The outer cylinder cover 7 of the embodiment is sealed by keeping the outer cylinder sealing piece 22 in sealing contact with the cylinder opening of the outer cylinder 15, and the outer cover 6 is sealed by keeping the elastic sealing ring 46 in sealing contact with the sealing decoration plate 21, so that when the machine door 6 is closed, at least two seals from inside to outside are formed between the cylinder opening of the outer cylinder 15 and the outer cylinder cover 7 and between the sealing decoration plate 21 and the outer cover 6, the sealing effect of the machine door on the cylinder opening of the outer cylinder 15 is ensured, and water leakage is avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, the outer cover 6 of the present embodiment is rotatably mounted on the front panel 4 of the casing 2, the front panel at one side of the input port 3 is fixedly mounted with a rotating shaft seat 10 through a rotating shaft seat screw 11, one side of the outer cover 6 is mounted with a rotating shaft 9, and the rotating shaft 9 is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft seat 10, so that the outer cover 6 is rotatably mounted on the front panel 4.
In this embodiment, a lock seat 19 is fixedly mounted on the front panel of the input port 3 on the side opposite to the rotating shaft seat 10 through a lock seat screw 18, and a lock hook is mounted on the outer cover 6 on the side opposite to the rotating shaft 9.
The elastic sealing ring 46 of the present embodiment is disposed corresponding to the rotating shaft 9 and the locking hook, so that the elastic sealing ring 46 can better act on the elastic sealing ring 46 for contact sealing after the outer cover 6 is closed and locked.
As an implementation mode of the embodiment, the outer cylinder 15 of the embodiment has an outer cylinder front counterweight ring 20 mounted at the cylinder opening, and the sealing plaque 21 blocks the outer cylinder front counterweight ring 20.

The drive motor 17 illustrated in the embodiment is illustrated by using a direct drive motor as an example, and similarly, the drive motor also has a structure in which water enters from the center of the shaft, and is not illustrated.
The holeless inner barrel of the drum washing machine has a taper, and the centrifugal valve is arranged at the position with the maximum taper. The centrifugal water on the conical surface moves and converges towards the centrifugal valve along the conical edge under the action of centrifugal force. The structure can effectively realize the high-efficiency dehydration property and the centrifugal drainage property of the non-porous inner cylinder.
The centrifugal valve of this embodiment may be opened at a speed of N, such as 100 rpm.
The drum washing machine of the present embodiment starts draining and dewatering after washing or rinsing is completed.
Drainage process of the drum washing machine of the embodiment:
under the condition that the eccentric amount is less than M1, the driving motor drives the inner cylinder to operate to the first rotating speed and maintains the first rotating speed for a certain time t1, the rotating speed is N1, and N1 is more than N.
For example, N is 110-400 rpm, preferably 170 + -50 rpm, and more preferably 150 + -20 rpm.
t1 ranges from 0.1 to 5 minutes, preferably from 1 to 2 minutes.
Most water in the inner barrel can be discharged out of the inner barrel, water distribution loads are effectively carried, uniform and distributed loads are effectively achieved, eccentricity is reduced, and vibration of follow-up high-speed dehydration is reduced.
Dewatering process of the drum washing machine of the embodiment:
when the rotating speed is gradually increased to the rated dehydration rotating speed (such as 1400 revolutions per minute), the centrifugal valve is opened under the action of centrifugal force, water contained in the clothes is centrifugally dehydrated and is centrifugally discharged, and centrifugal drainage is realized.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A drum washing machine characterized by comprising:
the front panel of the machine shell is provided with a throwing port;
the outer cylinder is arranged in the machine shell, and an outer cylinder opening of the outer cylinder is opposite to the throwing opening;
the inner cylinder is rotatably arranged in the outer cylinder and can independently contain washing water during washing;
the machine door can be opened and closed and is arranged on the throwing-in opening of the front panel;
the machine door comprises an outer cover for sealing the throwing opening, an outer cylinder cover for sealing the outer cylinder opening and an inner cylinder cover for sealing the inner cylinder opening, the outer cover is fixedly connected with the outer cylinder cover, and the inner cylinder cover is rotatably connected with the outer cover and/or the outer cylinder cover through a rotating assembly.

A drum washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a bearing seat is provided on the inner wall of the outer cover, the rotating assembly comprises a rotating bearing installed in the bearing seat and a rotating shaft sleeved in the inner ring of the rotating bearing, the bearing seat passes through the outer drum cover, and the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the inner drum cover.

A drum washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that a dynamic seal oil seal is provided in the opening of the bearing housing to maintain dynamic seal contact with the rotating shaft, and a seal ring is provided between the outer peripheral wall of the bearing housing and the outer drum cover.

A drum washing machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the center of the inner drum cover through a fastening screw, and a screw sealing ring is arranged between the fastening screw and the fastening hole on the inner drum cover.

A drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that an inner drum sealing element is arranged on the inner drum opening, when the machine door is closed, the inner drum cover is covered on the inner drum opening and keeps sealing contact with the inner drum sealing element, and a water containing chamber capable of independently containing washing water is formed.

A drum washing machine according to claim 5 characterized in that the inner drum sealing member comprises an inner drum housing part which is housed on the outer peripheral wall of the inner drum opening and an inner drum sealing part which extends into the inner drum opening and is in sealing contact with the peripheral wall of the inner drum cover;
preferably, the inner cylinder sleeving part is sleeved on the outer circumferential wall of the inner cylinder opening through a hoop.
7. A drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that a sealing plaque is fixedly arranged on the outer drum opening, and when the machine door is closed, the outer drum cover keeps sealing contact with the sealing plaque through a sealing mechanism.
8. A drum washing machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the sealing mechanism comprises a tub seal provided on the mouth of the tub, the tub seal being in annular sealing contact with the tub cover when the door is closed.

A drum washing machine according to claim 8, characterized in that the outer drum sealing member comprises a fitting part and a sealing part, an annular sealing groove is formed in the outer wall of the opening of the outer drum, the sealing decorative plate is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the opening of the outer drum through a connecting piece, and the fitting part is extruded into the sealing groove; when the machine door is closed, the sealing part and the outer cylinder cover are in annular sealing contact.
10. A drum washing machine according to claim 8, characterized in that the sealing mechanism comprises an elastic sealing ring arranged on the outer cover, and when the machine door is closed, the elastic sealing ring keeps annular sealing contact with the outer surface of the sealing plaque;
preferably, a magnet is arranged on one side of the elastic sealing ring, which is in contact with the sealing decoration plate, and when the machine door is closed, the magnet is adsorbed on the sealing decoration plate to enable the elastic sealing ring to be in annular sealing contact with the outer surface of the sealing decoration plate.
