The embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific structure of the communication between the cavity 21 and the accommodating cavity 11, for example, the cover body 2 may be provided with a plurality of spaced through holes, and the through holes may not only conduct water in the accommodating cavity 11 into the cavity 21, but also block clothes in the accommodating cavity 11 from entering the cavity 21; for another example, the cover body 2 may be configured as a comb structure, which can not only guide water but also block clothes, and the structure of the cover body 2 in the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the function of communicating the accommodating cavity 11 with the cavity 21. In some embodiments, the cover 2 may be configured as a rib of the laundry treatment apparatus, and the rib is disposed in the accommodating chamber 11 to reinforce friction generated between the laundry and the clothes during a laundry washing process, thereby improving washing efficiency of the clothes. And, under the condition that clothing treatment facility sets up to drum type washing machine, drum type washing machine's promotion muscle can be regarded as to this muscle, in the washing process, washtub 1 rotates, it produces frictional force with the clothing contact to promote the muscle, and promote the height of holding the interior clothing of chamber 11, the clothing is beaten from top to bottom in holding chamber 11, be favorable to improving the washing efficiency of clothing, and the cover body can enough play the guard action to the moving member, can play the promotion effect to holding the intracavity clothing again, the function is various, shared space that holds the chamber has been saved, be favorable to the increase to hold the capacity of intracavity clothing.
In some embodiments, the cover 2, the drain holes 12 and the moving component 3 may be provided in a plurality, and each cover 2 corresponds to one drain hole 12 and one moving component 3, which is beneficial to improve the dewatering efficiency of the clothes treating apparatus by increasing the number of the drain holes 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the moving assembly 3 is disposed in the cavity 21 and is movable in the axial direction of the washing tub 1 to close the drain hole 12 and open the drain hole 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the moving assembly 3 is disposed in the cavity 21, and the moving assembly 3 is movable in an axial direction (left and right directions shown in fig. 2) of the washing tub 1 to close and open the water discharge hole 12. The axial direction is a direction of the rotation axis of the washing tub 1, and the axial direction in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to a direction of a certain straight line, but may be a direction of a set of parallel lines, for example, the axial direction is a left-right direction and is not limited to a direction of a certain straight line extending left and right. As shown in fig. 2, in the non-dehydrated state, the moving member 3 closes the water discharge hole 12 and water is stably stored in the housing chamber 11, and in the dehydrated state, the moving member moves in the axial direction and the moving member 3 opens the water discharge hole 12. According to the embodiment of the invention, the washing barrel realizes the opening and closing of the drain hole through the movement component, no extra outer barrel is needed, the expansion of the containing space in the washing barrel is facilitated, and the problem that bacteria are bred due to the difficulty in cleaning between the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the related washing machine can be solved.
The embodiment of the invention provides clothes treatment equipment which comprises a washing barrel, a cover body and a moving assembly, wherein an accommodating cavity and a water drainage hole communicated with the accommodating cavity are formed in the washing barrel, the cover body is arranged in the accommodating cavity and connected with the washing barrel, a cavity communicated with the water drainage hole is formed in the cover body, and the moving assembly is arranged in the cavity and can move along the axial direction of the washing barrel to close and open the water drainage hole. The motion assembly in the embodiment of the invention can move in the axial direction relative to the cavity, the opening and closing of the drain hole are realized through the motion of the motion assembly in the axial direction, the structure is simple, and the manufacture difficulty and the cost of the clothes treatment equipment are favorably reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the cover 2 extends along the axial direction of the washing tub 1, and the extension in the embodiment of the present invention represents the direction of the maximum dimension of the cover 2, that is, the direction of the maximum dimension of the cover 2 is the axial direction (the left-right direction in fig. 2) of the washing tub 1, that is, the direction of the rotation axis about which the washing tub 1 rotates. Both ends of the cover body 2 in the axial direction are connected with the washing barrel 1, and the cover body 2 and the washing barrel 1 enclose a cavity 