Abstract
The invention relates to a copier paper supply and arrangement assembly for supplying A4 paper, which comprises a main connecting seat, wherein an automatic paper outlet box is fixedly arranged at the left part of the main connecting seat, and a paper outlet is arranged at the right upper part of the automatic paper outlet box; the automatic paper discharging box is respectively provided with a jacking device and a paper discharging control device; the top of the automatic paper outlet box is provided with a slidable box cover. The right part of the general connecting seat is hinged with a smooth-going plate, and the smooth-going plate is respectively matched with a dumping assembly and a paper arranging device. The automatic paper discharging box can store and automatically supply A4 paper, and has a good protection effect on A4 paper; the invention can automatically arrange A4 paper, and is convenient for a copier to take paper; the automatic paper feeding device can arrange and feed A4 paper to the paper supporting plate of the copying machine according to a certain amount, and reduces the consumption of manual labor force relatively.

Technical Field

Background
One of the essential factors for the use of the copier is a paper a4, and in general, when the conventional copier is used, a part of a4 paper is put on a tray of the copier in advance, and a4 paper is conveyed to the inside of the main body one by a pickup roller of the copier to be copied. As a further improvement of the invention, the jacking device consists of a top plate which is positioned in the automatic paper discharging box and can slide vertically and a spring which is arranged at the bottom of the top plate; the spring is connected with the inner bottom surface of the automatic paper discharging box. Namely, the A4 paper can be lifted upwards by the elastic force of the spring.
As a further improvement of the invention, the front side and the rear side of the automatic paper box discharging box are both provided with a regulation groove, and the top plate is provided with an extension part which is in sliding connection with the regulation groove. The regulation groove limits the upper limit of the sliding of the top plate to be positioned below the paper outlet.
As a further improvement of the invention, the paper discharging control device comprises a motor I arranged outside the automatic paper discharging box, a ball screw connected with the motor I and an auxiliary push rod matched with the ball screw. Namely, the auxiliary push rod can slide horizontally. The auxiliary push rod and the paper outlet are positioned at the same height. The rear part of the automatic paper outlet box is also provided with a front cover for shielding and protecting a motor I and a ball screw.

