Abstract

The invention discloses a composite moisturizing facial mask and a preparation method thereof, wherein the facial mask comprises a facial mask essence and facial mask cloth, and the facial mask essence comprises the following components: 2.5-5.0% of glycerin, 2.0-4.0% of butanediol, 0.5-3.0% of glyceroglucoside, 0.4-1.8% of a combined humectant, 0.20-0.50% of a thickener, 1.0-5.0% of a medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution, 5.0-60.0% of a small molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution, 0.1-5.0% of a skin conditioner, 0.45% of a preservative, 0.1-0.4% of panthenol and the balance of deionized water. According to the facial mask essence, the betaine and the saccharide compound rhamnose are compounded to serve as a combined humectant, so that the long-acting moisturizing effect can be improved; and the use amount of the combined humectant can be greatly reduced while the excellent moisturizing effect is obtained. The invention also has the synergistic effect by adding the combination of the specific small molecular weight hyaluronic acid and the medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid, and further improves the moisturizing effect of the mask.

Composite moisturizing mask and preparation method thereof

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a moisturizing facial mask and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a composite moisturizing facial mask and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The facial mask is an important category in skin care products, and is a commonly used skin care product for people. The facial mask is covered on the face of a user for 15-25 minutes, and various substances in the facial mask liquid permeate into the cuticle of the epidermis of the face, so that the skin of the face is purposefully repaired by moisturizing, relieving, brightening, resisting oxidation and the like, and the skin becomes soft, bright and elastic.

Betaine is an alkaloid, originally named as found in beet. Betaine has been used as a safe and reliable surfactant in cosmetics, and is a novel natural amino acid humectant with high absorption speed and activity, but the moisturizing effect of betaine alone is general. The prior patent document CN109303745A describes a mask liquid which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the transdermal peptide EFG is 0.5-1%, beta-glucan is 1-3%, sodium hyaluronate is 0.03-0.08%, trehalose is 1.55-2.05%, glycerin is 3-4.5%, betaine is 1-3%, PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer is 2-3.5%, carbomer is 0.06-0.1%, xanthan gum is 0.10-0.18%, triethanolamine is 0.02-0.08%, propylene glycol is 3-6%, p-hydroxyacetophenone is 0.4-0.7%, lactobacillus/rice fermentation product is 6.8-12.5%, phenoxyethanol is 0.2-0.4%, hydroxybenzoyl ester is 0.01-0.1%,1, 2-hexanediol is 0.3-0.7% and purified water is added to 100%. Although betaine is added in this document, the moisturizing component described therein is the combined action of sodium hyaluronate, trehalose and glycerin. And the betaine and trehalose content employed in this patent is relatively high.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a composite moisturizing facial mask and a preparation method thereof.

In the previous studies of the inventors, in order to further improve the moisturizing efficiency of betaine, it was known that betaine and polysaccharide are mutually coordinated in beet, and when the ratio of betaine to polysaccharide is within a range, the moisturizing efficiency is superior, in particular, long-lasting moisturizing.

The invention aims at realizing the following technical scheme:

in a first aspect, the invention provides a composite moisturizing mask, which comprises a mask essence and mask cloth, wherein the mask essence comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

2.5 to 5.0 percent of glycerin,

2.0-4.0% of butanediol,

0.5 to 3.0% of glyceroglycosides,

0.4 to 1.8 percent of combined humectant,

0.20-0.50% of thickener,

1.0 to 5.0 percent of medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution,

5.0 to 60.0 percent of small molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution,

0.1-5.0% of skin conditioner,

0.45 percent of preservative,

0.1 to 0.4% of panthenol,

and the balance of deionized water.

Preferably, the humectant 2 is a complex of betaine and saccharide compound; the weight ratio of the betaine to the saccharide compound is 3:1-4:1. The moisturizing effect is superior in this ratio range.

Preferably, the saccharide compound is rhamnose. According to the invention, the rhamnose is specifically adopted, and after being compounded with betaine, the optimal moisturizing effect can be achieved.

