Abstract
本发明提出了一种稳定的消毒凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1、依次将溴化钠、氧化铵以及增稠剂均匀溶解于水中;S2、向S1中所得混合液中加入pH调节剂形成均匀胶状物,向所述胶状物中均匀混入次氯酸钠溶液即得稳定的消毒凝胶;以质量分数计,包括13‑18%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.2‑0.4%的溴化钠,3.5%的pH调节剂,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂,以去离子水补足至100%。本发明具有更易长时间吸附在一些不平整的物体表面、死角等特殊部位,起到消毒杀菌作用;配方中的表面活性剂能有效溶解污垢,起到一定的清洁作用;配方中添加了稳定剂,相比传统84消毒液,84消毒凝胶稳定性更好,能达到2年保质期。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种稳定的消毒凝胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
84消毒液是一种广泛应用于杀灭细菌和病毒、预防疾病并抑制传播的产品。由于其消毒效果理想、价格低廉、使用方便,具有广谱、高效的杀菌特点而深受大家的欢迎。是目前应用最广泛的消毒类产品之一。但是传统84消毒液基本都是液体,没有黏度。尤其在一些不平整的物体表面、死角等特殊部位,消毒液不能长时间附着于表面,不能完全起到消毒作用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提出了一种稳定的消毒凝胶及其制备方法,针对一些不平整的物体表面、死角等特殊部位的消毒和清洁。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种稳定的消毒凝胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、依次将溴化钠、氧化铵以及增稠剂均匀溶解于水中;
S2、向S1中所得混合液中加入pH调节剂形成均匀胶状物,向所述胶状物中均匀混入次氯酸钠溶液即得稳定的消毒凝胶;
以质量分数计,包括13-18%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.2-0.4%的溴化钠,3.5%的pH调节剂,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂,以去离子水补足至100%。
进一步地,所述pH调节剂为液碱,所述增稠剂为Triotec 84Z增稠剂。
进一步地,一种稳定的消毒凝胶,所述稳定的消毒凝胶以质量分数计,包括14-16%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.25-0.35%的溴化钠,3.5%的液碱,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足至100%。
进一步地,所述稳定的消毒凝胶以质量分数计,包括14%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.25%的溴化钠,3.5%的液碱,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足至100%。
进一步地,所述稳定的消毒凝胶以质量分数计,包括15%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.3%的溴化钠,3.5%的液碱,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足至100%。
进一步地,所述稳定的消毒凝胶以质量分数计,包括16%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.35%的溴化钠,3.5%的液碱,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足至100%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果包括:具有更易长时间吸附在一些不平整的物体表面、死角等特殊部位,起到消毒杀菌作用;配方中的表面活性剂能有效溶解污垢,起到一定的清洁作用;配方中添加了稳定剂,相比传统84消毒液,84消毒凝胶稳定性更好,能达到2年保质期。

一种稳定的消毒凝胶的制备方法,具体过程如下:于烧杯内置入磁力搅拌子,开启搅拌,按比例加入去离子水和溴化钠,待溴化钠完全溶解,按比例加入氧化铵,搅拌均匀,加入增稠剂Triotec 84Z,搅拌5min后,按比例加入液碱形成均匀胶状物,最后按比例加入次氯酸钠溶液,搅拌均匀形成混合均匀胶状物即为稳定的消毒凝胶。
上述溶剂为去离子水,上述稳定剂为溴化钠,上述表面活性剂为氧化铵上述增稠剂为Triotec 84Z,上述pH调节剂为液碱,上述消毒成分为次氯酸钠溶液;以质量分数计,包括13-18%次氯酸钠溶液,0.2-0.4%溴化钠,3.5%液碱,10%氧化铵,4%增稠剂Triotec84Z,以去离子水补足100%。
以下结合实施例对于本申请的技术效果进行说明。
实施例1
一种稳定的消毒凝胶,以质量分数计包括13%次氯酸钠溶液,0.2%溴化钠,3.5%液碱,10%氧化铵,4%增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足100%,并依照上述制备过程制得稳定的消毒凝胶。
实施例2
一种稳定的消毒凝胶,以质量分数计,14%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.25%的溴化钠,3.5%的液碱,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足至100%,并依照上述制备过程制得稳定的消毒凝胶。
实施例3
一种稳定的消毒凝胶,以质量分数计,包括15%次氯酸钠溶液,0.3%溴化钠,3.5%液碱,10%氧化铵,4%增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足100%,并依照上述制备过程制得稳定的消毒凝胶。
实施例4
一种稳定的消毒凝胶,以质量分数计,包括16%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.35%的溴化钠,3.5%的液碱,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足至100%,并依照上述制备过程制得稳定的消毒凝胶。
实施例5
一种稳定的消毒凝胶,以质量分数计,包括18%次氯酸钠溶液,0.4%溴化钠,3.5%液碱,10%氧化铵,4%增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足100%,并依照上述制备过程制得稳定的消毒凝胶。
以下自多角度对本发明所公开的一种稳定的84消毒凝胶的性能进行测试。
1)稳定性测试
取适量84消毒凝胶分别进行耐寒和耐热试验;
耐寒试验:(-5±2)℃,24h,恢复至室温后,消毒凝胶与试验前无明显变化;
耐热试验:(40±2)℃,24h,恢复至室温后,消毒凝胶与试验前无明显变化。
2)产品有效期稳定性测试
取适量84消毒凝胶置于37℃±2℃恒温箱中,存放前、存放30天、存放60天、存放90天分别取出测试有效氯含量如下表所示。

按《消毒技术规范》2002版中要求,84消毒剂在37℃±2℃环境中存放90天,有效氯下降率≤10%,有效期可定为两年。
3)杀灭微生物测试结果如下表所示(按《消毒技术规范》2002版要求)
故而,本发明中的一种稳定的消毒凝胶具有更易长时间吸附在一些不平整的物体表面、死角等特殊部位,起到消毒杀菌作用;配方中的表面活性剂能够有效溶解污垢,起到一定的清洁作用;于配方中还添加了稳定剂,相比传统的84消毒液,本消毒凝胶的稳定性更优。
本发明的技术范围不仅仅局限于上述说明中的内容,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本发明技术思想的前提下,对上述实施例进行多种变形和修改,而这些变形和修改均应当属于本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种稳定的消毒凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、依次将溴化钠、氧化铵以及增稠剂均匀溶解于水中;
S2、向S1中所得混合液中加入pH调节剂形成均匀胶状物,向所述胶状物中均匀混入次氯酸钠溶液即得稳定的消毒凝胶;
以质量分数计,包括13-18%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.2-0.4%的溴化钠,3.5%的pH调节剂,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂,以去离子水补足至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稳定的消毒凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为液碱,所述增稠剂为Triotec 84Z增稠剂。
3.一种如权利要求1-2任一所述的稳定的消毒凝胶的制备方法制得的稳定的消毒凝胶,其特征在于,所述稳定的消毒凝胶以质量分数计,包括14-16%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.25-0.35%的溴化钠,3.5%的液碱,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足至100%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的稳定的消毒凝胶,其特征在于,所述稳定的消毒凝胶以质量分数计,包括14%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.25%的溴化钠,3.5%的液碱,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足至100%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的稳定的消毒凝胶,其特征在于,所述稳定的消毒凝胶以质量分数计,包括15%的次氯酸钠溶液,0.3%的溴化钠,3.5%的液碱,10%的氧化铵以及4%的增稠剂Triotec 84Z,以去离子水补足至100%。
