a plurality of strip tensioning leaves (11) which are distributed in an equal radian mode and used for being abutted to the conical expansion body (6) to expand the anchor outwards are arranged at one corresponding end of the outer sleeve (1), and at least one strip tensioning leaf (11) is fixedly connected with a connecting push column (7);
the tensioning screw (2) is connected with the connecting push column (7) and used for driving the connecting push column (7) to move along the radial direction of the tensioning screw (2).