21. It should be noted that the cover body 2 in the embodiment of the present invention is not necessarily configured as a thin-walled member, the shape of the cavity 21 is not necessarily consistent with the outer contour of the cover body 2, and the outer contour of the cover body 2 may be configured as a structure of the lifting rib, but no matter what structure the outer contour of the cover body 2 is configured, the cavity 21 also extends along the axial direction, that is, the maximum dimension direction of the cavity 21 is in the axial direction of the washing tub 1. According to the embodiment of the invention, the cover body 2 extends axially, the cavity 21 also extends axially, the moving component 3 in the cavity 21 can move axially relative to the cover body 2, and the moving direction of the moving component 3 is approximately consistent with the extending direction of the cavity 21, so that on one hand, the stability of the moving track of the moving component is improved, the opening and closing reliability of the drain hole is improved, on the other hand, the risk of collision between the moving component and the cover body and a washing barrel is reduced, and the noise of the clothes treatment equipment is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in connection with fig. 3 and 4, the kinematic assembly 3 comprises a linkage 31, a counterweight 32 and an elastic return 33. One end (the left end shown in fig. 3) of the link mechanism 31 is rotatably connected to the cover body 2, and it should be noted that the link mechanism 31 may be hinged to the inner wall surface of the cover body 2, or the link mechanism 31 may be hinged to other components, so as to indirectly realize that the link mechanism 31 rotates relative to the cover body 2. The other end (right end in fig. 3) of the link mechanism 31 is movable between a first position where the wall surface 13 of the washing tub 1 is provided with the drain hole 12 and a second position where the other end of the link mechanism 31 blocks the drain hole 12 in a state where the other end of the link mechanism 31 is located at the first position, and since the drain hole 12 is opened on the wall surface 13 of the washing tub 1, the other end of the link mechanism 31 is in contact with the wall surface 13 around the drain hole 12, and in this state, the water in the housing chamber 11 cannot be drained from the drain hole 12 to the outside of the laundry treating apparatus. The second position is a position where the wall surface 13 of the washing tub 1 is not provided with the drain hole 12, and in a state where the other end of the link mechanism 31 is located at the second position, the other end of the link mechanism 31 opens the drain hole 12, and water in the accommodation chamber 11 can be drained from the drain hole 12 to the outside of the laundry treating apparatus.
As shown in fig. 3, the weight 32 is connected to the link mechanism 31, the weight 32 is used for increasing the local weight of the link mechanism 31, and the weight 32 can apply a force F in a first direction to the link mechanism 31. Wherein the first direction is a radial direction (refer to a direction of the force F in fig. 4) extending outward from the center of the washing tub. As shown in fig. 3, in the non-dehydration state of the laundry treating apparatus, the washing tub 1 does not rotate or rotates at a slow speed, the weight block 32 is not subjected to a centrifugal force or is subjected to a small centrifugal force, and the link mechanism is mainly subjected to an elastic force of the elastic restoring member 33 and is located at a position to close the water discharge hole 12. As shown in fig. 4, when the laundry treating apparatus is in a dehydration state, the rotation speed of the washing tub 1 is high, the centrifugal force applied to the weight 32 is applied to the link mechanism 31, and the centrifugal force is greater than the elastic force, thereby moving the link mechanism 31 to open the water discharge hole 12. After the dewatering state is finished, the action of the centrifugal force is cancelled, and the link mechanism 31 is restored to the position for closing the drainage hole under the action of the elastic restoring piece 33.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an elastic restoring member (at the position 33 shown in fig. 3 and 4) is connected to the link mechanism 31, and the elastic restoring member represents a member having a deformation capability and a capability of restoring the deformation, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to a specific form of the elastic restoring member. The elastic restoring piece is connected with the connecting rod mechanism 31, and in the dehydration process, in the movement process of the connecting rod mechanism 31 under the action of the centrifugal force of the balancing weight 32, the elastic restoring piece moves along with the connecting rod mechanism 31 to deform; in the case that the centrifugal force of the weight 32 is reduced or eliminated, the elastic restoring member applies a force (a force opposite to the arrow shown in fig. 4) to the link mechanism 31, and the restoring force of the elastic restoring member drives the link mechanism 31 to move back to the position for closing the drainage hole 12.