The thickener is xanthan gum and hydroxyethyl cellulose, wherein the weight ratio of the xanthan gum is 0.08-0.2%, and the mass ratio of the hydroxyethyl cellulose is 0.12-0.3%.

Preferably, the medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution is an aqueous solution with a medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid content of 1%, and the medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid has a molecular weight of 10-100 wda.

As a preferable scheme, the small molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution is an aqueous solution with the content of the small molecular weight hyaluronic acid of 1%, and the molecular weight of the small molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 0.5-10 WDa.

The molecular weight of the medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid adopted in the medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution is larger than that of the small molecular weight hyaluronic acid adopted in the small molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution.

As a further preferable scheme, the molecular weight of the medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 80WDa (abbreviated as HA-80W), and the prepared aqueous solution with the medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid content of 1% is abbreviated as HA-80W solution; the molecular weight of the small molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 6000Da (abbreviated as HA-6000), and the prepared aqueous solution of which the content of the small molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 1% is abbreviated as HA-6000 solution.

Preferably, the skin conditioner is at least one of elm extract and purslane extract. By adding skin conditioner, the product can be used for resisting sensitization.

Preferably, the preservative is p-hydroxyacetophenone (0.45% by mass), but is not limited thereto.

As a preferred scheme, the facial mask essence of the composite moisturizing facial mask comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

In a second aspect, the invention also provides a preparation method of the composite moisturizing mask, which comprises the following steps:

s1, weighing deionized water, glycerol, butanediol, betaine, rhamnose, a thickening agent and panthenol according to the weight percentage, mixing, stirring and dissolving uniformly, and heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;

s2, weighing a medium-component hyaluronic acid solution, a small-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid solution, a preservative and glyceroglycosides according to mass percentages, adding the mixture into the mixture A, stirring and dissolving uniformly, and preserving the temperature at 85 ℃ for half an hour to obtain a mixture B;

s3, cooling the mixture B to 30 ℃, adding a skin conditioner, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a facial mask essence;

s4, filling the mask essence into an aluminum foil bag filled with mask cloth according to requirements, and packaging by plastic package.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1) The mask essence provided by the invention can achieve very good long-acting moisturizing effect by taking the complex of betaine and a saccharide compound, namely rhamnose, as a combined humectant; and the use amount of single components of the combined humectant can be greatly reduced (the addition amount of the combined humectant can be as low as 0.4%) while the excellent moisturizing effect is obtained.

2) The mask essence provided by the invention can play a role in synergy by further adding the combination of the specific small molecular weight hyaluronic acid and the medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid, so that the moisturizing effect of the mask is further improved.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the present invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that variations and modifications could be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the inventive concept. These are all within the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

The embodiment provides a composite moisturizing mask and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composite moisturizing mask comprises a mask essence and mask cloth, wherein the weight percentage (unit: percent) of each component of the mask essence is shown in table 1 (wherein an HA-6000 solution is an aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 1% prepared by adopting hyaluronic acid with the molecular weight of 6000Da, an HA-1W solution is an aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 1% prepared by adopting hyaluronic acid with the molecular weight of 1WDa, an HA-50W solution is an aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 1% prepared by adopting hyaluronic acid with the molecular weight of 50WDa, and an HA-80W solution is an aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 1% prepared by adopting hyaluronic acid with the molecular weight of 80 WDa).

The preparation method of the mask specifically comprises the following steps:

1) Weighing deionized water, glycerol, butanediol, betaine, rhamnose, xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose and panthenol according to the weight percentage, placing the weighed materials into an emulsifying pot, stirring and dissolving uniformly, and heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;

2) Preparing hyaluronic acid aqueous solution with mass fraction of 1% from medium molecular hyaluronic acid and small molecular weight hyaluronic acid respectively;

3) The medium-fraction hyaluronic acid aqueous solution and the small-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid aqueous solution prepared in the step 2) and the p-hydroxyacetophenone and the glyceroglycosides are weighed according to mass percent and then added into the mixture A, stirred and dissolved uniformly, and the mixture B is obtained after heat preservation for half an hour at 85 ℃;

4) Cooling the mixture B to 30 ℃, adding a skin conditioner, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a facial mask essence;

5) And (3) filling the mask essence into an aluminum foil bag filled with mask cloth according to the requirement, carrying out plastic package and packaging.