As a further improvement of the invention, the dumping component consists of an aerostat arranged on the general connecting seat and a hydraulic cylinder arranged on the aerostat; the shaft of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the side groove in a sliding and hinged mode. Namely, under the pulling of the hydraulic cylinder, the smooth board can be changed into a tilting state, so that the A4 paper can be unloaded.
As a further improvement of the invention, the bottom of the front side of the smooth plate is abutted with a supporting block integrated with the main connecting seat. Under the normal state, the smooth plate is in a horizontal state under the supporting action of the bearing blocks.
As a further improvement of the paper sorting device, the paper sorting device is composed of a side moving plate, a sliding connection frame, a cylinder and a guide rail, wherein the cylinder and the guide rail are all arranged at the bottom of a smooth plate; the sliding connection frame is connected on the guide rail in a sliding way. Namely, under the driving of the cylinder, the sliding connection frame and the side moving plate can both horizontally slide, and the side moving plate can push the A4 paper to a flat state.
As a further improvement of the invention, the sliding connection frame is connected with the side shifting plate; the cylinder is connected with the sliding connection frame; the bottom of the side shifting plate is abutted against the upper end of the right side of the smooth-moving plate. The structure is a necessary condition for controlling the sliding of the side shift plate to realize the finishing of the A4 paper.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the automatic paper discharging box can store and automatically supply the A4 paper, and has a good protection effect on the A4 paper.
2. The invention can automatically arrange A4 paper, and is convenient for a copier to take out paper.
3. The invention can sort and feed A4 paper to the paper tray of the copying machine according to a certain amount, and relatively reduces the consumption of manual labor.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a copier paper supply and arrangement assembly for supplying a4 paper comprises a main connecting base 1, wherein an automatic paper outlet box 2 is fixedly mounted at the left part of the main connecting base 1, and a paper outlet 2a is arranged at the right upper part of the automatic paper outlet box 2; the automatic paper discharging box 2 is respectively provided with a jacking device and a paper discharging control device; the top of the automatic paper outlet box 2 is provided with a sliding box cover 8. The general connecting seat 1 is provided with a mounting hole for inserting a bolt fastener. Automatically out of the interior of the carton 2 for storage of a4 paper. The jacking device consists of a top plate 3 which is positioned in the automatic paper discharging box 2 and can slide vertically and a spring 4 which is arranged at the bottom of the top plate 3; the spring 4 is connected with the inner bottom surface of the automatic paper discharging box 2. Namely, the A4 paper can be lifted upwards by the elastic force of the spring.
As shown in fig. 4, the automatic dispensing carton 2 of the present invention is provided with regulation grooves 2a at both front and rear sides thereof, and the top panel 3 is provided with extension portions 3a slidably connected to the regulation grooves 2 a. The regulation groove 2a regulates the upper limit of the sliding movement of the top plate 3 below the sheet discharge port 2 a.
The paper discharging control device comprises a motor 5I installed on the outer side of the automatic paper discharging box 2, a ball screw 6 connected with the motor 5I and an auxiliary push rod 7 matched with the ball screw 6. I.e. the auxiliary push rod 7 can slide horizontally. The auxiliary push rod 7 is located at the same height as the sheet discharge port 2 a. The rear part of the automatic paper outlet box 2 is also provided with a front cover 17 for shielding and protecting the No. I motor 5 and the ball screw 6.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the auxiliary push rod 7 is L-shaped, and a transverse groove 2b for allowing the auxiliary push rod 7 to horizontally slide is formed at the rear part of the automatic paper discharging box 2. The structure is of conventional design and is also a necessary condition for the auxiliary push rod 7 to be horizontally slidable.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, a side groove 9a is formed on the smoothing plate 9 of the present invention; the front part of the smooth plate 9 is provided with a guardrail 9 b.
As shown in fig. 7, the dumping component is composed of an empty space frame 10 mounted on the general connecting base 1 and a hydraulic cylinder 11 mounted on the empty space frame 10; the shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is slidably and hingedly connected to the side groove 9 a. Namely, under the pulling of the hydraulic cylinder 11, the smooth plate 9 can be changed into a tilting state, so that the A4 paper can be unloaded.
As shown in fig. 1, the bottom of the front side of the smooth plate 9 abuts against a support block 12 integrated with the main connecting base 1. Under normal conditions, the smooth plate 9 is horizontal under the supporting action of the bearing blocks 12.
The paper tidying device consists of a side moving plate 14, a sliding connecting frame 15, a cylinder 13 and a guide rail 16, wherein the cylinder 13 and the guide rail 16 are all arranged at the bottom of the smooth plate 9; the slide frame 15 is slidably connected to the guide rail 16. Namely, the slide frame 15 and the side shift plate 14 can slide horizontally under the driving of the air cylinder 13, and the side shift plate 14 can push the a4 paper to be in a flat state.
The sliding connection frame 15 is connected with the side moving plate 14; the cylinder 13 is connected with the sliding connection frame 15; the bottom of the side shift plate 14 is abutted against the upper end of the right side of the smooth plate 9. This configuration is a necessary condition for controlling the sliding of the side shift plate 14 to achieve the finishing of a4 paper.
When the paper tray is used, the general connecting seat 1 is required to be installed on a copying machine through a corresponding bolt fastener, so that the smooth plate 9 is positioned on the front side of the paper tray of the copying machine.
Further, all a4 paper is put into the automatic paper discharging box 2 and is positioned at the upper end of the top plate 3. And all the a4 papers automatically move upward under the spring force.
Furthermore, when a paper tray on the copying machine is short of paper, the ball screw 6 can be driven to rotate by the motor 5I, so that a batch of A4 paper is pushed to the smooth plate 9.
Further, the air cylinder 13 pulls the sliding connection frame 15, so that the side shift plate 14 moves left to be matched with the right side wall of the automatic paper discharging box 2, and all A4 paper on the smooth plate 9 is pressed and flattened.
Further, the axial direction of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is pulled upwards, so that the side shift plate 14 is inclined, and the A4 paper is automatically conveyed to a paper supporting plate of the copying machine after being sorted, and the feeding is completed.
