The rotating bolt 420 rotates on the surface of the pipe 1 but does not penetrate through the surface of the pipe 1, and the inner cavity of the pipe 1 is provided with an integral circuit for electrically connecting the illuminating lamp 2 and the solar panel 3, wherein the circuit is separated from the first steel wire rope 47 by a distance of 1-3cm.