Comparative example 3

The comparative example provides a composite moisturizing mask and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composite moisturizing mask comprises a mask essence and mask cloth, the weight percentage of each component of the mask essence is shown in table 2, and compared with each component of the composite moisturizing mask of example 1, rhamnose is replaced by trehalose. Comparative example 4

The comparative example provides a composite moisturizing mask and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composite moisturizing mask comprises a mask essence and mask cloth, the weight percentages of the components of the mask essence are shown in table 2, and compared with the components of the composite moisturizing mask of example 6, the addition amount of an HA-80W solution is increased, and the addition amount of an HA-6000 solution is reduced. The preparation method is the same as in example 1.

Comparative example 5

The comparative example provides a composite moisturizing facial mask and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composite moisturizing facial mask comprises a facial mask essence and facial mask cloth, the weight percentage of each component of the facial mask essence is shown in table 2, and compared with each component of the composite moisturizing facial mask of example 1, the HA-80W solution is replaced by the HA-120W solution (which is an aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 1% prepared by adopting hyaluronic acid with the molecular weight of 120 WDa). The preparation method is the same as in example 1.

Comparative example 6

The comparative example provides a composite moisturizing facial mask and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composite moisturizing facial mask comprises a facial mask essence and facial mask cloth, the weight percentages of the components of the facial mask essence are shown in table 2, and compared with the components of the composite moisturizing facial mask of example 1, an HA-6000 solution is replaced by an HA-4000 solution (which is an aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 1% prepared by adopting hyaluronic acid with the molecular weight of 4000 Da). The preparation method is the same as in example 1.

Performance testing

The effect of the mask prepared in each example of the present invention and comparative example on skin moisture content was tested on volunteers between 25-45 years old. The specific test method comprises the following steps: the back of the hand of a test object is taken as a part to be tested, the back of the hand is cleaned by clean water, the skin moisture content of the part to be tested is tested once by a digital skin moisture tester before the mask is applied, then the mask prepared by each example and the mask prepared by the comparative example are respectively applied to the part to be tested, and the mask cloth soaked in physiological saline is taken as a blank control. And (3) after the mask is applied to the back of the left hand of each test object for 25min and the mask is applied to the back of the right hand of each test object for 50min, removing the mask, and measuring the skin of the part to be tested by using a digital skin moisture tester at 0h,1h and 4h after the mask is removed to obtain the skin moisture content. The test results obtained are shown in Table 3.

As shown by the results in table 3, the skin moisture content of example 1 was significantly higher than that of comparative examples 1, 5 and 6. The skin moisture contents of the skin in example 1 and comparative example 3 are 0h and 1h, and the moisture content of comparative example 3 is obviously reduced after 4h, which indicates that the moisturizing effect, especially the long-acting moisturizing effect, of the mask can be further improved by specifically selecting the rhamnose content, the combination of betaine and rhamnose, and the molecular weight of medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid and the molecular weight range of small molecular weight hyaluronic acid. As is evident from comparison of the results of the skin moisture contents of example 2 and comparative example 2, the difference is not significant at 1h, and the moisture retention decreases significantly at 4h, so that too little rhamnose content results in a deterioration of the long-acting moisturizing effect. As can be seen from comparison of the skin moisture content results of example 6 and comparative example 4, the moisturizing effect can be further improved when the specific content ratio of the medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution to the small molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution is adopted.

There are many ways in which the invention may be practiced, and what has been described above is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention. It should be noted that the above examples are only for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
