Abstract
The invention provides a steel structure tool for adjusting the posture of a through hole, which comprises a pitching support, a pitching oil cylinder, a base, a sliding rail, a lifting oil cylinder, a longitudinal adjusting oil cylinder, a sliding module, a transverse adjusting oil cylinder, a universal joint, a chuck and an included angle adjusting oil cylinder. The invention can simply and accurately adjust the position posture of the clamped through hole by setting the piston extension amount of each adjusting oil cylinder, can switch various through hole clamping postures by setting the piston extension amount of each adjusting oil cylinder when assembling through hole components with different sizes and different angles, is convenient for parametric adjustment, completes the assembly of steel structure intersecting node components with different sizes and different structures, and is suitable for matching with a position sensor and a control system to realize the automation of component assembly.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of nonstandard processing of building steel structures, and particularly relates to a steel structure tool for adjusting the posture of a through hole.
Background
At present, the tire mold tooling is generally used for processing and manufacturing steel structural members with through hole nodes. During the engineering design, the three-dimensional size and the angle relation of the through hole node need to be projected into a tool mold positioning line in a horizontal plane on a tool platform, and the requirement on the spatial and geometric calculation capability of personnel is high. When the tool is manufactured, the cushion block is required to be used for repeatedly adjusting the included angle and the three-dimensional size between the non-horizontal part and the horizontal plane of the tool platform, and when the die is large, manual operation is difficult. When the tool is dismounted, the die needs to be hammered, and once the die deforms, the die cannot be used. In addition, non-assembly working hours such as welding point polishing and platform cleaning are required to be arranged. Therefore, an automatic through hole node tool which is simple and convenient to operate and can be adjusted accurately needs to be designed.

The embodiment provides a steel structure tool for adjusting a through hole posture, the structure of which is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a pitching support 1, a pitching oil cylinder 2, a base 3, a sliding rail 4, a lifting oil cylinder 5, a longitudinal adjusting oil cylinder 6, a sliding module 7, a transverse adjusting oil cylinder 8, a universal joint 9, a chuck 10 and an included angle adjusting oil cylinder 11.
Two groups of bases 3 are arranged on the slide rail 4, and a longitudinal adjusting oil cylinder 6 is arranged between the two groups of bases 3. Each group of the bases 3 is provided with a lifting oil cylinder 5 and a pitching oil cylinder 2, the cylinder body of the lifting oil cylinder 5 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the base 3, the piston of the lifting oil cylinder 5 is hinged with the pitching support 1, the cylinder body of the pitching oil cylinder 2 is hinged with the bottom of the base 3, and the piston of the pitching oil cylinder 2 is hinged with the pitching support 1. Two groups of sliding modules 7 are arranged on each pitching support 1, a transverse adjusting oil cylinder 8 is arranged between each sliding module 7 and each pitching support 1, and the sliding modules 7 can move along the trapezoid grooves and the guide rods on the pitching supports 1 under the action of the transverse adjusting oil cylinders 8. Each group of sliding modules 7 is provided with a universal joint 9, the universal joint 9 is provided with a chuck 10, and an included angle adjusting oil cylinder 11 is arranged between the two groups of chucks 10. The chuck 10 is used to hold the spool of the assembled component. And each oil cylinder is provided with a position sensor.
The distance between the two groups of bases 3 is adjusted by the longitudinal adjusting oil cylinder 6. The pitching support 1 adjusts the height of the short pipe through the lifting oil cylinder 5, and adjusts the pitching angle of the short pipe through the pitching oil cylinder 2. The sliding module 7 adjusts the through hole short pipe to be centered through the transverse adjusting oil cylinder 8. The two groups of chucks 10 adjust the included angle of the through hole short pipe through an included angle adjusting oil cylinder 11.
The steel structure tool for adjusting the posture of the through hole has the working principle as follows:
when the chuck 10 clamps the short pipe of the penetration opening and needs to perform the posture adjustment action of the penetration opening, the hydraulic oil pushes the piston of the longitudinal adjusting oil cylinder 6 to extend out, the base 3 moves to a set value along the slide rail 4, and the distance between the short pipes of the penetration opening of each group is adjusted in place; the hydraulic oil pushes the piston of the lifting oil cylinder 5 to extend out, the pitching support 1 is jacked to a set value, and the height of each group of the short pipe penetrating openings is adjusted to be in place along with the lifting of the pitching support 1; the hydraulic oil pushes the piston of the pitching oil cylinder 2 to extend out, the pitching support 1 rotates to a set value relative to the lifting oil cylinder 5, and the pitching angles of the groups of the short through pipe are adjusted in place; the hydraulic oil pushes the piston of the transverse adjusting oil cylinder 8 to extend out, the sliding module 7 moves to a set value along the trapezoid groove and the guide rod on the pitching support 1, and the short pipe of each group of the through holes is centered; the hydraulic oil pushes the included angle adjusting oil cylinder 11 to retract, each set of chuck 10 swings to a set angle, and the included angle of each set of short pipe of the through opening is adjusted in place. In the adjusting process, the piston extension amount of the oil cylinder is detected by utilizing the position sensors on the oil cylinders, and the closed-loop feedback control is completed by matching with an electro-hydraulic system. After the posture of the penetration is adjusted, an operator performs assembly welding on the penetration short pipe and the member main pipe; after the assembly welding is finished, the system releases pressure after the chuck 10 is loosened, and the oil cylinders are reset in sequence after the components are lifted out.
