The front end of the fixed seat 1 is provided with a first assembling port 10, the adjusting mechanism 2 comprises an adjusting main body component 21, a first buckle component 22 which is arranged at the rear end of the adjusting main body component 21 and can move back and forth relative to the adjusting main body component 21, and a connecting piece 23 which is arranged at the front end of the adjusting main body component 21 and can move up and down relative to the adjusting main body component 21, and the first buckle component 22 extends into the first assembling port 10 and is detachably connected with the fixed seat 1; the head and neck support pillow 3 comprises a main pillow body 31, a left pillow body 32 and a right pillow body 33 which are positioned on the left side and the right side of the main pillow body 31, a connecting piece 23 is connected with the main pillow body 31, the left pillow body 32, the main pillow body 31 and the right pillow body 33 are sequentially connected to enclose a neck protection space 30 matched with the neck of a human body, a massage component 91 is arranged on the main pillow body 31, and a negative ion air purification device 92 is arranged on the left pillow body 32 and/or the right pillow body 33. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to fig. 6, the first buckle assembly 22 includes a first buckle housing 221, first buckle pieces 223 symmetrically disposed in the first buckle housing 221, and a first return spring 224 located between the first buckle pieces 223, one end of the first buckle piece 223 is movably connected to the first buckle housing 221, the other end of the first buckle piece 223 is provided with a first buckle portion 2231 extending out of the first buckle housing 221, a first pressing portion 2232 extending out of the first buckle housing 221 is disposed in a middle portion of the first buckle piece 223, and two ends of the first return spring 224 respectively abut against the two first buckle pieces 223; the first buckle housing 221 is provided with a first buckle notch 2214 through which the first buckle part 2231 extends, and a first pressing notch 2213 through which the first pressing part 2232 extends; a first buckling groove 13 matched with the first buckling part 2231 is formed in the fixed seat 1; during assembly, the first snap assembly 22 is pushed into the first assembling opening 10. In the pushing-in process, the inner wall of the first assembling port 10 can press the two buckling pieces 223 to approach each other and compress the first return spring 224, and when the first buckling part 2231 is located in the first buckling groove 13, the first return spring 224 can drive the two first buckling pieces 223 to return to realize the buckling. When the first buckle 223 needs to be detached, the first pressing portion 2232 is pressed to make the two first buckles 223 approach each other and then be pulled out, so that the operation is simple. The structure is the same as the second buckle component 4, and the working principle is also the same.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the second latch assembly 4 includes a second latch housing 43, second latches 44 symmetrically disposed in the second latch housing 43, and a second return spring 45 located between the second latches 44, one end of the second buckle piece 44 is movably connected with the second buckle housing 43, the other end of the second buckle piece 44 is provided with a second buckle part 441 extending out of the second buckle housing 43, the middle of the second latching portion 441 is provided with a second pressing portion 442 extending out of the second latching shell 43, two ends of the second return spring 45 respectively abut against the two second locking pieces 44, and the second locking shell 43 is provided with a second locking notch 433 through which the second locking portion 441 extends and a second pressing notch 434 through which the second pressing portion 442 extends; a second fastening groove 12 matched with the second fastening portion 441 is arranged in the fixed seat 1. When the second pressing portion 442 is pressed, the two second locking parts 44 compress the second return spring 45, and the included angle between the two second locking parts 44 is reduced. So that the second latching portion 441 can be disengaged from the latch of the second latching groove 12. When the second pressing portion 442 is released, the two second latches 44 are reset by the second reset spring 45. During assembly, the second buckle component 4 is directly pushed into the second assembling port 11, and in order to facilitate pushing, a guide inclined plane is arranged on the front end face of the second buckle part 441. In this embodiment, for the convenience of assembly, the second buckle housing 43 is mainly formed by covering a second upper buckle housing 431 and a second lower buckle housing 432, and the second upper buckle housing 431 and the second lower buckle are connected through screws or screw threads.