The movement assembly in the embodiment of the invention comprises a connecting rod mechanism, a balancing weight and an elastic restoring piece, wherein one end of the connecting rod mechanism can rotate relative to the cover body, the other end of the connecting rod mechanism can move between a first position and a second position of the washing barrel, and the balancing weight can apply force in a first direction to the connecting rod mechanism so as to drive the connecting rod mechanism to open the drain hole; the elastic restoring piece can apply a force opposite to the first direction to the connecting rod mechanism so as to drive the connecting rod mechanism to close the drain hole.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the link mechanism 31 includes a first link 312 and a second link 313 connected by a rotating shaft 311 in a penetrating manner, that is, the first link 312 and the second link 313 are both connected to the rotating shaft 311 in a coaxial rotation manner. As shown in fig. 4, one end (left end shown in fig. 4) of the first link 312 is rotatably connected to the cover 2, the other end (right end shown in fig. 4) of the first link 312 is hinged to one end of the second link 313, and the other end (right end shown in fig. 4) of the second link 313 opens and closes the drain hole 12. The rotating shaft 311 penetrates through the weight 32, that is, the weight 32 is disposed at a position where the first connecting rod 312 is connected to the second connecting rod 313, and since the first connecting rod 312 is hinged to the second connecting rod 313, the weight 32 is disposed at a position close to the position where the first connecting rod 312 is hinged to the second connecting rod 313, which is beneficial to changing the relative position relationship between the first connecting rod 312 and the second connecting rod 313. According to the embodiment of the invention, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the rotating shaft penetrate through the balancing weight, so that the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the rotating shaft are coaxial, and the assembly compactness of the movement assembly is favorably improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the elastic restoring member 33 is sleeved on the weight 32 and connected to the first connecting rod 312 and the second connecting rod 313, and the elastic restoring member 33 is set as a torsion spring, which is sleeved on the weight to improve the stability of the torsion spring, and two ends of the torsion spring (the elastic restoring member 33 shown in fig. 5) are respectively connected to the first connecting rod 312 and the second connecting rod 313. Under the condition that the first connecting rod 312 and the second connecting rod 313 rotate relatively, two ends of the torsion spring can be elastically deformed under the driving of the first connecting rod 312 and the second connecting rod 313; in the case where the first link 312 and the second link 313 are not subjected to an external force, the elastic force of the torsion spring may maintain the first link 312 and the second link 313 at fixed relative positions. As shown in fig. 6, the torsion spring is wound around the rotating shaft 311, the torsion spring extends out of the first connecting end 331 and the second connecting end 332, and the first connecting end 331 and the second connecting end 332 may be configured in a linear shape and are clamped and fixed in the clamping grooves of the first connecting rod 312 and the second connecting rod 313, respectively. For example, a first protrusion 3121 and a second protrusion 3133 are respectively disposed at positions of the first link 312 and the second link 313 close to the rotation shaft 311, a locking groove is disposed at a top surface of the first protrusion 3121 away from the first link 312 to lock the first connection end 331 of the elastic restoring member 33, and a locking groove is disposed at a top surface of the second protrusion 3133 away from the second link 313 to lock the second connection end 332 of the elastic restoring member 33.
