Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏及其制备方法,属于化妆品技术领域。本发明的洁面膏由以下组分制成:去离子水、氨基酸表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、多元醇、非离子表面活性剂、调理剂、抑菌剂、pH调节剂、氯化钠、珠光片、NMN、PCA钠。本发明的洁面膏,属于纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,不含有丙烯酸酯类共聚物,不含丙烯酰胺单体风险物质,减少刺激,同时添加NMN和PCA钠,在固定比例添加量下,两者相辅相成,产品不但温和清洁,还具有保湿、清除自由基、增强皮肤屏障等多种功效。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,涉及一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏及其制备方法。
技术背景
市面上的洗面奶(膏)大致可以分为皂基和氨基酸这两类,皂基类洗面奶清洁力很强,泡沫非常丰富,但人体的皮肤呈弱酸性,长期使用会造成皮肤缺水,导致水油失衡,更严重的是皮肤的皮脂膜也会被破坏。一旦失去皮脂膜,皮肤很容易受到外界伤害。现阶段,氨基酸体系的洁面产品是洁肤里面相对来说安全、温和的产品。
中国专利CN 106491381A:提供一种结晶型温和纯氨基酸洁面膏,它结晶型的纯氨基酸体系,呈弱酸性,泡沫丰富,深层清洁脸部肌肤的同时不紧绷,长期使用不伤害皮肤,达到温和洁面的效果,但其主要通过添加丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物提高产品的稳定性。
上述专利,用丙烯酸类共聚物作稳定剂,易引入丙烯酰胺单体风险物质,这样容易造成冲洗不干净,对皮肤带来刺激等负面影响。
NMN,标准中文名称为β-烟酰胺单核苷酸,它存在人体每个活细胞中。NMN是超强的抗氧化剂,可以清除体内自由基,修护DNA,用于护肤品中可以有效修护皮肤屏障,提高皮肤水分,让肌肤水润柔滑。目前,化妆品使用NMN的产品比较少。
发明内容
为了解决以上现有技术的缺点和不足之处,本发明提出了一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏及其制备方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,以质量百分比计,包含以下组分:
氨基酸表面活性剂10%~35%;两性表面活性剂1~7%;多元醇10~40%;非离子表面活性剂1-8%;调理剂0.01~0.8%;抑菌剂0.1~5%,pH调节剂,适量;氯化钠0.5-6%;珠光片0.01~4%;NMN 0.1-3%;PCA钠0.2~6%;去离子水至100%。
进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,以质量百分比计,包含以下组分:
氨基酸表面活性剂10%~30%;两性表面活性剂1~5%;多元醇15~35%;非离子表面活性剂1-5%;调理剂0.03~0.6%;抑菌剂0.5~5%,pH调节剂,适量;氯化钠1-5%;珠光片0.1~4%;NMN 0.3-2%;PCA钠0.6~4%;去离子水至100%。
进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,以质量百分比计,包含以下组分:
氨基酸表面活性剂12%~25%;两性表面活性剂1.5~4%;多元醇20~35%;非离子表面活性剂1.5-4%;调理剂0.05~0.4%;抑菌剂1~4%,pH调节剂,适量;氯化钠1.5-4%;珠光片0.5~3%;NMN 0.8-1%;PCA钠1.6~2%;去离子水至100%。
进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,所述氨基酸表面活性剂为椰油酰甘氨酸钠。
进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,所述两性表面活性剂为月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、椰油酰两性基乙酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺羟基磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱中的一种或几种。
进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,所述多元醇为甘油、山梨糖醇、丁二醇中一种或几种。
进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,所述非离子表面活性剂为甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10月桂酸酯中的一种或两种。进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,所述调理剂为聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-10中的一种或几种。
进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,所述抑菌剂为对羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇复配替代传统防腐剂。
进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸。
进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,所述珠光片为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯。
进一步地,一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,所述NMN与PCA钠的重量比为1:2。
本发明还提供了一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水、氨基酸表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、多元醇、非离子表面活性剂、珠光片、氯化钠投入搅拌锅中,加热至80-85℃,搅拌至溶解透明,搅拌速度为40-150rpm。
优选地,所述搅拌速度为50-100rpm。
(2)将柠檬酸投入搅拌锅中,搅拌速度不变,将溶液pH(直测)调至5.5-7。
优选地,pH调至6.2-6.8。
(3)将对羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇加热溶解透明,缓慢投入搅拌锅中,搅拌速度不变,搅拌溶解均匀。
(4)主锅开始降温,投入调理剂,搅拌速度不变。
(5)降温至55℃左右,降低搅拌速度,搅拌速度为20-70rpm,缓慢投入NMN、PCA钠。
优选地,所述搅拌速度为30-50rpm。
(6)降为至40℃左右,过滤出料。
本发明的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,不添加丙烯酸类聚合物增稠,减少了引入丙烯酰胺单体的风险物质。同时,添加NMN和PCA钠,在固定比例添加量下,本发明的洁面膏不但温和清洁,还具有保湿、清除自由基、增强皮肤屏障等多种功效。
具体实施例
以下通过具体的实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案,具体实施例不代表对本发明保护范围的限制。其他人根据本发明理念所做出的一些非本质的修改和调整仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-3一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏配方及其制备方法

