Detailed Description
The following examples of the invention are further illustrated.
Example 1
In a first aspect, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine for treating burns and scalds, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: folium seu folium Rubi Corchorifolii Immaturus, folium Coriariae Sinicae 3-5 parts, flos Firmianae 3-7 parts, and herba Polygoni Avicularis 4-7 parts. For example, the red hair raspberry leaf can be 1-5 parts.
The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows:
leaf of red hair raspberry: sour, salty and mild in taste, and has the effects of dispelling wind and removing dampness and dissipating scrofula;
folium coriaria: is bitter, pungent and cold in flavor, and has the effects of detoxifying, relieving swelling, promoting blood circulation, relieving pain, diminishing inflammation, sterilizing and the like;
and (3) phoenix tree flower: has sweet taste and mild property, and has the effects of treating edema, tinea pedis, and burn and scald;
herba polygoni avicularis: the product has bitter and cold property, and can effectively inhibit dermatophytes; can enhance the amplitude of respiratory movement and lung ventilation volume, and has slight astringency; has the effect of clearing heat.
The traditional Chinese medicine disclosed by the invention is wide in application range, suitable for various types of burns and scalds, applicable to units and families with poor medical conditions, complete in skin, free of pain, no scar and no trace, and can be used for treating mild burns and red, swelling and hot pain of skin, and pain disappears after the medicine is applied for about 2 hours without blister; for moderate and severe scalds: the pain is relieved after the medicine is applied for 2 hours, and the product is used for treating sequelae such as scars caused by burning and scalding, ginger pimples and the like; in addition, the wound healing ointment does not need surgical treatment and skin grafting and limb amputation on severe burns such as chemical substances and various physical burns, scalds, electric injuries, electric burns and the like, can automatically recover tissues, quickly relieve pain, stop bleeding, prevent infection and quickly heal wounds.
In other embodiments, the Chinese mulberry leaf is 4 plus or minus 0.3 parts, the phoenix tree flower is 5 plus or minus 0.5 parts, and the polygonum aviculare is 5.5 plus or minus 0.5 parts. For example, the red hair raspberry leaf can be 3 ± 0.3 parts.
In another embodiment, the mulberry leaf is 4 parts, the phoenix tree flower is 5 parts, and the polygonum aviculare is 5.5 parts. For example, the red hair raspberry leaf may be 3 parts.
Example 2
In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the above traditional Chinese medicine, comprising the following steps:
grinding sun-dried or oven-dried leaves of Rubus coreanus to 60-120 mesh; mixing folium Coriariae Sinicae, flos Firmianae and herba Polygoni Avicularis at a certain weight ratio to obtain mixture; soaking the mixture in water in a container for 20-40 min, and decocting for 20-40 min to obtain medicinal liquid and medicinal powder of folium Rubi Corchorifolii Immaturus. Here, the weight ratio refers to the weight ratio of the Chinese medicinal materials. When in use, the decocted medicinal liquid is used for wiping wound, and the medicinal powder of the leaves of the Rubus delavayi is spread on the wound.
In further embodiments, the raspberry leaf is ground to 80 ± 5 mesh; and after the mixture is soaked for 30 +/-5 minutes, decocting for 30 +/-5 minutes.
In another embodiment, the boiling specifically comprises: decocting with strong fire for 20 + -2 min, and decocting with slow fire for 10 + -2 min. The toxic and side effects of the medicine are effectively reduced and the curative effect is enhanced through decoction.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples.
Example 1
Experimental animals: beagle dogs, 12, were divided into three groups of 4 dogs, a first group, a second group and a third group. The first group, using the Chinese medicine of the invention; the second group uses the common safflower scald ointment on the market; and the third group, no scald ointment is used.
Experimental method, the leg of Beagle dog was scalded with hot water. The first group has obvious treatment effect and is healed after being observed for 1 week; the second group has common treatment effect, and the time is still needed for healing; the third group had poor therapeutic effect and did not show improvement. Therefore, the treatment effect of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the scald is obvious.
Example 2