As described below with reference to fig. 5, in the case where the rotation speed of the washing tub in the laundry treating apparatus is less than a certain value or zero, the centrifugal force of the weight 32 cannot overcome the elastic force of the torsion spring (elastic restoring member 33), so that the first and second links 312 and 313 are maintained at the initial positions, that is, the other ends of the second links 313 are located at the first positions for blocking the water drain holes. Under the condition that the rotation speed of the washing tub in the laundry treatment apparatus is greater than a certain value, the centrifugal force of the weight 32 is greater than the elastic force of the torsion spring (elastic restoring member 33), so that the centrifugal force of the weight 32 can overcome the elastic force to drive the weight 32 to move in the radial direction (refer to the direction of the force F shown in fig. 4), so that the first connecting rod 312 and the second connecting rod 313 rotate relatively to each other, and further drive the other end of the second connecting rod 313 to move from the first position to the second position for opening the drainage hole. The two ends of the torsion spring (the elastic restoring piece 33) are respectively connected with the first connecting rod 312 and the second connecting rod 313, the torsion spring (the elastic restoring piece 33) is also driven to generate elastic deformation while the relative rotation is generated between the first connecting rod 312 and the second connecting rod 313, and the torsion spring (the elastic restoring piece 33) has the capacity of generating deformation and restoring deformation, so when the rotating speed of the washing barrel is lower than a certain value, the centrifugal force of the balancing weight 32 is not enough to overcome the elastic force of the torsion spring (the elastic restoring piece 33), and the elastic force of the torsion spring (the elastic restoring piece 33) can drive the first connecting rod 312 and the second connecting rod 313 to do restoring movement, so that the other end of the second connecting rod 313 moves from the second position to the first position for closing the drain hole.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the inner wall 23 of the cover 2 is further provided with a protruding extension 24, the inner wall 23 of the cover 2 being located at a side of the cover 2 close to the cavity 21. One end of the extending portion 24 is fixedly connected to the inner wall 23, the other end of the extending portion 24 is a free end, and the first connecting rod 312 is hinged to the other end (the lower end shown in fig. 4) of the extending portion 24. Through articulating first connecting rod and extension, first connecting rod is spaced apart with the inner wall of the cover body, and the motion of first connecting rod is difficult for receiving the restriction of the inner wall of the cover body, and the structure of the cover body also need not cater to the motion of first connecting rod, is favorable to making the cover body to the standardization, and then improves the efficiency of clothing treatment facility production.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the second link 313 includes a shaft 3131 and a roller 3132. It should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific shape of the roller 3132, for example, the roller 3132 may be configured as a cylinder, and the roller 3132 may also be configured as a sphere. One end (the left end shown in fig. 6) of the rod 3131 is penetrated by the rotating shaft 311 to be rotatably connected with the first link 312. The roller 3132 is rotatably connected to the other end (right end in fig. 6) of the rod 3131, and as shown in fig. 4, during the movement of the second link 313 between the first position and the second position, since the roller 3132 is rotatable with respect to the rod 3131, the roller 3132 can roll with respect to the wall 13, which is beneficial to reducing the friction force generated by the relative movement between the second link 313 and the wall 13, thereby improving the smoothness of the movement of the second link with respect to the wall; and under the dehydration state, only need less centrifugal force can drive the relative first connecting rod motion of second connecting rod, consequently, rotate the roller and be connected with the body of rod and be favorable to alleviateing the weight that the balancing weight needs to dispose to be favorable to reducing the washing barrel and lead to eccentric risk because of the counter weight is too high, and then reduce the washing barrel and in the course of the work because of the eccentric noise that produces.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, in a state where the roller 3132 is in contact with the drainage hole 12, the roller 3132 is in line contact or surface contact with the wall surface 13 of the drainage hole 12. Specifically, the form of the roller 3132 contacting the drain hole 12 is related to the shape of the roller 3132 and the form of the drain hole 12. Taking the example that the roller 3132 is arranged as a sphere, the roller 3132 moves to the drain hole 12, the roller 3132 contacts the periphery of the drain hole 12, which can be roughly regarded as the roller 3132 is in line contact with the drain hole 12; in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, a hem 14 is provided at a periphery of the drain hole 12, an extending direction of the hem 14 is not consistent with an original extending direction of the wall surface 13, the hem 14 extends toward a side away from the accommodating chamber 11, the roller 3132 is in close contact with the hem 14 at a position where the roller 3132 closes the drain hole 12, it can be seen that the roller 3132 is in surface contact with the drain hole 12, and water in the accommodating chamber 11 is difficult to flow out from between the roller 3132 and the drain hole 12, so that sealing performance between the roller and the drain hole can be improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, in a state where the roller 3132 is