As described above, the device and method for treating migraine in neurology department of the present invention have the following beneficial effects:

In the invention, a plurality of middle rotating wheels are arranged on the path of the driving rope reel 21, the edges of the middle rotating wheels are provided with grooves, the driving rope reel 21 changes the movement direction after bypassing the middle rotating wheels, and the middle rotating wheels are divided into a first middle rotating wheel 19, a second middle rotating wheel 22 and a third middle rotating wheel 23 according to the difference of position and action; a second middle rotating wheel 22 and a third middle rotating wheel 23 form a group, which are oppositely arranged at the left side and the right side of the bottom of the massage helmet 18, the second middle rotating wheel 22 is axially horizontal, the third middle rotating wheel 23 is axially vertical, and the driving rolling ropes 21 on the first gear rolling wheel and the third gear rolling wheel change the motion direction after passing around the second middle rotating wheel 22 and the third middle rotating wheel 23, and are respectively connected with the retracting wheels 16 of the massage modules at the two sides of the bottom of the massage helmet 18.

When a user only makes shoulder circular motion on one side of the shoulder, only the side shoulder can apply force to the U-shaped block 5, taking left side shoulder motion as an example, when the left shoulder rises, the left side U-shaped block 5 and the transmission rod 8 ascend, the corresponding first spring 7 is compressed, the transmission rod 8 drives the corresponding connecting rod 10 to rotate, the connecting rod 10 drives the first sector gear 12 to rotate, the first sector gear 12 drives the first gear rope rolling wheel to rotate, and the rope rolling 21 connected with the first gear rope rolling wheel is pulled downwards; meanwhile, the first gear rope winding wheel drives the second gear rope winding wheel to rotate, the second gear rope winding wheel drives the second sector gear 13 to rotate, the second sector gear 13 drives the third gear rope winding wheel to rotate, and the rope winding 21 connected with the second gear rope winding wheel and the third gear rope winding wheel is also pulled downwards; the winding rope 21 which is pulled downwards drives the winding and unwinding wheel 16 which is connected with the winding and unwinding wheel to rotate, the winding and unwinding wheel 16 finally drives the massage head 40 to rotate, and the scroll spring 17 is twisted to generate torque; the second sector gear 13 rotates to drive the right connecting rod 10 to rotate, and finally the right transmission rod 8 is lifted, and the right first spring 7 is compressed; all of the massage modules on the massage helmet 18 are operated normally in the case of only one side shoulder actuation, in which case only one side shoulder is involved in the actuation of the massage module for massage, which applies a relatively large force.
When the left shoulder falls back, the motion condition of each part and the time difference between the two shoulders are not much, firstly, the left shoulder does not apply upward force to the U-shaped block 5 any more, the U-shaped blocks 5 and the transmission rods 8 on the shoulders at the two sides are reset downwards under the action of the elastic force of the corresponding first springs 7, the transmission rods 8 drive the connecting rods 10 to rotate, the connecting rods 10 drive the first sector gears 12 and the second sector gears 13 connected with the connecting rods to rotate, the first sector gears 12 drive the first gear rope rolling wheels meshed with the first sector gears to rotate, the second sector gears 13 drive the second gear rope rolling wheels meshed with the second sector gears and the third gear rope rolling wheels to rotate, the gear rope rolling wheels do not apply downward pulling force to the rope rolling 21 any more, the spiral springs 17 drive the winding and unwinding wheels 16 under the action of self torsional moment, the T-shaped column 15 and the massage head 40 rotate reversely, finally the torsion deformation of the spiral spring 17 is recovered, the torsion moment is zero, and the winding rope 21 which is pulled out before is wound back to the winding and unwinding wheel 16 again.