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first buckle assembly 22 further includes a transverse screw 222 fixedly disposed at a front end of the first buckle housing 221, the first buckle housing 221 is mainly formed by covering a first upper buckle housing 2211 and a first lower buckle housing 2212, and the first upper buckle housing 2211 and the first lower buckle housing 2212 are connected by a screw or a screw thread. The adjustment main body assembly 21 includes a main housing 211, and the main housing 211 is mainly formed by covering an upper main housing 2111 and a lower main housing 2112, and the upper main housing 2111 and the lower main housing 2112 are screwed together by screws. The main housing 211 is provided with a front and rear adjusting cavity 2110 which opens toward the first snap assembly 22, a fixing plate 2114 is provided in the front and rear adjusting cavity 2110, the fixing plate 2114 is provided with a first knob 212 which is only circumferentially rotatable and not axially movable, a first internally threaded hole 2120 is provided in the middle of the first knob 212, the first knob 212 is partially exposed out of the main housing 211, and further, an opening through which the first knob 212 is partially exposed out of the first main housing 211 is provided at the upper end of the upper main housing 2111. After assembly, the buckle housing 221 is partially located in the front-rear adjusting cavity 2110, the transverse screw 222 is located in the front-rear adjusting cavity 2110 and is in threaded connection with the first internally threaded hole 2120, and the first knob 212 is rotated to enable the transverse screw 222 to move back and forth in the front-rear adjusting cavity 2110 so as to adjust the length of the first buckle assembly 22 extending into the adjusting body assembly 21 back and forth, so that front-rear direction adjustment is achieved, and operation is simple and convenient.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the rear end of the connecting member 23 is respectively provided with an upper connecting portion 231 located at the upper end of the adjusting body assembly 21 and a lower connecting portion 232 located at the lower end of the adjusting body assembly 21, a longitudinal screw 233 capable of rotating circumferentially relative to the connecting member 23 is disposed between the upper connecting portion 231 and the lower connecting portion 232, the longitudinal screw 233 passes through the main housing 211 and is in threaded connection with the adjusting body assembly 21, and the longitudinal screw 233 is rotated to move the adjusting body assembly 21 up and down relative to the connecting member 23, thereby achieving up-and-down adjustment. In the present embodiment, four kinds of embodiments are provided with respect to the transverse screw 222 and the longitudinal screw 233, and the first embodiment is that the transverse screw 222 and the longitudinal screw 233 are provided with one each; the second embodiment is that the transverse screw 222 and the longitudinal screw 233 are respectively provided with two; the third embodiment is that the transverse screw 222 is provided with one, and the longitudinal screw 233 is provided with two; the fourth embodiment is that the transverse screws 222 are provided in two, and the longitudinal screw 233 is provided in one.
Embodiment 1: the transverse screw 222 is provided as one, and a rear end of the transverse screw 222 is fixedly connected to a front end of the first buckle housing 221, and in this embodiment, the transverse screw 222 is fixedly connected to a front end of the upper buckle housing 2211. The front end of the transverse screw 222 is in threaded connection with the first internal threaded hole 2120;
in this embodiment, the first knob 212 is axially fixed on the fixing plate 2114 through a first fastener 215, as shown in fig. 12, the first fastener 215 has a first fixing portion 2151 abutting against the front end of the fixing plate 2114 after assembly, a transverse through hole 2150 for the front end of the transverse screw 222 to pass through is formed in the middle of the first fixing portion 2151, elastic arms 2152 located on two sides of the transverse through hole 2150 are arranged at the rear end of the first fixing portion 2151, and elastic blocks 2153 protruding outwards are arranged at the rear ends of the elastic arms 2152; as shown in fig. 13, the first knob 212 is provided with a threaded portion 2121 and a locking hole 2122 at both sides of the threaded portion 2121 for the resilient arm 2152 and the resilient locking block 2153 to pass through, and the first internally-threaded hole 2120 is formed in the threaded portion 2121, and the threaded portion 2121 is located between the resilient arms 2152 after assembly. When the elastic clamping block 2153 passes through the clamping hole 2122, the two elastic arms 2152 press towards each other, and after the elastic clamping block 2153 passes through the clamping hole 2122, the two elastic arms 2152 elastically recover to enable the elastic clamping block 2153 to abut against the rear end of the first knob 212. In order to facilitate the elastic clamping block 2153 to pass through the clamping hole 2122, the elastic clamping block 2153 is further provided with a guide inclined surface 2154.