制备方法如下:
(1)将A相原料投入搅拌锅中,加热至80-85℃,搅拌至溶解透明,搅拌速度为100rpm。
(2)将B相原料投入搅拌锅中,搅拌速度不变,将溶液pH(直测)调至6.8左右。
(3)将D相原料混合加热溶解透明,缓慢投入搅拌锅中,搅拌速度不变,搅拌溶解均匀。
(4)主锅开始降温,投入C相原料,搅拌速度不变。
(5)降温至55℃左右,降低搅拌速度,搅拌速度为40rpm,缓慢投入E相原料。
(6)降为至40℃左右,过滤出料。
对比例1-6一种氨基酸洁面膏的配方

制备方法同实施例1-3。
对比例7
将实施例1中的椰油酰甘氨酸钠含量换成8%,其他物料以及工艺不变。
对比例8
将实施例1中的椰油酰甘氨酸钠含量换成35%,其他物料以及工艺不变。
对比例9
将实施例1中的甘油含量换成5%,其他物料以及工艺不变。
对比例10
将实施例1中的甘油含量换成42%,其他物料以及工艺不变。
试验1感官评价指标情况及稳定性测试
分别观察本发明实施例1-3及对比例6-10的氨基酸洁面膏的各项感官评价指标,耐热、耐寒测试,结果如下表3所示。

其中,膏体软硬度的检测方法为:25℃下,正常用力轻轻将膏体挤出后观察1分钟,若膏体无坍塌现象发生,则视为正好;若出现坍塌,则视为软;而若膏体较难挤出,则视为硬。
膏体外观的检测方法为:25℃下,将膏体挤出至水平面上观察1分钟,若膏体均一,无颗粒感则视为细腻,否则,则视为泛粗;25℃及45℃下,将膏体挤出至水平面上,旋转90℃放置1分钟,若膏体不滑落,则视为不流动;若膏体在小于10秒内即滑落,则视为很稀。
膏体挤出难易度的检测方法为:5℃下,正常用力轻轻挤压,若能挤出,则视为易挤出;反之,则视为难挤出
耐寒性测试:将样品置于温度为(-10±1)℃的低温冰箱,恢复至室温,观察外观有无异常。
耐热性测试:将样品放置在温度为(45±1)℃的恒温箱中,恢复至室温,观察外观有无异常。
由测试结果可以看出,实施例1-3及对比例6稳定性良好,在较低的温度(5℃)下也容易挤出。对比例7-10稳定性较差,膏体会出现泛粗、难挤出或易从包装流出的现象。
试验2抗自由基对比测试
分别将实施例1和对比例1-5样品配置成10%的样品溶液,进行如下测试,测试结果见表4。
2.1对超氧阴离子自由基清除能力测试
取0.05mol/L pH=8.2的Tris-HCl缓冲液4.5mL于25℃水浴锅中预热20min,再加入1mL试样和0.4mL 25mmol/L的邻苯三酚溶液,混合均匀后于25℃水浴锅中反应5min,加入8mol/L的HCl 1.0mL终止反应。以Tris-HCl缓冲液做参比,在299nm处测吸光度值,空白对照组用1mL试样的溶剂来替代样品。
超氧阴离子自由基清除率(%)=[1-(A2/A1)]*100%
式中A1为空白对照的吸光度值,A2为样品的吸光度值;
2.2对羟基自由基的清除能力测试
在25mL比色管中依次加入2mmol/L FeSO43mL,1mmol/L H2O23mL,摇匀,接着加入6mmol/L水杨酸3mL,摇匀,于37℃水浴加热15min后取出,测其吸光度,分别加入一定浓度的待测液,摇匀,继续水浴加热15min,取出测其吸光度,下式为待测液对羟自由基(·OH)的清除率。
羟自由基清除率(%)=[A0-(AX-AX0)]/A0×100%
式中A0为空白对照的吸光度值;AX为加入样品清除自由基后的吸光度值;AX0为不加H202的溶液本底吸光度值。

自由基清除率能力测试结果表明,本发明实施例1超氧阴离子清除率高达85%以上,羟自由基清除率高达80%以上,相比于对比例1-5,单一组分或缺少任一组分或不在比例范围的NMN与PCA钠,其自由基清除率能力明显高很多,这说明本发明所述的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏中,NMN与PCA钠配比科学合理,起到了协同增效的作用,具有显著的清除自由基能力,可以有效的防止肌肤衰老、暗沉。
试验3红细胞溶血实验
红细胞溶血实验PBC是兔眼刺激性实验替代方法之一,基本原理是通过测定血红蛋白溶出量及变性程度来评价化学品对眼组织细胞的损伤。国际上主要将红细胞溶血实验用于评价化妆品及原料等化学品的眼刺激性研究。本实验依照欧洲替代方法验证中心(ECVAM)的PBC实验测试方法及分级标准,分级标准如表5。

