8. An on-line disassembling jig system comprising the on-line disassembling jig mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
the jig assembly comprises a jig and a workpiece, the jig is provided with a fixing groove and a lock catch, the lock catch is rotationally connected with the jig, and the workpiece is fixed in the jig through the lock catch;
and the conveying line at least partially penetrates through the online disassembling jig mechanism and is used for conveying the disassembled workpiece to a specified position.
9. An online tool disassembling method for unlocking a tool to be unlocked by using the online tool disassembling system according to claim 8, the method comprising the following steps:
step S1: the positioning piece moves towards the direction of the jig assembly to be unlocked, the placed jig assembly to be unlocked is fixed, and the fixing piece moves towards the positioning groove and is abutted against the fixing groove of the jig assembly to be unlocked;
step S2: moving the tool unlocking piece to a preset unlocking direction, and unlocking a tool lock of the tool assembly to be unlocked;
step S3: and enabling the positioning piece to move in the opposite direction of the unlocked jig assembly, and moving the workpiece of the unlocked jig assembly to a conveying line.
10. The method for disassembling the jig assembly on line according to claim 9, wherein the method for moving the workpiece of the unlocked jig assembly to the transportation line comprises:
step S30: according to the moving distance, the moving member moves towards the positioning groove for a preset distance, and the contact piece is abutted against the unlocked workpiece;
the S31: and enabling the positioning piece to move in the opposite direction of the tool assembly after unlocking, enabling the moving piece to move in the opposite direction of the positioning groove for a preset distance, and placing the workpiece after unlocking on the conveying line.