located at the second position where the drainage hole 12 is opened, the roller 3132 and the first link 312 are located at both sides of the drainage hole 12. For example, the roller 3132 is located on the right side of the drain hole 12 in fig. 4, and the first link 312 is located on the left side of the drain hole 12. Specifically, the drainage hole 12 is provided at one end (right end in fig. 4) in the radial direction of the wall surface 13, but the drainage hole 12 does not completely fit the end surface (first end 22 in fig. 4) of the cover 2 in the radial direction, and a certain gap is left between the drainage hole 12 and the cover 2 to stop the roller 3132. During the dewatering process of the washing tub 1, the centrifugal force of the counterweight 32 drives the second connecting rod 313 to rotate relative to the first connecting rod 312, the angle between the second connecting rod 313 and the first connecting rod 312 increases, and under the condition of the increased angle, the roller 3132 moves in the radial direction away from the first connecting rod 312 (the rightward movement shown in fig. 4), and the movement of the roller 3132 to the position abutting against the first end 22 of the housing 2 limits the continuous movement of the second connecting rod 313 relative to the first connecting rod 312, so that the opening of the roller to the drainage hole is realized, the movement stroke of the link mechanism is limited, and the reduction of the size of the cavity is facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the minimum distance L1 between the drain hole 12 and the first end 22 of the housing 2 in the axial direction (left-right direction in fig. 4) is greater than or equal to the diameter L2 of the roller and less than or equal to 1.5 times the diameter of the roller, wherein the first end 22 is the end (right end in fig. 4) of the housing 2 close to the roller 3132. According to the embodiment of the invention, the minimum distance L1 is limited to be 1-1.5 times of the diameter of the roller, so that the roller can completely open the drain hole and reduce the moving stroke of the roller, the moving space required by the moving mechanism in the cavity is reduced, the size of the cover body is reduced, and the moving reliability of the moving mechanism is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the first link 312 and/or the second link 313 are provided with a radially protruding boss 314 at a position adjacent to the rotation shaft 311. It should be noted that the radial direction in the embodiment of the present invention refers to the radial direction of the rotating shaft 311, wherein the axial direction of the rotating shaft 311 is the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of fig. 6, and the radial direction of the rotating shaft 311 is parallel to the paper surface of fig. 6. The protrusion 314 may be provided only on the first link 312, only on the second link 313, or both the first link 312 and the second link 313 may be provided with the protrusion 314. In addition, only one or a plurality of the convex portions 314 may be provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and the convex portion 314 in the embodiment shown in fig. 6 includes a first convex portion 3141 and a second convex portion 3142, and the first convex portion 3141 and the second convex portion 3142 are provided to protrude in a radial direction with respect to the first link 312. The first protrusion 3141 and the second protrusion 3142 may define an angle at which the second link 313 rotates, and the greater the spacing between the first protrusion 3141 and the second protrusion 3142, the greater the angle at which the second link 313 may rotate relative to the first link 312. It should be noted that the stroke length of the roller 3132 which can move relative to the wall surface in the embodiment of the present invention is related to the length of the second link, in addition to the distance between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. According to the clothes processing device, the protruding part is arranged on the first connecting rod or the second connecting rod, so that the rotating angle of the second connecting rod relative to the first connecting rod can be limited, the risk of collision between the connecting rod mechanism and the cover body is reduced, the noise generated in the working process of the clothes processing device is reduced, and the user experience is further improved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of the above, as shown in fig. 8, the control method including:
s1, controlling the washing tub 1 to rotate at a speed less than the first value, so that the moving assembly 3 closes the drain hole 12; it should be noted that the first value may be zero, that is, no matter the washing tub 1 is in a non-operating state or in a low-speed rotation state of washing, the centrifugal force generated by the washing tub on the moving assembly 3 is small, and the moving assembly 3 is kept at the position for closing the drainage hole, so as to be beneficial to storing water in the accommodating cavity, and not only wash clothes, but also save water.
S2, controlling the washing tub 1 to rotate at a speed greater than or equal to the first value, so that the moving assembly 3 opens the water discharge hole 12. When the rotating speed of the washing tub 1 is greater than or equal to the first value, the centrifugal force generated by the washing tub 1 on the moving component 3 can drive the moving component 3 to move relative to the cover body 2, the moving component moves from the first position to the second position, and water in the accommodating cavity can flow to the drain hole to be drained to the outside of the clothes treatment equipment, so that the clothes are dehydrated. According to the control method of the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the opening and closing of the drain hole can be controlled by controlling the rotating speed of the washing barrel, the control method is simple, and the clothes washing efficiency is improved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
