Abstract

本申请实施例提供上行PDR的生成方法、装置及***,用于解决现有技术中由于PCF网元在生成包含RQC指示的PCC规则时,可能不包含上行SDF信息,从而导致上行数据包可能被丢弃的问题。方法包括:会话管理网元接收来自策略控制网元的第一策略和控制计费PCC规则,该第一PCC规则中包括第一业务对应的下行业务数据流SDF信息;在该第一PCC规则中包括反射服务质量控制RQC指示的情况下,会话管理网元根据该第一PCC规则生成该第一业务对应的第一上行PDR;会话管理网元向用户面网元发送该第一业务对应的第一上行PDR。
