with the linear motion rod 4144, the lead screw 4142 is in threaded connection with the lead screw nut 4143, the linear motion rod 4144 penetrates through the cylinder 4145 and can move up and down along the cylinder 4145, and the base is fixedly disposed at the lower end of the cylinder.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the punching limiting mechanism 43 includes two guide pillars 431, a limiting plate 432 and a punch connecting block 433, the two guide pillars 431 are respectively disposed on two side edges of the direct driving mechanism 414, one end of each of the two guide pillars 431 respectively penetrates through the punching fixing frame 42 and is connected to the limiting plate 432, the lower end of the linear motion rod 4144 penetrates through the punching fixing frame 42 and can drive the guide pillars 432 to move up and down so as to drive the limiting plate 432 to move up and down, and one side edge of the limiting plate 432 is fixedly connected to the punch connecting block 433.
The bottom of the limiting plate 432 is provided with a first limiting block 4321, a second limiting block 4322, a third limiting block 4323 and a fourth limiting block 4324, the first limiting block 4321 and the fourth limiting block 4324 are respectively arranged on two side edges of the limiting plate 432 in parallel, the second limiting block 4322 and the third limiting block 4323 are arranged on the same side, the punch connecting block 433 is arranged on one side of the outer side of the limiting plate 432 opposite to the second limiting block 4322 and the third limiting block 4323, the first limiting block 4321, the second limiting block 4322, the third limiting block 4323, the fourth limiting block 4324 and the punch connecting block 433 form a limiting space, the size of the limiting space is adjusted according to the length and width of the page, the limiting space can just press the page so as to punch the sounder hole, and the punch connecting block is connected with a punching knife.
Specifically, when books that need punch a hole get into books punching device, the punching motor starts, thereby it drives limiting plate downstream to drive the rectilinear motion pole downstream, first stopper, the second stopper, page on third stopper and the fourth stopper compress tightly books downwards, can play spacing effect to the page, make the position of page more accurate, avoid appearing the problem of punching a hole to the page mistake, the drift connecting piece that is located the limiting plate drives the sword that punches a hole downwards to bottom hull sound production ware hole, when punching a hole and finishing, the motor that punches a hole starts, thereby the rectilinear motion pole upwards resets and drives the limiting plate and upwards reset.
Referring to fig. 10, the book hooking and waste discharging conveyor 5 is arranged on the rack 1 and located below the book punching device 4, the book hooking and waste discharging conveyor 5 comprises a book hooking mounting plate 51, a book hooking conveyor belt 52, a book hooking motor 53, a book hooking mechanism 54 and a waste discharging mechanism 55, the book hooking conveyor belt 52 is arranged on the book hooking mounting plate 51, the book hooking motor 53 is in transmission connection with the book hooking conveyor belt 52, the book hooking mechanism 54 and the waste discharging mechanism 55 are sequentially arranged on the book hooking conveyor belt 52, when the book punching acoustic generator hole is completed, the book hooking motor is started to drive the book hooking conveyor belt to convey forwards, and the book hooking mechanism and the waste discharging mechanism which are located on the book hooking conveyor belt convey forwards.
Referring to fig. 11, the book hooking mechanism 54 includes a book hooking slider 541, a book hooking adjusting block 542, a book hooking cylinder 543 and a book hooking plate 544, the book hooking slider 541 is disposed on the book hooking conveyor belt 52, the book hooking adjusting block 542 is provided with a book hooking elongated hole 5421, the book hooking adjusting block 542 is fixedly mounted on the book hooking slider 541 through the book hooking elongated hole 5421 and a bolt, and the book hooking elongated hole 5421 of the book hooking adjusting block 542 can adjust the mounting positions of the book hooking adjusting block 542 and the book hooking slider 541, so as to adjust the left and right positions of the book hooking adjusting block; the book hooking cylinder 543 is fixedly mounted on the book hooking adjusting block 542, the movable end of a cylinder rod of the book hooking cylinder 543 is connected with a book hooking push block 5431, the book hooking push block 5431 is fixedly connected with the book hooking plate 544, the rear end (the end close to the book punching device) of the book hooking plate 544 is fixedly connected with a book hooking hook 5441, the front end (the end far away from the book punching device) of the book hooking plate 544 is provided with a book pressing spring plate 5442, and the book pressing spring plate 5442 presses the book so as to prevent the book from being conveyed inaccurately or jumping in the forward conveying process and further improve the conveying accuracy.
The cylinder rod oscilaltion of colluding the book cylinder drives colludes the book board up-and-down motion, and the book hook that colludes that is located colluding the book board also follows the up-and-down motion with the book spring board, and when books punching device towards the book and finish, colluding the book cylinder and drive and collude the book board downstream, collude the book hook and be used for catching on the book that books punching device punched a hole and finish, and book is pushed down to the book spring board simultaneously to prevent books at the in-process of carrying forward and carry inaccurate or beat, collude the book motor and start to drive and collude the book conveyer belt and carry forward to next process.
Referring to fig. 10, the waste discharging mechanism 55 is used for discharging waste materials punched by the book punching device 4, the waste discharging mechanism 55 comprises a waste discharging slider 551, a waste discharging adjusting plate 552, a waste discharging cylinder 553, a material poking device 554 and a waste discharging plate 555, the waste discharging slider 551 is arranged on the book hooking conveying belt 52, the waste discharging adjusting plate is provided with a waste discharging long hole 5521, the waste discharging adjusting block 551 is fixedly arranged on the waste discharging slider 551 through the waste discharging long hole 5521 and a bolt, and the waste discharging long hole of the waste discharging adjusting block 551 can adjust the installation positions of the waste discharging adjusting block and the waste discharging slider, so that the left and right positions of the waste discharging adjusting block are adjusted; the waste discharging cylinder 553 is fixedly arranged on the waste discharging adjusting block 552, the movable end of a cylinder rod of the waste discharging cylinder 553 is connected with a waste discharging push block 556, the waste discharging push block 556 is fixedly connected with a waste discharging plate 555, the rear end (the end close to the book hooking mechanism) of the waste discharging plate 555 is fixedly connected with a waste discharging hook 5551, and the poking device is arranged at the front end (the end far away from the book hooking mechanism) of the waste discharging plate.
The poking device 554 comprises a poking mounting plate 5541 and a poking cylinder 5542, wherein the poking mounting plate 5541 is fixedly mounted on the waste discharging plate 555, a poking hole 5543 is formed in the poking mounting plate 5541, the poking cylinder 5542 is fixedly mounted on the poking mounting plate 5541, and a cylinder rod of the poking cylinder 5542 just penetrates through the poking hole 5543 to poke the books.
The book hooking and waste discharging conveying device specifically works, the book hooking cylinder descends to drive the book hooking plate to descend, a book hooking hook of the book hooking mechanism hooks a book hooked and punched by the book punching device, the book hooking spring plate presses the book to prevent the book from being conveyed inaccurately or jumping in the forward conveying process, the book hooking mechanism conveys the book to a waste discharging position, the waste discharging cylinder descends to drive the waste discharging plate to descend, the waste discharging hook hooks the book conveyed by the book hooking mechanism, the material disclosing cylinder descends, a cylinder rod of the material disclosing cylinder reveals waste materials of the punched book, the material disclosing cylinder ascends after completing disclosing materials, the cylinder rod is driven to ascend, the book hooking motor starts, the book hooking mechanism and the waste discharging mechanism are driven to convey the next process forward, the book hooking cylinder and the waste discharging cylinder ascend simultaneously, the book hooking motor reversely rotates to drive the book hooking mechanism and the waste discharging mechanism to reset, and the circulating reciprocating work.