其中,L/D为HD50与DI的比值,HD50为50%红细胞发生溶血时的样品浓度,DI为蛋白变性指数。
将实施例1-3和对比例6样品配制成10%溶液进行红细胞溶血实验,其结果见表6。

红细胞溶血实验测试结果表明,实施例1-3样品属于无刺激性,对比例6样品属于微刺激性,说明本发明所述的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏不含丙烯酸类共聚物,更温和。
试验4人体试用综合评价测试
选择180名志愿者,其中,油性皮肤、中性皮肤及干性皮肤各60名,随机分为6组,测试样品为实施例1及对比例1-5。
测试方法如下:
每组测试者早晚使用测试样品,期间使用相同的护肤品(水、乳),试用28天后,进行问卷调查,评价指标包括产品清洁力、保湿性、皮肤弹性、皮肤亮度、综合喜好度,最终评价结果采用算术平均值统计,统计测试结果见表7,测试结果采用5分制,从5至1分,依次为很好、好、一般、差、很差。

由人体试用综合测试结果可以看出,实施例1样品在综合喜好度、保湿性、皮肤弹性、皮肤亮度这些指标打分明显高于对比例1-5。说明本发明提供的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏不但温和清洁,还具有保湿、增加皮肤弹性、提高皮肤亮度等多种功效。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,稳定性较好,产品不含有丙烯酸类共聚物,没有引入丙烯酰胺单体风险物质,产品更温和。同时添加NMN和PCA钠,在固定比例添加量下,两者相辅相成,产品不但温和清洁,还具有保湿、清除自由基、增强皮肤屏障等多种功效。

1.一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,以质量百分比计,包含以下组分:
氨基酸表面活性剂10%~35%;两性表面活性剂1~7%;多元醇10~40%;非离子表面活性剂1-8%;调理剂0.01~0.8%;抑菌剂0.1~5%,pH调节剂,适量;氯化钠0.5-6%;珠光片0.01~4%;NMN 0.1-3%;PCA钠0.2~6%;去离子水至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,以质量百分比计,包含以下组分:
氨基酸表面活性剂10%~30%;两性表面活性剂1~5%;多元醇15~35%;非离子表面活性剂1-5%;调理剂0.03~0.6%;抑菌剂0.5~5%,pH调节剂,适量;氯化钠1-5%;珠光片0.1~4%;NMN 0.3-2%;PCA钠0.6~4%;去离子水至100%。
3.根据权利要求1所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,以质量百分比计,包含以下组分:
氨基酸表面活性剂12%~25%;两性表面活性剂1.5~4%;多元醇20~35%;非离子表面活性剂1.5-4%;调理剂0.05~0.4%;抑菌剂1~4%,pH调节剂,适量;氯化钠1.5-4%;珠光片0.5~3%;NMN 0.8-1%;PCA钠1.6~2%;去离子水至100%。
4.根据权利要求1-3所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,所述氨基酸表面活性剂为椰油酰甘氨酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1-3所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂为月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、椰油酰两性基乙酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺羟基磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1-3所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,所述多元醇为甘油、山梨糖醇、丁二醇中一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1-3所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10月桂酸酯中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1-3所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,所述调理剂为聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-10中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1-3所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂为对羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇复配替代传统防腐剂。
10.根据权利要求1-3所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸。
11.根据权利要求1-3所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,所述珠光片为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯。
12.根据权利要求1-3所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏,其特征在于,所述NMN与PCA钠的重量比为1:2。
13.根据权利要求1-3所示的一种含有NMN的纯结晶型氨基酸洁面膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
(1)将去离子水、氨基酸表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、多元醇、非离子表面活性剂、珠光片、氯化钠投入搅拌锅中,加热至80-85℃,搅拌至溶解透明,搅拌速度为40-150rpm。
优选地,所述搅拌速度为50-100rpm。
(2)将柠檬酸投入搅拌锅中,搅拌速度不变,将溶液pH(直测)调至5.5-7。
优选地,pH调至6.2-6.8。
(3)将对羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇加热溶解透明,缓慢投入搅拌锅中,搅拌速度不变,搅拌溶解均匀。
(4)主锅开始降温,投入调理剂,搅拌速度不变。
(5)降温至55℃左右,降低搅拌速度,搅拌速度为20-70rpm,缓慢投入NMN、PCA钠。
优选地,所述搅拌速度为30-50rpm。
(6)降为至40℃左右,过滤出料。
