Abstract

The invention provides a gear shift control method and a gear shift control device of a vehicle. According to the gear shifting control method of the vehicle, after the driver sends the request information requesting to enter the N gear, when the vehicle speed is greater than the preset speed threshold, the trigger information of the trigger unit is obtained, which is equivalent to giving the driver a chance to reselect once, so that the vehicle is prevented from being directly switched from the D gear or the R gear to the N gear due to misoperation of the driver or other hardware reasons, and the driving safety is improved.

Background
The gear shift lever of the automobile has two types of ground gears and pocket gears, and the gear shift lever is positioned at the right lower part of a steering wheel and called a pocket gear, and the gear shift lever needs to be pulled into the pocket during gear shifting.
The hand-gear is generally an automatic gear, and a vehicle equipped with an electronic hand-gear is easy to be mistakenly triggered to be engaged into an N gear because a driver is mistakenly operated or is in an off-road working condition in the driving process of a D gear or an R gear, so that the driving safety is influenced.

Further, when the vehicle speed information is greater than the preset speed threshold, prompt information that the trigger unit needs to be triggered is displayed.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, when the current gear is D gear or R gear and the vehicle speed is less than 2km/h, if N gear is requested, the vehicle speed information, the current gear information, and the shift request information may be transmitted to a TCU (Transmission Control Unit, hereinafter referred to as TCU) to be described later, and the TCU controls the Transmission to shift to N gear.
As shown in fig. 3, when the current gear is D gear or R gear and the vehicle speed is greater than 2km/h, if N gear is requested, the vehicle speed information, the current gear information and the shift request information may be transmitted to the TCU, and the TCU may simultaneously transmit the CAN signal to the display unit 4 and the trigger unit 3, wherein the display unit 4 may display a prompt message that the trigger unit 3 needs to be triggered, for example, it may display "in driving state, there is driving risk in switching to N gear, and ok key needs to be pressed for confirmation", the display time is preferably consistent with the preset time threshold, for example, it may be 5S, and the enabled time of the trigger unit 3 is also preferably consistent with the preset time threshold, for example, it may be 5S.
And in 5S, if the driver presses an ok key for confirmation, the transmission is switched to the N gear according to the gear shifting request information, and if the driver does not press the ok key for confirmation, the current gear is maintained, namely the D gear is maintained when the current gear is the D gear, and the R gear is maintained when the current gear is the R gear.
Meanwhile, the present embodiment also relates to a shift control device of a vehicle that can execute the control method as described above, which mainly includes an acquisition unit 1, a control unit 2, a display unit 4, and a trigger unit 3, as shown in fig. 4, and the control unit 2 is connected to the acquisition unit 1, the display unit 4, and the trigger unit 3, respectively.
The acquiring unit 1 is used for acquiring vehicle speed information of a vehicle, current gear information of a transmission and gear shifting request information for requesting to enter an N gear.
The control unit 2 preferably adopts the existing TCU, and besides, it may also adopt other existing structures that can perform the following functions, and it is used to enable the trigger unit 3 when the current gear is D gear or R gear, and the vehicle speed information is greater than the preset speed threshold; and after the trigger unit 3 is enabled, acquiring trigger information of the trigger unit 3, and switching the transmission to the N-gear according to the gear shift request information, if the trigger information is not received within a preset time threshold, the control unit 2 maintains the current gear of the transmission. When the vehicle speed information is less than the preset speed threshold, the control unit 2 is configured to shift the transmission to the N-gear according to the shift request information.
The display unit 4 is preferably an existing structure on the vehicle, and may be a display screen on the vehicle, for example, and is used for displaying a prompt message that the trigger unit 3 needs to be triggered when the vehicle speed information is greater than a preset speed threshold.