The number of the longitudinal screw rods 233 is one, the main shell 211 is provided with a third internally threaded hole 2115, and the longitudinal screw rods 233 penetrate through the main shell 211 and are in threaded connection with the third internally threaded hole 2115; two sides of the front end of the first buckle shell 221 are respectively provided with a limiting slide rod 213, two ends of the connecting piece 23 are respectively provided with a limiting slide groove 234 matched with the limiting slide rod 213, and the longitudinal screw 233 is rotated to enable the limiting slide rod 213 to move up and down in the limiting slide groove 234 when the adjusting main body assembly 21 moves up and down relative to the connecting piece 23. The upper connecting portion 231 is provided with a rotating groove 235 with an upward opening, the middle of the rotating groove 235 is provided with a first through hole 236 for the longitudinal screw 233 to pass through, the upper end of the longitudinal screw 233 is provided with a rotating cap 237 positioned in the rotating groove 235, the lower connecting portion 232 is provided with a second through hole 238 for the longitudinal screw 233 to pass through, and the lower end of the longitudinal screw 233 passes through the second through hole 238 and is in threaded connection with a nut 239 so that the longitudinal screw 233 can rotate circumferentially relative to the connecting member 23. In this embodiment, the rotating cap 237 is provided with a twist groove 2371 and a rib 2372 inside the twist groove 2371. When the up-and-down adjustment is needed, fingers extend into the twisting grooves 2371 to hold the reinforcing ribs 2372 by hand, and then the longitudinal screw 233 can be twisted. Or the reinforcing ribs 2372 are clamped by tools to be twisted, so that the operation is simple and convenient.
Embodiment 2: as shown in fig. 15 to 18, two transverse screws 222 are provided, and rear ends of the two transverse screws 222 are fixedly connected to two sides of the front end of the first buckle housing 221, respectively, in this embodiment, the transverse screws 222 are fixedly connected to the front end of the lower buckle housing 2212. The front end of one of the transverse screws 222 is in threaded connection with the first internally threaded hole 2120, and the front end of the other transverse screw 222 passes through the fixing plate 2114; more specifically, the first knob 212 is axially fixed on the fixing plate 2114 through a first fastener 215, as shown in fig. 12, the first fastener 215 has a first fixing portion 2151 abutting against the front end of the fixing plate 2114 after assembly, the middle portion of the first fixing portion 2151 has a transverse through hole 2150 for the front end of the transverse screw 222 to pass through, the rear end of the first fixing portion 2151 is provided with elastic arms 2152 located on both sides of the transverse through hole 2150, the rear ends of the elastic arms 2152 are each provided with an elastic fixture block 2153 protruding outward, as shown in fig. 13, the first knob 212 is provided with a threaded portion 2121 and a fixture hole 2122 located on both sides of the threaded portion 2121 for the elastic arms 2152 and the elastic fixture block 2153 to pass through, the first internal threaded hole 2120 is disposed on the threaded portion 2121, and the threaded portion 2121 is located between the two elastic arms 2152 after assembly. When the elastic clamping block 2153 passes through the clamping hole 2122, the two elastic arms 2152 press towards each other, and after the elastic clamping block 2153 passes through the clamping hole 2122, the two elastic arms 2152 elastically recover to enable the elastic clamping block 2153 to abut against the rear end of the first knob 212. In order to facilitate the elastic clamping block 2153 to pass through the clamping hole 2122, the elastic clamping block 2153 is further provided with a guide inclined surface 2154.
