本发明提供了一种丝柔亲肤免烫耐洗的棉型针织面料的制备方法。本发明的制备方法优选支数高、适合做针织面料的精梳棉纱,配合水溶性PVA聚乙烯醇长丝制得包缠丝,PVA聚乙烯醇长丝可在煮漂前处理中溶解于水中,使棉纱呈无捻蓬松状态处在织物中;本发明优选合理的前处理、液氨处理、染整工艺流程以及工艺技术参数,进一步解决了针织面料在生产中缩率不稳定、容易产生折印、易变形、色牢度低等问题。

背景技术
随着人类时代的进步、生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对服装的要求也相应提高,单一穿着的功能性以及常规手感的服装已渐渐被市场所淘汰,而新颖、手感柔软、亲肤高档、功能性的“服饰”针织面料俨然成为了消费者的宠儿。
因此,亟需一种高支高密、丝柔亲肤、免烫耐洗的棉型针织面料的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种丝柔亲肤免烫耐洗的棉型针织面料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
提供一种丝柔亲肤免烫耐洗的棉型针织面料的制备方法,步骤包括:
S1、将丙纶原料与维尼纶原料进行网络、并丝以及合股后,以100~250捻/ 米的捻度,采用捻丝机进行S捻向加捻制得第一复合长丝;将水溶性PVA聚乙烯醇纤维包缠在低捻度高支数精梳棉纱表面,制得包缠丝;以积极的送纱的送纱方式将所述第一复合长丝以及所述包缠丝送入双面大圆机进行不同组织结构织造成针织面料坯布;
S2、将步骤S1制得的坯布喂入剖布机,以50~80m/min的速度进行剖幅;将剖幅完成后的开幅坯布以85℃~100℃的温度进行煮漂前处理20min~50min,同时溶掉水溶性PVA聚乙烯醇纤维之后,进入液氨整理机对煮漂完成后的坯布进行液氨处理;将液氨处理完成后的坯布置于染色机中,以1:4~8的浴比进行染色柔软处理;将染色柔软处理完成后的坯布送入拉幅定型机中,以120℃~165℃的温度进行拉幅定型;拉幅定型处理完成后,即得所述丝柔亲肤免烫耐洗的棉型针织面料。
优选地,步骤S1中,所述丙纶原料为30~60D的细旦聚丙烯长丝;所述维尼纶原料为50~80D的维尼纶长丝;所述水溶性PVA聚乙烯醇纤维为30~50D长丝;所述低捻度高支数精梳棉纱为40~130S的棉纱或股线。
优选地,步骤S1中,所述第一复合长丝中所述丙纶原料与所述维尼纶原料的添加比例为(1~3):(2~5)。

S2、将步骤S1制得的坯布喂入剖布机,以60m/min的速度进行剖幅;将剖幅完成后的开幅坯布以90℃的进行煮漂前处理45min,并溶掉水溶性PVA聚乙烯醇纤维;所述煮漂液的浴比为1:6,所述煮漂液包括:4g/L的纯碱、5% (o.w.f)的双氧水、4g/L的稳定剂以及2g/L的精炼剂。
采用连续式液氨整理机,对煮漂完成后的坯布进行液氨处理,步骤包括:预烘干、冷却、液氨处理、过饱和蒸汽汽蒸、烘干以及出布;所述液氨处理的温度为-30℃,车速为15m/min。

S1、将60D的细旦聚丙烯长丝与70D的维尼纶长丝以2:5的添加比例进行网络、并丝、合股后,以120捻/米的捻度进行S捻向加捻,制得第一复合长丝;将水溶性PVA聚乙烯醇长丝包缠在80S/2棉纱的表面,制得包缠丝;以积极的送纱的送纱方式将所述第一复合长丝以及所述包缠丝按2:5的添加比例送入双面大圆机进行不同组织结构织造成针织面料坯布;
S2、将步骤S1制得的坯布喂入剖布机,以80m/min的速度进行剖幅;将剖幅完成后的开幅坯布以100℃的进行煮漂前处理35min,并溶掉水溶性PVA聚乙烯醇纤维;所述煮漂液的浴比为1:5,所述煮漂液包括:4g/L的纯碱、8% (o.w.f)的双氧水、4g/L的稳定剂以及3g/L的精炼剂。
采用连续式液氨整理机,对煮漂完成后的坯布进行液氨处理,步骤包括:预烘干、冷却、液氨处理、过饱和蒸汽汽蒸、烘干以及出布;所述液氨处理的温度为-35℃,车速为25m/min。
将液氨处理完成后的坯布喂入染色机中,以1:6的浴比进行染色柔软处理;按重量份数计,所述染色柔软剂包括:6份的染料、3份的硬脂酸钠、2份的匀染剂、3份的固色剂、3份的柔软剂以及2份的皂洗剂;将染色柔软处理完成后的坯布喂入拉幅定型机中,以150℃的温度,超喂18%,门幅拉宽7%达到设定的幅宽,进行拉幅定型;拉幅定型处理完成后,即得所述丝柔亲肤免烫耐洗的棉型针织面料。
检测实施例
对如实施例所述的棉型针织面料进行性能测试,结果如下:
1)吊干缩水率:直向-0.3%横向-2.5%;
2)耐洗涤色牢度4~5级,耐汗渍牢度4~5级,耐水色牢度4~5级,干摩擦牢度4级,湿摩擦牢度3~4级,色泣牢度4~5级;
3)破裂强度140.0psi,抗起毛起球3~4级;
4)抗皱性好,AATCC 128-2003 DP大于3.5级。
综上所述,本发明的丝柔亲肤免烫耐洗的棉型针织面料的制备方法优选支数高、适合做针织面料的精梳棉纱,配合水溶性PVA聚乙烯醇长丝制得包缠丝, PVA聚乙烯醇长丝可在织造成坯布之后的煮漂前处理中溶解于水中,使棉纱呈无捻蓬松状态处在织物中;本发明优选合理的前处理、液氨处理、染整工艺流程以及工艺技术参数,进一步解决了针织面料在生产中缩率不稳定、容易产生折印、易变形、色牢度低等问题。
