Description

Intelligent socket and use method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of consumer household appliances, in particular to an intelligent socket and a using method thereof.
Background
The socket is used as the most common equipment in industrial production and civil consumption, and the most important trouble exists when a user uses the socket is that the correct power supply can not be obtained when a charging object with a battery is charged, so that the service life of the battery of the charging object is reduced, the battery is damaged, even if the charging object catches fire, property loss and environmental pollution resource waste are caused.
The conventional intelligent socket only opens the relay when detecting that a load exists, has no real intelligent detection function and only is passively executed; in the prior art, after a charging object is powered on, the charging object is generally charged by a constant current, and actually, the demand of the charging object on the current is always changed, and particularly when the charging object is a battery, the situation is easy to cause the battery to bulge, explode and catch fire, and the safety and reliability are poor. The existing intelligent socket only can play an intelligent on-off effect, cannot understand the current requirement of a charging object, only can be on-off, and only plays an energy-saving role; in fact, from analysis of a large amount of failure data, the service life of charging objects with batteries, such as household mobile phones and flat plates, is reduced by nearly 30% compared with the ideal service life; where the damage accounts for 5%, this is enough to say that the level of intelligence of the socket is still to be raised!
In summary, the existing smart socket does not solve the problem of intelligent detection and control of the current magnitude of the charging object, and only opens the gate to allow the charging object to obtain the current magnitude by itself; therefore, the problem of intelligent control is not solved, and the battery is overcharged and even damaged; although the above risks are avoided to some extent with the upgrading of battery technology and the popularization of corresponding protection circuits, it is long thought that the treatment should be done on the original source.

The field to which the invention relates is consumer household appliances. More specifically, the invention provides a novel intelligent socket which can intelligently identify the load of a plug-in charging object and correspondingly and intelligently control the charging voltage fitting curve. The invention is applied to a smart socket for consumer home use only by way of example, but it is clearly recognized that the invention has a broader range of application in other power supply fields (e.g. commercial sockets, smart posts for vehicles). The key point of the invention is how to reasonably deal with the 'demand' of the charging object. The hardware of the invention is provided with an intelligent voltage detection circuit and an intelligent voltage control circuit; the software can be linked with voltage control and detection in a matching way, and can intelligently learn the special power supply curve of the charging object; and the functions such as intelligent upgrading and the like can be realized.
The intelligent detection is a relatively complex process, and needs to monitor the voltage requirement of the load in real time and adjust the open gear of the voltage in real time; and the real-time state is adjusted under the condition of meeting reasonable temperature rise so as to ensure an excellent charging process; communication, namely adjusting gears in real time to adapt to the temperature rise of intelligent charging of different charging objects so as to ensure the health and the service life of the charging objects; prejudging, namely simply evaluating the current voltage requirement of the charging object, and judging that the temperature rise state of the charging object in a preset gear meets the preset condition if the temperature rise state meets the indexes; the curve, i.e. the shift point for the open voltage at a reasonable temperature rise under the current voltage demand, needs to be stored in the form of a table.
The current voltage and current signals of the charging object are converted into a range which is convenient for a processor to identify through a sampling sensor according to the load requirement of the charging object, and a conditioning circuit formed by combining operational amplifiers, namely the sampling sensor, is shown in FIG. 4; as shown in fig. 4, the sampling sensor converts the signals of each link and sends the converted signals to the analog-to-digital conversion processor; as shown in fig. 4, the analog-to-digital conversion processor converts the signal of each node into a digital signal that can be recognized by the central processing unit, and the central processing unit compares the digital signal with a preset signal to ensure the accuracy of closed-loop regulation, specifically, V + R1-4 and V + R1-4 are respectively connected to two ends of a sampling resistor to extract sampling voltages, one of the sampling voltages is input to the positive input end of the OPA, the other sampling voltage is grounded, and the output end of the OPA is connected to the negative input end, so that the OPA plays a role of a voltage follower (impedance transformation circuit), further enhancing the signal driving capability of the sampling voltage, or converting a current signal into a voltage signal, and the positive input end of the OPA is further connected to a voltage stabilizing diode to prevent the device from being damaged due to overvoltage; the output of which is connected to an amplifying circuit, also formed by an OPA, whose positive input is connected to the signal to be amplified, and between the output and ground are connected two proportional resistors whose junction is connected to the negative input, and further capacitively filtered, and the amplified signal is supplied to the ADC.
If the comparison of the central processing unit with the preset signal is not accurate, adjusting the digital potentiometer RW on the BUCK correspondingly through the isolated photoelectric converter OCEP as shown in fig. 5; the control voltage V-Ctrl is provided by the CPU, and the signal is easy to interfere with the digital potentiometer RW, so the optical signal is decoded and converted into the Ctrl-RW signal by the photoelectric converter, and the Ctrl-RW signal is provided to RW, and then RW further adjusts the resistance value according to the Ctrl-RW signal, so that the voltage output by BUCK is adjusted to the correct voltage value. The input end of the RW is connected with a plurality of filter capacitors, the output end FB thereof is connected with the connection point of two resistors (one is a digital potentiometer, and the other is a sampling resistor with a fixed resistance value), and the two resistors are connected between a power supply and the ground.
As shown in FIG. 6, the DAC is controlled at the same time to adjust the current Driver I-Driver to adjust the voltage-current converting circuit V-I; the double pipes are arranged together, so that the accuracy of supplying energy to the outside is ensured. The digital signal output by the central processing unit is converted into an analog signal DAC _ AQ0 through a DAC, and then passes through an amplifying circuit formed by an OPA, the principle of the amplifying circuit is the same as that of the amplifying circuit, and then the digital signal is input into a voltage follower, the principle of the voltage follower is the same as that of the amplifying circuit, the DAC _ AQ0_ Ctrl is obtained, and the digital signal is input into a voltage-current converting circuit, and the current signal AQ0_ out is obtained.
